Column writing is a special component of newspaper, through which various topic can be described and solutions to the problems can also be described. In Urdu newspaper column writing start bit later. But soon it got diversified and different types of column. Started being written, like serious, juridical, symbolic, medical, religious, psychological columns etc.
Even before the establishment of Pakistan, the formal form of Urdu Column had come to due to the fore, regular column writing had also started in Jung Akhbar and during this period there are some famous name who frequently wrote columns in Jang Akhbar, Including Jameel-uddin Aali, Irshad Ahmed Haqqani, Rais Amrohvi, Abdul Qadir Hassan and Zahida Hina are particularly noteworthy. These people wrote columns on various topics, discussed various issues and explained the problems of the people and their causes and reasons. These people were contemporaries, but their styles remained the same.
IDENTIFYING HEALTH RISKS OF EXCESSIVEUSE OF SMARTPHONES IN ADOLESCENTS
It is less likely to be known about risk perception amongst parents who have their adolescents stay in front of smartphones. Our objective is to analyze the usage of smartphones among the young generation nowadays and identify health-related risks linked to them. The smartphone market is the biggest in the world; this cool thing is creating open-mindedness for the whole world and negatively impacting adolescents' minds. This new era's generation is rapidly converting into severe phobias, depressions, and neck-shoulder pain, which are not a good sign. Fifteen students' parents surveyed a private school Students aged between 15 to 17. The result shows that 70% of the students arephone addicted to the problem of anxiety, weak eyes, and carelessness
The Examining the Consequence of Apparent Significance on User Consumption Intent in Live-Streaming Shopping
This study investigates the influence of functional value, social value, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use on Purchase Intention (PI) within the E-Commerce industry in Karachi, Pakistan. Structural equation modelling was employed to analyse the data, and a purposive sampling technique was used to collect a sample of 385 participants, following the estimation method. The findings of this research indicate that functional value, social value, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use all substantially impact Purchase Intentions within the E-Commerce sector in Karachi, Pakistan. These results offer valuable insights for both online streamers and brands aiming to enhance their appeal to consumers. By emphasizing the unique qualities of their products, they can attract a wider consumer base and stimulate purchasing behaviours. Establishing a strong emotional bond between brands and consumers is a crucial strategy in this context. Furthermore, based on the results and findings, this study also presents practical and managerial implications, along with suggestions for future research directions
L-Tryptophan-Dependent Auxin-Producing Plant-Growth-Promoting Bacteria Improve Seed Yield and Quality of Carrot by Altering the Umbel Order
Carrot (Daucus carota L.) seed quality is affected by umbel position due to uneven maturation of carrot seeds produced in different umbel orders. However, keeping this in view, we tested whether seed quality could be improved with the suppression of tertiary umbels under exogenous auxin application. Using auxin-producing bacterial isolates, i.e., Bacillus sp. MN54, Enterobacter sp. MN17, Pantoea sp. MN34, and Burkholderia phytofirmans PsJN, the arrangements of carrot umbel order were evaluated in terms of quality carrot seed production. The results revealed that auxin production by plant-growth-promoting rhizobacteria showed significant differences among measured growth indices, yield, and seed quality attributes. The selected endophytic strains co-applied with auxin via foliar application improved all growth- and yield-related traits, as well as the enzymatic activities of carrots. Noticeably, MN17+L-tryptophan and MN34+L-tryptophan effectively minimized the number of tertiary umbels by increasing the number of secondary umbels. Furthermore, treating with PsJN+L-tryptophan and MN34+L-tryptophan resulted in reduced conductivity of seed leachates and malondialdehyde levels in primary, secondary, and tertiary umbel seeds. These findings collectively indicate the potential of the foliar application of PsJN+L-tryptophan and MN34+L-tryptophan to effectively alter umbel arrangement, leading to improved yield and seed quality. This study implies that carrot seed producers can consider employing specific PGPB strains, particularly MN34+L-tryptophan, to suppress tertiary umbels and achieve higher yields of high-quality carrot seeds
