Full text linkMy unforgettable and illuminating 6-month industrial training began here at Ranhill SAJ Sdn Bhd. To summaries, Ranhill SAJ Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary of Ranhill Utilities that has had a 30-year concession from the State Government to deliver treated water to Johor customers since March 2000. It also offers internships to students who want to learn about water treatment and other associated sectors such as administration, networking, and customer service. This internship report is divided into two sections, the first of which is about the organisation study in which I am participating in this industrial training. The second part concerns the investigation of observations and experiences gathered at the organisation. First and foremost, this report begins with my profile, followed by the company's profile. The company's profile, which will be presented here, comprises the establishment's past, the organization's aims and goals, as well as the organization's vision and purpose. The organisational structure is also provided to highlight the administrative system of the organisation. Aside from that, this report includes an analysis of the organization's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) based on my observations while receiving this training at the organisation, as well as input from my training supervisor. In order to overcome flaws and capitalise on available possibilities, the debate and recommendations to correct and improve quality are also discussed here. Every task and job that has been allocated, as well as the industrial training experience earned, is also noted here for the job and work-study. Furthermore, the training focuses on learning information and improving skills. Finally, the conclusion is the last section of my report, where I will summaries all that, I have done throughout my industrial training

The machine for holding the work piece, rotating the cutter, and feeding it is known as the milling machine. In peripheral (or slab) milling, the milled surface is generated by teeth located on the periphery of the cutter body. Milling cutters are available in many standard and special types, forms, diameters, and widths. The teeth maybe straight (parallel to the axis of rotation) or at a helix angle. Franchising can be described as a practice of using a business models and brand names and using it right for a period of time. It's also known as Anglo-French derived from French, meaning fee and is used both as a noun and as a verb (Dictionary, 2001). In this current globalization era, franchising is a command business throughout the market as it might bring better profit and easier to manage. Each franchise must compete with each other and create competitive advantage to in striving for success.
This project paper covers the study of challenges on managing a franchise towards its performance in Shah Alam. A franchisee need to be aware of its changes in variables that commonly are competitions, area and experiences. This independent variable will lead towards the organizational performance of the franchise. As many franchises nowadays, they are unable to succeed towards its performance when facing many problems or challenges occur whether internally or externally. No full textKajian ini merupakan kajian pendekatan konsep teleologi yang terdapat di dalam filem arahan Liew Seng Tat iaitu Flower in The Pocket (2007) dan Lelaki Harapan Dunia (2014) dalam mengangkat filem Malaysia sebagai filem yang mempunyai elemen falsafah. Matlamat utama penyelidikan adalah bertujuan mengisi jurang dan mengatasi masalah kekurangan bahan atau sumber rujukan terhadap bidang falsafah di dalam filem. Kaedah kajian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan kaedah analisis teks berdasarkan dua buah filem yang dikaji oleh pengarang iaitu filem Flower in The Pocket (2007) dan Lelaki Harapan Dunia (2014). Konsep teleologi dan etika yang dinyatakan oleh ahli falsafah terkemuka Immanuel Kant dalam bukunya Critique of Judgement akan dikaji melalui dua buah filem yang digunakan dalam kajian ini. Pengarang juga akan menggunakan teori daripada ahli falsafah lain seperti Aristotle mengenai konsep teleologi yang dinyatakan oleh beliau. Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat telah berdampak pada perilaku konsumen, mengakibatkan banyak orang beralih ke e-commerce untuk membeli kebutuhan belanja. Salah satu platform e-commerce tersebut adalah Shopee. Untuk bersaing di pasar e-commerce Indonesia yang sangat kompetitif, Shopee menggunakan flash sale sebagai strategi pemasaran.Tujuan penelitian ini berfokus pada gambaran dan pengaruh flash sale terhadap keputusan pembelian pada e-commerce Shopee. Untuk mengetahui hasil penelitian, maka metode penelitian dilakukan dengan uji asumsi normalitas, analisis korelasi, analisis regresi sederhana dan uji hipotesis. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji-t untuk menguji hipotesis antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat.. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dengan tingkat yang rendah anatara flash sale dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian pada e-commerce Shopee.

The rapid advancement of technology has impacted consumer behavior, leading many individuals to shift to e-commerce for their shopping needs. One of these e-commerce platforms is Shopee. In order to compete in the highly competitive Indonesian e-commerce market, Shopee employs flash sales as a marketing strategy. The objective of this research focuses on the overview and influence of flash sales on purchasing decisions within the Shopee e-commerce platform. To reveal the research findings, the research methodology involves testing for normality assumptions, correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Hypothesis testing employs the t-test to examine the hypotheses between the independent and dependent variables. The results of this study indicate a low-level positive influence of flash sales on enhancing purchasing decisions within the Shopee e-commerce platform..

Air juga memilik banyak manfaat dan sangat diperlukan, air juga jumlahnya besar dibumi, hampir 70% di bumi adalah air. Hidrogen sangat bermanfaat bagi kehidupan di masa depan. Hidrogen dapat digunakan sebagai bahan bakar, untuk pembangkit listrik, dan pengganti gas alam seperti LPG. Tapi karena hidrogen tidak langsung ada di alam bebas maka harus membentuknya. Maka dibuatlah alat yang disebut elektrolizer yaitu alat penghasil hidrogen dengan proses elektrolisis air dengan aliran listrik. Elektrolizer memiliki dua model, model basah (Wet Cell) dan model kering (Dry Cell), perbedaan dari dua model elektrolizer di atas adalah terletak pada letak elektroda yang digunakan, pada Wet Cell elektroda terletak dalam wadah jadi saat proses berlangsung seluruh permukaan elektroda akan terendam oleh larutan. Sedangkan pada Dry Cell elektroda berada di luar. Dalam proses elektrolisa air menggunakan sumber listrik dari panel surya. Perancangan elektrolizer ini meliputi: 1) perancangan desain alat, 2) persiapan pembuatan, 3) pembuatan alat, 4) pengujian alat. Alat ini terdiri dari 2 buah elektrolizer, 1panel surya, 1 tangki air, 2 tangki penyaring, dan 1 tabung penyimpanan.Pengujian alat ini dilakukan pada masing-masing komponen meliputi pengujian: 1) panel surya, 2) elektroda, 3)elektrolizer kering, dan 4) elektrolizer basah. Through the use of Google Form as evaluation tool are expected to provide ease in learning evaluation activities from planning to evaluation of the impact of efficiency, effectiveness, an attraction for teachers and students. This study was conducted to answer the research problems that have been formulated, namely “How to develop a Google Form as an evaluation tool of learning on Indonesian language Subject for Eight Grade of Junior High School 1 Lembang?. This research used study descriptive analytical method and data collection techniques including interviewing, observation, question form, and documentation studies. The population in this study is all eight grade students of junior high school 1 Lembang. The sample in this study is eight-B grade students of junior high school 1 Lembang with technique sampling used purposive random sampling. Based on the general conclusion, results of this research on the use of Google Forms as an evaluation tool of learning on Indonesian Language subjects starting from the planning stage, the readiness of facilities and infrastructure, the development of the Google Form, until the implementation stage the use of Google Forms in the evaluation of learning impact and benefits of both aspects of effective, efficiency, attractiveness and appearance design. For teachers, greatly helped by the existence of a Google Form both in terms of cost, time, and effort. For the students themselves became more interested, enthusiastic, active and not to be a negative thing for the exams in junior high school 1 Lembang

Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Lembang. Sampel yang digunakan adalah kelas VIII-B SMP Negeri 1 Lembang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive random sampling. Berdasarkan kesimpulan umum, hasil penelitian mengenai penggunaan Google Form sebagai alat evaluasi pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dimulai dari tahap perencanaan, kesiapan sarana dan prasarana, pengembangan Google Form, sampai kepada tahap implementasi penggunaan Google Form dalam kegiatan evaluasi pembelajaran memberikan dampak dan manfaat baik dari aspek efektif, efesiensi, daya tarik dan desain tampilan. Bagi guru, sangat terbantu dengan adanya Google Form baik dari segi biaya, waktu, dan tenaga. Bagi siswa sendiri menjadi lebih tertarik, antusias, aktif dan tidak menjadi hal yang negatif untuk menghadapi ujian di SMP Negeri 1 Lembang.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap sikap kerja, komitmen organisasi, serta kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Platinum Hotel dan Convention Hall Balikpapan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 62 karyawan. Metode analisis data menggunakan Struktural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa 1. kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap kerja, 2.
