    This report consist of information regarding Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad (ASNB) and my experience during the internship programs for 24 weeks starting on 1 March 2023 until 15 August 2023. I have included my responsibilities, accountabilities and specific job that required me to put a lot of effort and hardship in the real event of working environment. I am glad to say that I enjoy my internship program since I have learned a lot of things and have improved my social skills. I was responsible for document preparation, filing, transaction batching, office checklist preparation and customer service. This report aims to identify and evaluate the Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad (ASNB) organization performance and current issue by providing the relevant information, supporting details and applying the standard tools of analysis such as SWOT analysis tools. By referring to the SWOT analysis tools, there are two areas that have been emphasized which include the internal factors (Strength and Weaknesses) and external factors (Opportunities and Threat). I used my personal observation, reading and experiences as my sources to evaluate the Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad (ASNB). Regarding the internal factors (Strength and Weaknesses), Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad ( ASNB) shows a promising strength where they provided the customers with diversified and low risk investment instrument. However, I cannot deny that there are few areas of weaknesses that need to improvise from time to time such as lack of manpower and outdated technology. Moreover, Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad (ASNB) is also exposed to external factors (Opportunities and Threats) that can affect the company performance. The significant opportunities that can help to boost the company performance when there are increasing in fund quota by government and wide range of channel that can be access by customers to do their transaction anywhere. Other than that, Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad (ASNB) also exposed to threats that slow down the company performance to grow further. This include in low of awareness among Malay community about products and services by Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad (ASNB) and uncertainty economic growth that can affect the percentage return

    Wedding is once-a-life event in people's life. Comparing with the other personal events, such as birthday and anniversaries, wedding is more complex, because it involves friends and families and a range of related service activities covering from catering to entertainments and selection of venue. As of today, there are very limited studies regarding the arrival of international tourists for wedding event purposes in Malaysia. Therefore, this study intends to identify the perception of international bridal tourists on Malaysia as their chosen wedding destination. It also aims to find out the most significant characteristics towards the arrival of international wedding bridal couples to have their wedding events in Malaysia. A qualitative approach was considered to be the most effective research method and semi structured interview was used in getting information from the potential couples. This research conducted semi structured online and face to face interviews with nine international bridal couples. Findings clearly revealed that the uniqueness of Malaysian culture and the wedding venue are the main factors why these international bridal tourists choose Malaysia as their wedding destinations. This study provides great benefits towards local event planners especially professional wedding planners on the potential of leveraging the local resources as a wedding tourism destination. Results of the study is useful for maintaining and upgrading of the potential factors to more advance level and could generate more income and indirectly helping to promote Malaysia as a bridal tourism hub among the international bridal couples

    The aim of this study is to determine the key factors that the purchasers consider before making decision to purchase the residential property. The study uses primary data, which means that the data and information will be gained from the respondents. The factors involve in this study are location, neighborhood, structure attributes and financial. The factors are taken based on previous study by previous researchers. The data will be collected from the respondents through questionnaire distributed to them. The questionnaire will be distribute to those who have purchased the residential property in Kajang. 100 questionnaire forms will be answered by the respondents who qualified the criteria in this study. The data will then only be collected from community in Kajang. The data and information collected will be used to generate the analysis. Descriptive analysis, factor analysis, analysis of variance, reliability test and regression will be used to trigger the results of this study. The results showed that structural attributes factor do affect the demand of the residential property. The results revealed will help the future researchers and potential readers to gain better understanding on the residential property. By understanding the key factors behind purchasing residential property, purchasers of the property would be able to gauge the factors that matter most before purchasing the property

    Nowadays, lock has evolved into the security device that embedded with the microcontroller which is usually named electronic lock. There are several authentication methods for the electronic lock and the password based electronic lock are the most ubiquitous and cheapest among them. However, there are some drawbacks for this type of lock. This security code lock is designed to secure the house from a crime and give easier for users. It is a microcontroller based lock which using the code as password to unlock the system. An Arduino uno is used as the brain of the electronic locking mechanism. A keypad is used to provide user to insert the code. Meanwhile, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) is used as a platform for the system to exhibit its condition and status as well as to allow user to select the desired menu option. The keypad buttons is changing randomly during the code inserting process to provide an unfixed button. The Arduino software is used to develop and boot the programming code into the project. Generally, this security code lock is able to increase the security level such as to the ordinary password based lock, since the sequence of buttons to key in the security code is not fixed and security code is not based on alpha numeric number. For more and more people, a control system by electronic automatic door has become a necessary part of their home. This trend can be directly traced from the life style and daily routine which is always busy with works. People nowadays always want something that can make their life easier. This project is proposed because it is believed that this project can make people life easier.     The crack or facade on the building was frequently occurred where there are could bring the hazard to the people around the building. The crack also consumed a lot of construction fees to always be maintenance for long time. Unmanned Aerial Vehicle was used in various application, the technology that comes that have used in various application of disaster occurrence. Caused by the autonomous of the controlling method, the UAV was often used in monitor the building fa9ade such as crack. With have of certain distance, the UAV can could pretend the safety of the technician and avoid any hazards. This paper was discussed about the application of UAV in crack detection by capturing the image of the damaged area. Then, the image was being processed in the photogrammetry software to produce the orthomosaic and point cloud data. These data model then was evaluated their availability of processed image to detect crack using CDA and MorphLink-C algorithms. From the result obtained, it was shows that, MorphLink-C was seems to be distinguished the crack on the building wall

    Topography is the main element that gives effect to the productivity of rubber. The aim of the study is to identify different of latex (rubber) production and cost of rubber production in flat and hilly areas. The study was conducted at Felda Global Venture Laka Selatan 02 where there is a region (07F) that has two differences topography that are flat and hilly. The study used secondary data which information of rubber yield and cost productions were collected from the database of the company. The rainfall data was used as a reference in this study. The data was collected from January 2016 until December 2017 and was analysed using independent t-Test. From the result, it shows that average production of latex (rubber) in flat area was higher than hilly area by using 24 months of the data. Meanwhile, the result shows that cost of rubber production at flat area is higher than hilly area caused by the high latex (rubber) production at the flat area. Different in the productivity was affected by the several factors such as nutrient and water availability. Both of the elements are the basic need for each crop to growth and producing yield

    The study emphasize on the road users perception toward the Automated Enforcement System (AES) at South Kelang Valley Expressway (SKVE). Automated Enforcement System (AES) is the road safety enforcement system to improve traffic enforcement at Malaysia. Automated Enforcement System (AES) is the road safety enforcement system to monitor all federal roads, highways and expressways. Electronic enforcement system has been applied in 90 countries around the world. Automated Enforcement System (AES) is able to automatically detect and record any traffic offenses as soon as they violate traffic law where the system is installed. Automated Enforcement System (AES) operation covers offenses such as beating the traffic light and speeding. Information of these offenses is then sent in real time online to the Automated Enforcement System (AES) Control Centre. The information is processed to identify the driver or owner of the vehicle based on the information in the database. Summons will be issued automatically and sent by mail to the traffic offenders.     Sektor pertanian sememangnya tidak asing lagi dalam pembangunan ekonomi bagi negeri Melaka. Selepas kemerdekaan negara, sektor pertanian masih merupakan nadi utama pertumbuhan ekonomi Melaka terutama bagi tanaman getah dan padi. Ini terbukti melalui kedua-dua jenis tanaman ini adalah penyumbang utama kepada peningkatan Keluaran Dalam Negeri Kasar (KDNK) Melaka semenjak tahun 1960 hingga tahun 1980. Meskipun, tumpuan awal pembangunan sektor pertanian di Melaka terarah kepada meningkatkan produktiviti keluaran pertanian, namun, tidak bererti Kerajaan Melaka mengabaikan tumpuan untuk membaiki kehidupan sosial penduduk luar bandar di bawah strategi pembangunan pertanian. Oleh yang demikian, kajian ini ingin mengetengahkan sejauhmana perkembangan pertanian yang dijalankan Kerajaan Melaka telah dapat meningkatkan taraf hidup penduduk luar bandar dari tahun 1957 sehingga tahun 1980. Tahun 1957 dipilih sebagai tempoh permulaan bagi kajian ini kerana menandakan tahun kemerdekaan negara. Manakala penyelidikan ini berakhir pada tahun 1980 sebelum bermula pelaksanaan pembangunan pertanian secara in-situ menerusi Rancangan Pembangunan Pertanian Bersepadu Negeri Melaka pada awal tahun 1981. Fokus kepada kajian ini akan mengupas strategi-strategi yang dilaksanakan kerajaan Melaka melalui program-program pertanian yang diperkenalkan sepanjang tempoh berkenaan. Penyelidikan ini menggunakan beberapa sumber dan data yang berjaya diperoleh dari Arkib Negara Malaysia, Arkib Negara Malaysia Cawangan Melaka, Perbadanan Perpustakaan Awam Negeri Melaka, dan Perpustakaan Universiti Malaya serta Jabatan Ketua Menteri Melaka. Berdasarkan dapatan kajian yang diperolehi, secara keseluruhan, strategi-strategi pembangunan pertanian di Melaka telah berjaya dijalankan sepenuhnya meskipun berhadapan dengan kekangan-kekangan tertentu. Perubahan taraf hidup penduduk luar bandar di Melaka telah mula menampakkan perubahan memberangsangkan setelah bermulanya pelaksanaan rancangan pembangunan pertanian sejak kemerdekaan dicapai
