People continue studies to a higher level to ensure a brighter future. In addition, it also can repay parents who have worked hard to raise their children to be successful in life. Being a student not as easy as thought. To survive as student, wise decision and move is needed in terms of spending money. At the university, textbooks and reference points are scarce and expensive. The problem is, that textbooks purchased; are only used for one or two semester's. After a semester or finished study, it is a time to let go some of items that don't want to bring home or don't want to use anymore. But the items may be useful to other students. In conjunction with green environment campaign, it is better if we can recycle things rather than keep it still in the box or dispose it. Selling these items to other students is a good opinion, but there is no suitable place provided to put advertisement and finding a buyer is not easy. The objective of this project is to design and develop a system that provide place for student to let go some items through online web based application. With this project, student can easily to find seller who want to let go item that still in good condition and also selling unused item to other student who needed. This project will mainly focus on auctioning function such; insert advertisement to be selling, bidding on the items interested, auctioning timer countdown and others. This project will be developing using PHP language and using MySQL as database. As for guideline to complete this project, SDLC waterfall method will be implementing to ensure everything is right on tract. Finally, with the successful of this project is hoped to provide some place for UiTM's student to advertise and market their item so other people who needed can used it

Beams are structural elements that transfer loads imposed along their length to end points. Beams are utilized to sustain the weight of a building's floors, ceilings, and roofs while also transferring the load to a vertical load bearing element (column and foundation).. The ground beams are designed to span between footing and piles. . This report was prepared using information from the site's experience and observation for the single-story house project under the Program Khas Perumahan Perwira Negeri Perak (PKPPNP). Project Perwira is located at Seri Iskandar, Perak Darul Ridzuan. The objective of the report is to study the method of construction for ground beam. It focused on preparation before concreting of ground beam, during concreting and after concreting. , This report shows the process and equipment that was used during construction of ground beam. Penelitianinimemilikitujuanuntukmenganalisaperhitungankonsumsilistrikskalarumahtanggagolongan R-1 daya 900 VA-RTMA, lalumeginventarisirperalatanlistrik yang ada di sebuahrumah, sertamenghitung IKE pada rumahtanggagolongan R-1 daya 900 VA-RTM.
Penggunaanperalatanlistrikuntukresponden 1 rata-rata dalamsebulansebesar 360,15 kWh, responden 2 sebesar 371,85 kwh, responden 3 sebesar 313,2kwh, responden 4 sebesar 186,75kwh, responden 5 sebesar 165,3kwh, dan lain-lain. Kemudianbiayalistrik yang harusdibayarkandalamsatubulansebesaruntukresponden 1 sebesar 388.962,00, responden 2 sebesar 535.464,00, responden 3 sebesar 248.054,40, responden 4 sebesar 156.870,00, responden 5 sebesar 198.360,00, dan lain-lain. Dari hasilpenelitianmenunjukkanintensitaskonsumsienergilistrik sangat berbandingdenganluasbangunan yang dimiliki. Semakinluasbangunanmakaakanberdampak pada penggunaanalat-alatkelistrikansehinggamengakibatkannilaiintensitaskonsumsienergilistriknya juga akanmengalamikenaikan. nilai IKE pada luasbagunan 120 m2mempunyainilai IKE lebihtinggiyaitusebesar 535.464 kWh/m2 per tahun
Industrial training report: Farm Fresh Milk Perak / Nurshifa Syuhada Muhamad Ali
The overview in this report is about my internship program at Rakan Dagang Resources, also known as Teraju Azdy, one of Perak's largest distributors of Farm Fresh. In this report contains company's profile, training reflections, my experience during my internship start from 1 March 2024 until 9 August 2024, pestel and swot analysis.
At Farm Fresh Perak, I focused on marketing and administrative and financial skills. As a marketing officer, I multitasked and created content and edited. I learned how to deal with organizations for sales and attend events to learn face-to-face communication with consumers. I also gained experience in editing and managing content for the marketing department. This experience has enhanced my marketing abilities and expertise.
In addition, I also was tasked with participating in community activities, such as holding milk talks and selling milk at schools in Perak at subsidized prices. I also participated in community initiatives, demonstrating the organization's dedication to supporting local initiatives. This approach builds trust and loyalty among customers, demonstrating the company's focus on making a difference in the community, and creating a positive brand image, demonstrating that it is not just about profits.
In conclusion, my internship journey at Rakan Dagang Resources which is distributor of Farm Fresh in Perak was a wonderful experience, because I can feel the real word of business and allow me to develop diverse skills and gain more experience. It also can increase my confidence in some things especially can increase my confidence to talk to people. This is important to build confidence for the future
Surface modification of aluminium alloy 5052 and its corrosion characterization / Abu Hanifah Muhamad Ali
Aluminum (Al) casting alloys are important materials for the fabrication of engine components such as engine block, pistons and cylinder head. In the present study, a self-organized nanostructured Al2O3 layer on AA5052 H32 series was fabricated and followed by heat treated at 450 °C for 1.5 h. The microstructural features and corrosion characterization was the interest part to study. In addition, mechanical and corrosion behavior of Al2O3 nanoporous after anodizing and heat treatment were investigated. From the microstructural point of view, the average length and diameter of the optimized nanoporous arrays ranged from 0.5 μm and 20 nm. Scratch test conducted to nanoporous layer and reveal that scratch hardness of heat treated AA5052 is 15.32 MN/m², higher than anodized sample 9.68 MN/m². Besides, anodization increase the hardness of AA 5052 from 50.5 HV to 85.3HV. Then, it being enhanced by heat treatment process and reduce to 60.7. Besides, the heat treated nanoporous layer show the hydrophilic properties where water contact angle value is only 13.7°. The results of corrosion tests in artificial sea water (ASW) showed that the corrosion rate values significantly decreased from after anodization and subsequent heat treatment compared to the substrate. Specifically, anodized sample corrosion protection improved 40.08% and while heat treated sample improved 88.17% from AA 5052 bare substrate

Purpose: The purpose of this retrospective study was to determine the prevalence of visual impairment among adults with disabilities. The correlation of visual
impairment with demographic data, visual acuity and refractive error were also investigated. Materials & Methods: The clinical eye examination data in community
rehabilitation center around Selangor from year 2012 until 2014 were reviewed. Data of adults with disability were included. Results: Thirty five eye examination data of adults with disability were reviewed. The prevalence of VI among adults with disabilities was 17.14%. Learning disability
had the highest prevalence of VI (11.43%), followed by physical disability (2.86%) and multiple disabilities (2.86%). There were poor correlation of VI between types of
disability (r=-0.25, p>0.05), gender (r=-0.39, p>0.05) and age (r=+0.023, p>0.05). Surprisingly, a weak correlation was revealed in VI with visual acuity (r=-0.09,p0.05). Conclusions: These finding showed a significant burden of vision impairment among adults with disability. The poor and insignificant correlation of VI with some factors might be due to incomplete and insufficient of clinical eye examination data. However, the important of eye examination and early detection of vision problem
still need to be highlighted among individual with disability in primary eye care services
Rain gauge network optimization in a tropical area towards efficient hydrological data acquisition / Mohd Zaharifudin Muhamad Ali
An adequate and reliable rain gauge network is essential for observing rainfall data in hydrology and water resource applications. For this purpose, rain gauge stations are installed in the catchment area of the river that forms a rain gauge network. Normally, a rain gauge network will be developed in accordance with the hydrological purpose and evaluated to extend to the network size in order to increase data accuracy. The increasing number of rain gauge network and augmentation of the existing rain gauge networks without proper planning and design has resulted in the high density of rain gauge stations compared to the recommendation made by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO). This resulted in increasing maintenance costs, but at the same time, creates the possibility of redundancy of stations within the catchment area. Due to this factor, it is the aim of this study to review the rain gauge network in a specific catchment to establish the optimal number of stations so that efficient rainfall data acquisition can be obtained. Two new optimization approaches have been developed in this study for the rain gauge network optimization and to prioritize the rain gauge stations, first by coupling the cross-validation technique with the geostatistical method (CV-Geo), and second, using the modified Particle Swarm Optimization (MPSO) technique. The spatial interpolation error of the spatial rainfall distribution, measured as the Root Mean Square Error (Erms) optimization criterion, is applied to a rain gauge network in a tropical urban area. The total daily rainfall data from the 55 rain gauge stations were used to perform the optimization process for seven flood events. The optimization aimed to reduce the number of rain gauge stations in the existing network that could be hypothetically redundant. By using the two new methods, CV-Geo and MPSO, the number of stations in the existing rain gauge network could be optimized based on the lowest Erms value of spatial interpolation error. The optimized rain gauge network exhibited a better semivariogram structure, especially in terms of nugget value that has been drastically improved. However, MPSO had shown a slightly better nugget value since it has recorded the lowest value of nugget. The rain gauge stations were prioritized based on their importance in the network. Four stations, namely T02, N03, N06, and N21 were considered ineffective and could, therefore, be relocated within the study area or eliminated from the existing network. A preliminary evaluation of the optimized network without the four stations showed satisfactory results in flood hydrograph simulation using a lump hydrologic model. Three out of four flood hydrograph simulations have yielded the NSE, r, and R2 values more than 0.75, which have indicated that the optimized network is efficient enough to produce rainfall data to simulate a flood hydrograph. The optimized rain gauge network exhibited a better semi variogram structure and lowered spatial interpolation error

Employee retention is an ability of the organization to retain their employees. Many consider employee retention as relating to the efforts by which employers attempt to retain employees in the workforce. Retention is become the strategies in the organization in order to make it has a competitive advantage. In a business setting, one of the employer goals is to decrease the turnover rate because it can reduce the recruiting expenses, orientation for new employee, training cost and decrease in productivity. The most important factor that the employer need to look seriously in retaining employee are not to lose the talented and knowledgeable employee because it is a big lost if the company is losing them. This is because key employee make the company growth, successful and able to achieve the organization goals by increase the profits of company. Moreover, they are the backbone of the company which is lead to the direction and future of the organization. The labour market continues to tighten and there are less available skilled, loyal and motivated employees (Memmott, 2002). High motivation can lead employee to stay in the organization. This is because motivation is the force that makes us do things. To motivate the employee, employer require to provide compensation and benefits that truly meet employee needs. The logical reason people go to work because they need money in order to survive and complete their basic needs. Then, their needs will change to physical needs, safety needs and social needs, so the employer obliges getting alert with this changing to satisfied employees. When individual needs being satisfied so they will have support to complete the task or work. Research has shown that there may be many environmental features that can be created and maintained to give employees job satisfaction. Pay and benefits, communication, motivation, justice and leisure time all seem to play a part as to whether employees are satisfied with their jobs (Paul L. Gerhardt, Jr.). Only the employee that satisfied will stay in the organization. When employee chose to stay, the turnover rate is low. In order to do so, employer should take an action to make sure that the employee is satisfied with their job by giving the opportunity to learn, develop and involving in the decision making. Nowadays, the challenge of organization to retain their employee is high because needs are different in time to time and changing fast to cope with the environment. In order the organization want to stay as competitive advantage, they must understand what are the needs has to fulfil and been offer to them. The current study on employee’s retention helps to know as much about the most influence factors which element the employees want to stay and retain in the company. This will help the management to create suitable package of benefits to motivate the employees to stay. Hence, it can retain and attract more workers to work in the company. In this study, it includes four factors the most affect the employee to stay in company which is compensation, learning opportunity and work/life balance

Diabetes Mellitus merupakan gangguan metabolisme yang secara genetis maupun secara klinis termasuk heterogen dengan manifestasi yang muncul berupa toleransi karbohidrat yang ditandai sering buang air kecil, cepat haus, cepat lapar, penurunan berat badan dan rasa lemah dan lelah, pemulihan yang lama atau sering infeksi, pandangan kabur.
Asuhan keperawatan pada pasien diabetes mellitus dilakukan di Ruang Mawar RSUD Dr. Harjono Ponorogo selama 3 hari pada bulan agustus 2022. Metode yang digunakan adalah proses keperawatan.
Hasil pengkajian didapatkan bahwa Tn. S menderita Diabetes Mellitus sejak bulan juli. Pada Tn. S ditemukan data bahwa klien mengalami kurang pengetahuan (defisit pengetauan). Tindakan keperawatan dilakukan 3 hari antara lain menginformasikan tentang penyakit Diabetes Mellitus dan proses penyakit Diabetes Mellitus, menjelaskan tanda dan gejala penyakit Diabetes Mellitus, mengindentifikasi etiologi, ajarkan latihan fisik, menjelaskan tentang Diet Diabetes Mellitus, memantau hyperglikemia, menganjurkan kontrol gula darah, patuh minum obat, melakukan pemeriksaan tanda - tanda vital, kolaborasi menyiapkan obat oral, kolaborasi dengan tim medis untuk melakukan injeksi IV santagesik 500 mg, dan ceftriaxone 1 gr, cek GDA untuk mengetahui tinggi atau rendahnya kadar gula dalam darah dan kolaborasi pemberian insulin injeksi SC Novorapid 12 iu.
Hasil evaluasi didapatkan Tn. S belum bisa menjelaskan tentang Diabetes Mellitus dan masalah belum teratasi. Hal ini dikarenakan Tn. S belum banyak memahami penyakit Diabetes Mellitus dan cara mengontrolnya.
Asuhan keperawatan ini diharapakan mampu memberikan edukasi tentang pengetahuan Diabetes mellitus.
