Get PDFUniversiti al-Azhar merupakan model institusi wakaf pendidikan terulung. Sejak penubuhannya pada 979 Masihi ribuan ulama, tokoh dan ilmuan Islam lahir daripada institusi ini. Namun tidak ramai yang mengetahui mengenai sejarah penubuhan al-Azhar dan kaedah pengurusan dana wakafnya sehingga mampu membiayai pendidikan percuma dan menyediakan kemudahan kepada semua pelajar yang bernaung di bawah institusinya. Justeru kajian ini akan meneliti sejarah penubuhan universiti al-Azhar selain mengenal pasti kaedah pengurusan dana wakaf yang dikelolakan olehnya. Bagi mendapatkan data dan maklumat kajian ini, data-data literatur daripada penulisan terdahulu dan masa kini diteliti selain rujukan jurnal, kertas kerja dan laman sesawang yang berkaitan. Diharapkan dengan kajian ini sejarah kecemerlangan al-Azhar dan pengurusan dana wakafnya diketahui umum selain menjadi pedoman dan iktibar oleh mana-mana pihak untuk memperkenalkan skim wakaf di institusi masing-masing
Detection of Hepatitis C Virus Co-Infection in Hepatitis B Virus positive patient / Muhamad Azhar Muhamad Yusof
Get PDFHepatitis C virus co-infection can become troublesome to any patient infected especially when the patient had already being diagnosed with hepatitis B virus infection. It was estimated that 130 million people globally has been infected with hepatitis C virus (HCY) and mostly of the patient serve as reservoir for transmission to healthy people. While in ASEAN region, there was no significant study was done for the HCY infection among the population. The study is done to identify HCY co-infection in positive Hepatitis B virus (HBY) patient among the Malaysian population. In this study, the total number of HBY patient that is positive with HCY co-infection is 14 out of37 that account 37.84 % from the total sample. Whereas, another about 62.16 % (23 people) not developing HCY co-infection phenomena in patient with positive HBY infection. From other point of view, the distribution of hepatitis C virus detection between gender of the patient that is 9 female patient (24.3%) and 5 male patient (13.5%).Based on the race demographic data, it revealed that Chinese have the highest number of HCY positive detection that is 6 people (6.2 %), followed by Malay with 5 people (13.5%), Other races with 2 people (5.4%) and lastly Indian race with 1 person (2.7%). Based on the data between the number of HCY detection among the different diagnosis of HBY positive patient, 7 people (18.9%) with hepatitis disease positive with HCY detection by using real time PCR, followed by 5 (13.5%) people with chronic hepatitis disease, 2 (5.4%) people with cirrhosis disease and none from the people with hepatocellular carcinoma infect with HCY. The use of real time PCR assay had demonstrated a highly sensitive and specific method to detect HCY in patient sample with positive HBY virus. As for the conclusion, the result produce clearly show that the HCY can became a co-infection to the patient that had already being infect with HBY. Di dunia yang serba moderen masih saja ada sebagian dari kita memiliki pandangan yang terbelakang. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari kasus-kasus besar yang melibatkan nama negara. Kasus tersebut seperti disintegrasi, deglobalisasi yang terus terjadi sampai sekarang, serta kasus lain yang menimbulkan duka bagi semua orang. Hal ini juga berakibat bagi kestabilan dunia. Kesenjangan sosisal, kebutuhan pokok meningkat, kejahatan semakin banyak serta dampak-dampak lain yang merugikan banyak orang. Hal tersebut tentunya harus diatasi. Dengan pendekatan Teologi diharuskan mampu merubah maindset seseorang agar punya rasa cinta kepada bangsa dan negara. Hal ini menarik perdiskusian banyak kalangan akan konsep Bela Negara untuk memajukan dunia. Diambil dari karya Tafsir Al-Azhar dan Al-Mishbah. Dan pembahasan ini penting untuk dilakukan serta dipahami secara bersama-sama.
Penelitian ini ingin menjawab dua masalah, pertama, bagaimana konsep bela negara menurut pandangan Tafsir Al-Azhar dan Al-Mishbah. Kedua, bagaimana Relevansi serta implementasi ayat-ayat Bela Negara dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Hal ini dikarenakan pandangan menurut kedua tokoh berbeda. Sehingga hal tersebut disinyalir memiliki pemaknaan yang berbeda.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan kajian literatur, penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu mengumpulkan data yang berasal buku, artikel, jurnal dan sebagainya serta sumber primer yakni tafsir. Kemudian data-data tersebut dianalisa dengan seksama.
Dengan teori tersebut penelitian menyimpulkan dan menemukan beberapa hal, pertama, dari pemahaman Tafsir Al-Azhar Pemerintah memiliki andil yang sangat besar dalam upaya Bela Negara dan menjadi sebuah keharusan pemimpin memiliki prinsip amanah, adil, kuat, mementingkan kepentingan bangsa dan negara. Sementara itu dari pandangan Al-Mishbah Bela Negara sebagai bentuk keniscayaan yang diberikan Tuhan. Masyarakat juga memiliki peran yang sama atas konsep bela negara. Yang kedua, dalam implementasi ayat-ayat tersebut seseorang harusnya senantiasa memandang sesuatu demi kepentingan bersama dalam bela negara, serta mengedepankan unsur negoisasi demi mendapatkan jalan yang baik bagi kedua belah pihak

Get PDFBenthic habitat mapping is a spatial representation of physically distinct areas of seafloor that are associated with particular groups of plants and animals. Usually benthic habitat maps can determine the distribution and abundance of species and can identify critical or sensitive habitats. It also can summarize the physical and biological resources of a region. There are many approaches to map a benthic habitat and this study used Landsat 8 satellite imagery as it has a limited research on this field. Landsat 8 satellite imagery data is easily accessible and use no cost to extract the sediment types data. Benthic habitat was mapped by using four different band composites of Landsat 8 satellite imagery. Each band composites will be produced different type of benthic habitat map. The area of sediment classification is different for each band composites. Acoustic Ground Discrimination System was used to verify the benthic habitat developed by different band composites and the most similar with it was determined by using map accuracy assessment and Cohen’s Kappa coefficient. The location of this study was at Pulau Langgun, Pulau Langkawi and there were four types of sediment classification which were wred on sand, coral, medium sand and mud. From the sediment classification obtained, it can help to predict the living habitat and its distribution and abundance and develop a reliable benthic habitat map at that particular area
