PENGARUH GOOD PUBLIC GOVERNANCE (GPG) TERHADAP KINERJA GURU EKONOMI SMA/MA NEGERI DI KOTA SALATIGA, KABUPATEN SEMARANG, DAN KOTA SEMARANG DENGAN TEACHER’S WORK ENGAGEMENT (TWE) SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
The research investigates the influence of good public governance toward economics teacher’s performance in Kota Salatiga, Kabupaten Semarang dan Kota Semarang with teacher’s work engagement as intervening variable. The population of this study is all economics teachers in Kota Salatiga, Kabupaten Semarang and Kota Semarang. Descriptive and path analysis are used to estimate and interpret the results. There are three findings in this research. Firstly, Good Public Governance influences economics teacher’s performance indirectly and totally with teacher’s work engagement as intervening variable. Secondly, economics teacher’s performance is not significantly influenced by good public governance directly. The last finding is that teacher’s work engagement influence economics teacher’s performance directly. On the other words, good public governance increases economics teacher’s work engagement, in doing so influence economics teacher’s performance
Implementasi Model Pembelajaran Project Based Learning pada Mata Pelajaran Spreadsheet Kelas X Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta
This study aims to describe the implementation of the project-based learning model for spreadsheet subjects in class X accounting at SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta and the inhibitor and supporting factors for project-based learning for spreadsheet subjects in class X accounting at SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study design. The data used by researchers came from the teachers and students at SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta. Data collection techniques were obtained from interviews, observation, and documentation. The data validity technique used is source and technique triangulation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's readiness when learning project-based learning is the teacher makes teaching materials. Project-based learning involves fundamental questions, project planning, preparing schedules, monitoring project progress, testing results, and evaluation. The inhibiting factor for project-based learning is that there are several damaged computers and the learning process takes a long time. The conclusion is that the learning process using the PjBL learning model runs effectively before the teacher's learning process prepares the materials
Effect Student Burnout Sebagai Faktor Yang Menjembatani Pengaruh Beban Belajar Dan Dukungan Sosial Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Kewirausahaan Kelas Xi Smk Prawira Marta Kartasura Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017
The purpose of this research is to know: (1) The influence of burnout to learning achievement (2) The influence of learning burden towards burnout (3) The influence of social support towards burnout (4) The influence of learning burden and social support to burnout (5) Influence of study load and support Social through burnout of learning achievement.
The type of research used is quantitative research using path analysis model. The population in this study are 135 students from XI grade of SMK Prawiramarta Kartasura ademic year 2016/2017. This research is a census study, which the population are respondents counsist of 30 students as a test of validity and reliability while 105 students as a research test. The design of this research is using survey, where 30 students as validity and reliability test while 105 students as sample. Techniques and instruments of data collection using the method of documentation and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, validity test and reliability test, classical assumption test, and path analysis. The conclusion of this research are: 1) There is a significant positive influence between the learning burden towards burnout, it is based on the regression analysis obtained std value. Beta efficients of 0.547 with a significance value 0.05 ie 0.114. 3) There is a significant negative effect between burnout towards learning achievement, this is based on regression analysis obtained std value. oefficients beta of -0.517 with significance value <0.05 ie 0,000, 4) The calculation of the regression equation shows that the influence between learning load and social support to burnout is 0.666. The calculation of the regression equation shows that the learning burden has a direct influence on the learning achievement of -0.2273, the indirect effect through burnout of -0.22828, and the total effect through Burnout of -0.5558. So it can be concluded that the greater the burden of learning caused the higher burnout rate experienced so that the achievement obtained is lower, 5) The calculation of the regression equation shows that the influence between learning load and social support through burnout to learning achievement that is equal to - 0,894. The calculation of the regression equation shows that social support has a direct influence on the learning achievement of -0.104, indirect influence through burnout of -0.0615, and total effect through burnout of -0.1655. Effect Students Engagement Sebagai Faktor Yang Menjembatani Pengaruh Dukungan Orangtua Dan Kemandirian Belajar Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Pada Mata Pelajaran Pengantar Akuntansi Kelas X AK SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Wuryantoro Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017
The purpose of this research were 1) the influence of parental support to the
students engagement in the introductory subjects of accounting 2) the influence of
learning independence on the students engagement in the introductory subjects of
accounting; 3) the influence of the students engagement on the learning achievement
of accounting introduction; 4) the influence of parental support on student achievement
either directly or through students engagement on accounting introduction course; 5) the
influence of learning independence on student achievement either directly or through
students engagement on the subject of accounting introduction
The population in this study was all students of X class AK SMK
Muhammadiyah 2 Wuryantoro 2016/2017 academic years, which is about 105
students consisting of 3 classes. The sample that was used is 21 students. Methods of
data collection used documentation method and questionnaire. Methods of data
analysis used descriptive analysis, regression analysis and path analysis. This
research consist of 2 independent variables that are supporting parents (X1) and
learning independence (X2), Student Engagement (Y1) as intervening variables, and
learning achievement (Y2) as dependent variables.
The result of this research was obtained regression equation Y1 = 0,554 X1 +
0,728 X2 + e1 and Y2 = 0.356 X1 + 0,554 X2 + 0,637 Y1 + e2. The regression
equation showed that 1) there were positive and significant influence between parent
support to students engagement which can be seen from beta value (β) equal to 0,554
with significant level 0,000 <0,05; 2) there was a significant positive influence
between the independence of learning on students engagement that can be seen from
the beta value (β) of 0.728 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05; 3) there was a
significant positive influence between students engagement on accounting
introduction learning achievement which can be seen from beta value (β) of 0.728
with significant value 0,000 <0,05; 4) The result of path analysis showed that there is
indirect influence between parents support to learning achievement of accounting
introduction through students engagement that is equal to 0,352 with total effect
0,356 + 0,352 = 0,708 or 70,8%; 5) The result of path analysis showed that there is
indirect influence between the independence of learning to learning achievement of
accounting introduction through students engagement equal to 0,463 with total effect
0,554 + 0,463 = 1,017 or 101,7%
Wisata Berbasis Partisipasi Masyarakat di Desa Merbuh Kecamatan Singorojo
This research aims to describe community-based tourism management, and the supporting and inhibiting factors for managing Kalikesek tourism in Merbuh, Kendal Regency. The type of research used is qualitative research with an ethnographic design, using observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique uses triangulation. The results showed that: 1) Participation in Kalikesek tourism management planning is the willingness of the community to participate in the planning process in the transition from crooked land to tourist attractions and also in the development of Kaliksek tourist attractions. 2) Participation in the form of contributions of thoughts, and energy that can be seen from fish therapy places, fishing, and facilities such as prayer rooms, toilets, gazebos, and others in Kalikesek tourism. 3)There is an Akbomer Tourism Awareness Group which is responsible for managing and managing Kalikesek Tourism finances where the incoming income is managed for the construction and repair of facilities and infrastructure. 4) Inhibiting factors, namely limited funds for the procurement of infrastructure, low ability/skills of Human Resources (SDA) in creating a product, and road infrastructure that does not meet the requirements. 5) Supporting factors, namely the community cooperating and participating in establishing supporting facilities and infrastructure for tourists, government support, and a lot of natural potential in Merbuh Village.
6) Efforts were made to overcome obstacles by withdrawing fees for procurement of incomplete facilities and infrastructure, submitting assistance proposals whose realization was in the form of Kalikesek tourism facilities and infrastructure, and holding training for Merbuh Villagers who have limited skills
The Role of Professional Identity in Mediating Self-Directed Learning’s Influence on Teaching Creativity
The purpose of this research is to ascertain how Professional Identity (PI) in mediating the connection between Self-Directed Learning (SDL) and Teaching Creativity (KM). A quantitative method and path analysis were employed to gather data via an online survey from 170 students enrolled in the Teacher Professional Education Program (PPG) at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. SDL acted as the independent variable, PI functioned as the mediator, and KM was designated as the dependent variable. The findings indicate that SDL is a strong predictor of PI (0.611, p < 0.001), and PI is a strong predictor of KM (0.697, p < 0.001). Nonetheless, once PI is incorporated into the model, the direct influence of SDL on KM turns statistically insignificant (0.073, p = 0.259), suggesting complete mediation. This indicates that SDL affects KM solely by influencing PI students with strong SDL abilities often cultivate a stronger PI, which subsequently enhances teaching creativity. These results indicate that SDL by itself is inadequate for improving KM establishing a solid professional identity is crucial. Consequently, teacher education programs must not only foster independent learning abilities but also enhance PI to promote innovative and creative teaching methods
Motivasi Belajar Siswa: Peran Kepuasan Belajar sebagai Mediasi Lingkungan Belajar dan Dukungan Orang Tua
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kesadaran bahwa motivasi belajar mahasiswa tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal, tetapi juga sangat bergantung pada dukungan eksternal seperti lingkungan belajar dan peran orang tua. Lingkungan akademik yang kondusif dengan fasilitas memadai, suasana kampus yang nyaman, serta interaksi yang baik antara dosen dan mahasiswa diyakini mampu meningkatkan semangat belajar. Demikian pula, dukungan orang tua melalui perhatian, dorongan moral, maupun pemenuhan kebutuhan akademik menjadi fondasi penting yang mendorong mahasiswa untuk tetap berkomitmen dalam proses belajar.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan belajar memiliki peran dominan dalam meningkatkan motivasi maupun kepuasan belajar mahasiswa, sedangkan dukungan orang tua lebih kuat pengaruhnya terhadap pembentukan motivasi dibandingkan kepuasan belajar. Temuan lain juga mengindikasikan bahwa kepuasan belajar tidak selalu menjadi jembatan yang efektif dalam memperkuat hubungan antara faktor eksternal dan motivasi. Dengan demikian, motivasi mahasiswa lebih banyak dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman nyata yang mereka temukan di lingkungan akademik serta dukungan langsung dari keluarga.Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penciptaan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif serta keterlibatan orang tua secara konsisten merupakan kunci penting untuk membentuk mahasiswa yang termotivasi dan berprestasi. Selain memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam memperluas pemahaman tentang faktor eksternal yang memengaruhi motivasi, penelitian ini juga menawarkan implikasi praktis bagi perguruan tinggi dan keluarga untuk bersinergi dalam menciptakan ekosistem pembelajaran yang berkualitas
Project Based Learning (PjBL) Pada Mata Pelajaran Produk Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan Di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta
This study aims to describe (1) the planning of the PjBL learning model, (2) the application of the PjBL learning model and (3) the supporting and inhibiting factors of the PjBL learning model in the subject of Creative Products and Entrepreneurship applied by teachers at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta. The method used in this research is a type of qualitative research with a case study research design. Data collection techniques in this study through observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Then for data analysis techniques using data analysis techniques according to Miles & Huberman, which consists of data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that planning for the PjBL model in the subject of Creative Products and Entrepreneurship at Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta Vocational School had been carried out well, namely by making lesson plans before learning according to the syllabus. The implementation of the PjBL model is not in accordance with the steps or syntax of the PjBL model. The syntax used by the teacher is essential questions and determines project themes, prepares project plans, arranges schedules, monitors students and project progress, and evaluates results. As for the last syntax, namely the evaluation of experience has not been implemented. The supporting factors are the suitability between subject demands and learning models, and enthusiastic students. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is the limited facilities and infrastructure owned by the school
Peningkatan Literasi Numerasi melalui Program Kampus Mengajar di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan
Literasi numerasi adalah kemampuan yang sangat penting karena berhubungan langsung dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Namun, data yang ada menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan literasi siswa masih berada pada tingkat rendah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan inovasi dalam proses pembelajaran agar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan dan upaya untuk meningkatkan literasi numerasi siswa kelas XI di SMKS PSM 1 Kawedanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran atau mixed methods. Data diperoleh dengan obsevarsi pada siswa, wawancara pada kepala sekolah, serta diadakan pre test dan post test melalui aplikasi AKM Kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan nilai literasi numerasi, namun perubahan tidak signifikan. Faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil merupakan ketidaksesuaian metode baru yang diajarkan, keterbatasan waktu yang tersedia, serta kurangnya minat siswa pada pembelajaran. Saran yang diberikan agar program ini dievaluasi dan diperbaiki dengan menerapkan pendekatan yang lebih fleksibel dan adaptif. Melibatkan semua pihak agar tujuan peningkatan literasi dan numerasi siswa dapat tercapai secara optimal di masa depan
Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Dan Kemudahan Penggunaan Shopeepay Terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Pengguna Shopee An Dukungan Sosial Dan Self-Compassion Dengan Psychological Well Being Pada Mahasiswa Akhir
This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and ease of use of the ShopeePay feature on the level of satisfaction of Shopee users among millennials in Kalikotes Village, Klaten Regency. This study uses quantitative research with an associative survey design, which aims to determine the relationship and influence between variables numerically. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, namely the selection of respondents based on certain criteria, namely millennial Shopee users in Kalikotes Village who actively use the ShopeePay feature. The number of samples is 30 respondents, because it represents the characteristics of the population with limited time and access to population data that is not known for certain. The research instrument is a Likert scale questionnaire that was previously tested using a validity test to ensure each statement item is able to measure the intended variable, as well as a reliability test to ensure the consistency and reliability of the instrument. Next, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests) were conducted to ensure the regression model met statistical requirements so that the analysis results were not unusual. Hypothesis testing was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, and F-test to measure the partial and simultaneous effects between variables. The results of the analysis showed a regression equation of Y = 11.390 + 0.418X₁ + 0.343X₂ + e, with a coefficient of determination value of R² = 0.794, meaning that 79.4% of the variation in user satisfaction is explained by service quality and ease of use, while 20.6% is influenced by other factors outside the model. The t-test results show that service quality (X₁) has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction with a t-value = 3.459 > t-table (2.051) and a significance of 0.002 0.05. The F-test results show that both variables simultaneously have a significant effect on user satisfaction with F = 52.076 > F-table (5.79) and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The results showed that service quality had a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, while ease of use had a positive but insignificant partial effect. However, both factors significantly influenced ShopeePay user satisfaction among millennials in Kalikotes Village, Klaten Regency.
