    Spot on Sport (SOS) is the name of our company. The form of business that we operate is partnership, which consists of four members. Each member contributes several amounts of money as agreed in our agreement and each of them needs to obey the agreement. The business activity that we run is providing a sport centre mainly focus on futsal and badminton. The location for our business is in Kota Samarahan. All the partner is entitled to participate in the business management, which the partners had agreed that Muhammad Ammar Zafri Bin Zainuddin as the General Manager and the Administration Manager, Mohd Hamirul Bin Mat Noh as the Marketing Manager, Florence Lindan anak Tawie as the Operating Manager and Mohd Huzaimie Bin Ismaili as the Financial Manager.The company are entirely own and manage by the Bumiputra. The company will be located at Kota Samarahan. The reason we choose this area is because the place is very strategic. As we know, Kota Samarahan is a will become a well develop area in the future and in this area, it is consisting of many education institution, which includes schools, universities and other public and private institution. Besides that, this area also consists of many government departments and it also has many residential areas surround it. The General Manager is responsible in controlling, leading, organizing, and planning the overall business. Muhammad Ammar Zafri Bin Zainuddin is the owner and leader of the company. He also acts as the Administrative Manager for this business. He very interested with youth and for him sport and youth are always uniting, he willing to sacrifice his previous work to open a sport centre. The management will be lead by him and assisted by his management team. The second member is Mohd Hamirul Bin Mat Noh as marketing manager, who is responsible in preparing marketing plan that includes identifying the target market share, develop sales forecast and develop marketing strategies. He will be a person that promote and advertising the company toward youth because he has the ability and capability to communicate well and has excellent ideas in order to create attraction toward the public people.     This internship report serves the purpose to record the details of my industrial training which was conducted in MMN Bina Sdn Bhd, which is one of the construction company in Kuantan area. This report will cover the details of my internship in the Development for duration of 5 months which began from 23 August till 7 January, 2021 at MMN Bina Sdn Bhd which is located at Semambu, Kuantan, Pahang.Student who are undertaking the course name Diploma in University Technology MARA (UITM) are compulsory to undergo an industrial training at one of the company for a period of 5 months prior to graduating. Student are allowed to make their own choices to enter any company to do their internship, as long as have building background. This is to ensure students will be getting the exposure to involve in building related works instead of other non- building related works.     Based on case study, we were able to gain new insights about entrepreneurs in the real world as a result to obtain in this case study for write a report. We gather the analysis to evaluate a company’s market efficiency. In fact, to all the factors found in case study has been consider. We can use the interview method to analysis and identify the problem and develop a solution. A business reviews that we also learn about the marketing and operations strategies used by the organisation. In the case study, we also learn about how the organisation was able to boost their business plan by embrace with the new ideas to strengthen their business from this report and determine the characteristics of the company’s founder.For this case study, I do some research on Kancil Raja Patin known as “Kancil” by general. The idol for this entrepreneur is sifu Jamal, Dr Azizan, Temerloh Catering and Chicken Royale. The entrepreneur also got their own entrepreneurial characteristics which is to always keep discipline, strict and passion while doing the job. In additional, the ability and improvement of these skills and characteristics was aligned with learn and continue to learn and associate with the entrepreneur circle. All of these must have a self-motivation in line with what the owner said, “Now the age of vuca, who is the fast he advanced”.     This final year project was focused on the use of rustic wood slab with combination of epoxy resin that can enhance the appearance of the product design with an aesthetic look. As a result, this research was completed by designing and creating a console table that is more contemporary and unique as it should be. Due to the use of epoxy, it also can prevent decay and defect in wood and provide a long-lasting usage. Moreover, this design style is becoming more common among the younger generation and is currently the furniture design trend. The goal of this research is to produce a console table from acacia mangium wood slab in combination of epoxy resin. This aims to address several problems, including the design of tables especially console table in the furniture market which became far too plain and less in character. Nowadays, the raw materials used to make tables should be varied, including combinations of wood with a cheaper option mixed with metal, as well as plastic. As a result, the product was successfully designed and produced. Thus. a set of questionnaires was distributed to 150 respondents at different gender, age and profession. The characteristics evaluated by the respondents include material used, design, marketing and customers satisfaction

    This paper presents the method of lightning risk assessment for the structure by using the Malaysian Standard. The aim of this study is to determine the risk for the structure located at rural area from lightning activity and to provide the suitable lightning protection measures in order to reduce the risk for the structure lower than tolerable risk. To achieve this aim, the following objectives have been identified: to evaluate the risk analysis for the structure using Malaysian Standard and to determine the suitable protection for the structure. In order to evaluate whether or not lightning protection of an object is needed, risk assessment in accordance with the procedures contained in IEC MS 62305

    This research examines the effect of selective variables on the Malaysian stock market performance from 1980 to 2016. From the 36 yearly data observations, this research applied several empirical tests to determine the impact of selective variables on stock market performance. From the empirical test, exchange rate, foreign direct investment has the positive relationship with Malaysian stock market performance, while consumer price index, industrial production index and money supply has the negative relationship with Malaysian stock market performance. The Normality Jarque-Bera (JB) Test showed that the error terms are normally distributed and the model is significant at 5% significance level. Lastly, result from unit root test indicated that all variables is station at level and first difference while other variables are stationary at first difference

This paper examines whether the changes trend of the economic growth in Malaysia will give an impact on exports, exchange rate, foreign direct investment and inflation. Over the past few years, the economic growth in Malaysia has experienced difficulty after economic crisis. The study will explain more about the relationship between the economic growth and the independent variables for 30 years. In the process of findings there are few types of analysis were tested using Econometric Views (E-views), such as single linear regression, multiple linear regression, descriptive statistics, unit root tests, and more. The result indicates that there are significantly related to economic growths.
