Analisis Penerapan Akuntansi Pada Pt. Zam Zam Intan Permata Di Teluk Kuantan Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Provinsi Riau
This research was conducted to find out whether the accounting practices applied at PT. Zam Zam Intan Permata has been implemented in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. The author uses qualitative research methods, namely descriptive research in analyzing the problems in this research. The data obtained by the author in this research will be processed, compiled, and compared with theories that are relevant and support and can solve problems, then will be analyzed and conclusions will be drawn along with suggestions to the company. The research results show that PT. Zam Zam Intan Permata has not implemented Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. The company does not make adjusting journals, or post-closing trial balances, does not present reports of changes in equity, does not prepare cash flow reports, and does not make notes to financial statements. In addition, when making an inventory list, the company does not include vehicle fixed assets in the balance sheet report

Melalui YouTube, dakwah memainkan perannya dalam menyebarkan informasi tentang Islam ke seluruh penjuru dunia tanpa mengenal waktu dan tempat. Nussa Official, salah satu akun YouTube yang update rutin melakukan aktivitas dakwah dengan menggunakan media baru yakni film animasi. Salah satu episode yang terdapat pada akun YouTube Nussa Official adalah episode New Series “Rarra”: Maaf Part 1 dan part 2 yang membahas tentang memaafkan orang yang menyakiti kita dengan perkataan maupun perbuatan.
Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, maka ada dua rumusan masalah yang bertujuan untuk memfokuskan penelitian. Adapun pertama, yaitu bagaimana makna denotasi, dan makna konotasi analisis Roland Barthes terhadap film animasi Rarra pada episode New Series “Rarra”: Maaf part 1 dan part 2. Dan pertanyaan kedua yaitu, apa saja pesan dakwah yang terkandung di dalam film animasi Rarra pada episode New Series “Rarra”: Maaf part 1 dan part 2.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang pesan dakwah yang terdapat pada akun YouTube Nussa Official episode New Series “Rarra”: Maaf part 1 dan part 2. Yang menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Untuk mengungkap tanda dan makna pesan dakwah pada film animasi Rarra pada episode New Series “Rarra”: Maaf part 1 dan part 2. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data adalah analisis semiotika Roland Barthes. Teori Barthes membagi tanda berdasarkan penanda dan petanda kemudian menghasilkan denotasi, konotasi.
Penelitian ini menghasilkan dua kesimpulan. Pertama, makna denotasi dan konotasi dalam film animasi Rarra episode New Series “Rarra”: Maaf part 1 dan part 2. Dan kedua, bentuk pesan dakwah yang terdapat pada film animasi Rarra episode New Series “Rarra”: Maaf part 1 dan part 2 yaitu pesan dakwah dalam bentuk hadis Nabi Muhammad saw yang membahas tentang ajaran mulia beliau ketika diri kita dipermalukan dan dihina maka kita tidak perlu membalasnya, bentuk pesan dakwah dalam bentuk ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an, bentuk kisah-kisah yang berisi tentang mengajarkan kita untuk senantiasa sabar dan pemaaf serta membalas perlakuan orang tersebut dengan kebaikan, dan berita sebagai bentuk pesan dakwah yang membahas tentang informasi yang harus dilakukan oleh orang-orang yang maafnya agar segera di terima. Juga terdapat materi pesan dakwah yaitu, pesan akhlak yang berisi tentang adab yang baik kepada sesama manusia, dan pesan syariah yang berisi saling memaafkan kesalahan orang lain
Pengembangan Instrumen Tes Berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skill Pada Materi Hidrolisis Garam Untuk Siswa SMA/MA
The purpose of this study was to develop a higher order thinking skill (HOTS) based test instrument on salt hydrolysis for senior high school students. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) using the Plomp model which consists of three stages, namely Preliminary Research, Prototyping Stage and Assessment Phase. The test instrument was validated by 7 experts, namely 4 chemistry lecturers of FMIPA UNP, and 3 chemistry teachers using a validation questionnaire. The small group trial was carried out by 6 students and the field test was carried out by 26 students of Senior High School number 1 in Padang. The data analysis technique for content validity uses Lawshe's CVR and the construct validity uses the aiken’s formula. The results showed that the instrument developed had good characteristics in terms of logical validity with a content validity index (CVI) of 0.841 and a construct validity of 0.82. The reliability coefficient of 0.89 is very high. The analysis of discriminating power showed 16 items had very good distinguishing quality, 4 items had good distinguishing quality, 4 items had moderate distinguishing quality. The difficulty index for 88% of the questions is categorized as medium. The correlation of the item score with a significant total score was 21 items. The dictator function on all items is effective. The data obtained shows that the test instrument based on higher order thinking skills (HOTS) on salt hydrolysis material for senior high school students is valid and has good item quality
PENERAPAN PASAL 3 PERATURAN PEMERINTAH NOMOR 42 TAHUN 2007 TENTANG WARALABA TERKAIT PERUBAHAN MEREK JASA (Studi Penerapan Perlindungan Merek “Pakcik Abin†Malang)

Fakultas Hukum Universitas Brawijaya Email: [email protected] ABSTRAK Penulisan skripsi ini membahas mengenai Efektivitas Penerapan Pasal 3 Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 42 Tahun 2007 tentang Waralaba terkait Perubahan Merek Jasa. Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam skripsi ini adalah terkait efektivitas Pasal 3 terhadap hak kekayaan intelektual yang telah di daftarkan namun berubah. Pelaksanaan Pasal 3 PP No. 42 Tahun 2007 belum maksimal dan efektif  karena dalam struktur hukum terlihat pola pikir birokrasi yang cenderung lama, sulit dan berbelit-belit. . Jenis penilitian yang dilakukan adalah jenis penelitian yuridis empiris yakni suatu metode penelitian yang meneliti data sekunder terlebih dahulu, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan megadakan penelitian terhadap data primer dilapangan. Penulis menganalisis hal tersebut dengan Peraturan Pemerintah yang berlaku yakni Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 42 Tahun 2007 tentang Waralaba. Konsekuensi dari tidak dipenuhi nya ketentuan di atas, maka sebuah pendaftaran merek dapat dianggap “tidak dipakai†(non use) dan karena nya dapat dihapus pendaftarannya. Banyak nya hambatan-hambatan dari penegak hukum juga mempengaruhi kesadaran hukum kepada masyarakat.Faktor Penghambat yang dimaksud dikarenakan terdapat ketidak sesuai-an dalam peraturan dengan praktek nya sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Pasal 12 ayat (4) serta Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan Nomor 12/M-DAG/PER/2006 Pasal 10 Ayat (4) dengan Peraturan Walikota Nomor 6 Tahun 2016. Dimana seharus nya Pendaftaran Waralaba dilakukan di Dinas Perdangangan namun diberlakukannya sistem satu pintu tetapi menghilangkan pengurusan untuk melakukan Pendaftaran Waralaba yang akhirnya membuat terlalu berbeli-belit dan sulit sehingga masyarakat pun akan rentan untuk melakukan kesalahan hukum. Solusi untuk menghadapi hambatan itu adalah dengan terus melakukan perbaikan baik dalam internal BP2T maupun melakukan koordinasi pengawasan dengan penegak hukum yang terkait. The problems discussed in this thesis is related to the effectiveness of Article 3 on intellectual property rights that have been registered but changed. Implementation of Article 3 PP. 42 Year 2007 has not been maximal and effective because in the legal structure looks bureaucratic mindset that tend to be long, difficult and convoluted. . Type of research conducted is a kind of juridical empirical research that is a research method that examines secondary data first, then followed by megadakan research on primary data field. The author analyzes the matter with the applicable Government Regulation namely Government Regulation Number 42 Year 2007 regarding Franchise. The consequence of not being fulfilled is the above provisions, then a trademark registration may be considered "non-use" and therefore may be removed from registration. Many of the obstacles of law enforcement also affect legal awareness to the community. The inhibiting factor is due to the incompatibility of the regulations with its practice in accordance with Government Regulation Article 12 paragraph (4) and Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 12 / M-DAG / PER / 2006 Article 10 Paragraph (4) by Regulation of Mayor Number 6 Year 2016. Where should the Registration of Franchise be conducted in the Department of Trade but the enactment of a one-door system but eliminates the arrangements to conduct Franchise Registration that ultimately makes too difficult and difficult will also be vulnerable to make a mistake law. The solution to deal with these obstacles is to continue to improve both internal BP2T and coordinate supervision with the relevant law enforcers. PENGEMBANGAN E-LKPD MENGGUNAKAN MODEL LOK�R BERBASIS LITERASI SAINS PADA PEMBELAJARAN FISIKA KELAS XII
ABSTRAK
Penelitian tentang Pengembangan E-LKPD Menggunakan Model
LOK-R Berbasis Literasi Sains Pada Pemnbelajaran Fisik. Rumusan
masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mengembangkan media
pembelajaran E-LKPD menggunakan model lok-r berbasis literasi
sains pada pembelajaran fisika materi gelombang elektromagnetik
kelas XII?, bagaimana kelayakan E-LKPD menggunakan model LOK�R berbasis literasi sains pada pembelajaran fisika materi gelombang
elektromagnetik kelas XII?, dan bagaimana respon pendidik dan
peserta didik terhadap E-LKPD mengggunakan model LOK-R
berbasis literasi sains pada pembelajaran fisika Materi Gelombang
Elektromagnetik?.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dari Lembar
Kerja Peserta Didik (E-LKPD) melalui hasil validasi ahli serta peserta
didik terhadap kemenarikan E-LKPD menggunakan model lok-r
berbasis literasi sains pada pembelajarn fisika materi gelombang
elektromagnetik kelas XII. Penelitian menggunakan model dari 4D
yang dikembangkan oleh Thiagarajan yaitu ( Define, Design,
Development,and Dissemination ). Namun pada penelitian ini, penulis
hanya melalukan sampai pada tahap pengembangan ( Develop ).
Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian uji validasitas dan angket
responden.
Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian yang dilakukanberupa pengembangan
E-LKPD menggunakan model LOK-R berbasis literasi sains pada
pembelajaran fisika. Berdasarkan penilaian dari ahli materi dan ahli
media diperoleh persentase validasi ahli materi 87%, validasi ahli
media 82%dengan kategori sangat layak, hasil penilaian dari pendidik
95% dan peserta didik 92,5% dalam kategoro sangat menarik.
Berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi, ahli media respon pendidik dan
peserta didik maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran
pengembangan E-LKPD menggunakan model LOK-R berbasis literasi
sains pada pembelajaran fisika sangat layak dan menarik untuk
digunakan sebagai bahan media pembelajaran.

Research on E-LKPD Development Using a Scientific Literacy�Based LOC-R Model in Physical Learning. The formulation of the
research problem is how to develop E-LKPD learning media using a
science literacy-based lok-r model in physics learning on
electromagnetic waves in class XII? XII?, And how is the response of
educators and students to E-LKPD using the LOC-R model based on
scientific literacy in the learning of Physics Electromagnetic Wave
Material?
This research aims to determine the feasibility of the Student
Worksheet (E-LKPD) through the results of expert and student
validation regarding the attractiveness of the E-LKPD using a
scientific literacy-based worksheet model in class XII physics learning
about electromagnetic waves. The research uses a 4D model
developed by Thiagarajan, namely (Define, Design, Development, and
Dissemination). However, in this research, the author only went
through the development stage (Develop). Instruments used in the
research were validation tests and respondent questionnaires.
Based on the results of research carried out in the form of
developing E-LKPD using the LOC-R model based on scientific
literacy in physics learning. Based on assessments from material
experts and media experts, the percentage of material expert
validation was 87%, media expert validation was 82% in the very
appropriate category, the assessment results from educators were
95% and students were 92.5% in the very interesting category. Based
on the assessment of material experts, media experts, educators' and
students' responses, it can be concluded that the learning media for
developing E-LKPD using the LOK-R model based on scientific
literacy in physics learning is very feasible and interesting to use as
learning media material.

Strategic School Leadership in Religiously Based Teacher Development
Teachers are the most important element in the world of education and are inseparable from the transformation of knowledge. Permata Bunda I and II Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools have teachers and educators with diverse educational backgrounds. Some teachers graduated from religious-based universities, while others graduated from public universities. Permata Bunda I and II Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools in Bandar Lampung have a vision and mission, one of which is religious character. It is important for teachers and educators to have religious character. In this study, the author wants to understand the role of the principal in managing human resources, namely teachers and educators, so that each individual teacher and educator has a religious character that is very important in the learning process. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation at Permata Bunda I and II Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools, Bandar Lampung, involving the principal, vice principal, administration department and teachers who are considered able to provide information. The novelty of this study is the religious character development implemented by the principal of Permata Bunda I and II Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools in Bandar Lampung as a consequence of fulfilling the educational institution's vision and mission. A Critical Study of Metalinguistic Corrective Feedback in the Essays by XII Students of JNV Patan
Corrective feedback (CF) is a vital aspect in the field of English language teaching, which is complex and continually evolving. English language teachers dedicate significant time and effort to provide feedback on students' writing performance. There is an ongoing debate regarding the efficacy of the teachers’ CF to improve the learners’ English writing competency. Empirical studies on CF in the Indian context are scarce. This study looks at how direct focused metalinguistic and non-metalinguistic written corrective feedback (WCF) affects the use of noun inflections in English descriptive essays written by Class XII students of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Patan. The study involves two experimental groups and one control group of ten students each; the first group received metalinguistic WCF; the second received non-metalinguistic WCF; and the control group received no feedback. A pretest-treatment-post-test-delayed post-test format was utilized to extract the data. The findings suggest that the teacher's targeted direct metalinguistic WCF led to inconsistent improvements in the learners' written output. However, this approach has certain limitations, including issues related to time frame, scaffolding, personalized feedback, as well as sustained teacher’s monitoring, and other factors pertaining to learners’ proficiency, personality, retention, and revision

Policy formulation is the stage of policy formulation as part of the legislative process of a statutory rule, so that the policy of criminal law formulation is defined as an attempt to make and formulate a good criminal law. This formulation stage is also known as the law enforcement stage in abstracto by the legislature, also known as the legislative policy stage. The main problems in this study are: 1) How is the regulation of criminal penalties in Article 3 of Law Number 8 of 2010 concerning the Crime of Money Laundering at this time. 2) What is the ideal policy for the provision of criminal fines in Article 3 of Law Number 8 of 2010 concerning No Crime of Money Laundering. 3) What is the prospective legal protection for victims of money laundering crimes in the future. The research method that the author uses in this research is the library research method using laws and regulations, legal doctrine, or the jurisprudence of previous judges or the study of legal documents or library materials both from electronic print media and books related to research. law. The regulation of criminal sanctions in fines in Article 3 of Law Number 8 of 2010 concerning the Crime of Money Laundering is currently still not maximally providing protection for the rights of victims, especially the rights of compensation to victims of crimes who have been harmed, in this case it is not the state that has harmed. The ideal policy for the provision of criminal penalties in Article 3 of Law Number 8 of 2010 concerning the Crime of Money Laundering is to reform the law because the loss suffered by the victim must be compensated by the perpetrator. The ideal policy is a policy that provides three aspects of law so that the formation of laws and regulations is made of quality, namely the philosophical basis, the sociological basis and the juridical basis. Prospective legal protection for victims of money laundering crimes in the future with legal certainty and guarantees of legal protection for crime victims to get their rights that have been suffered, the laws and regulations made and promulgated must be clear and logical taking into account the sense of justice for the victims
An Investigation of Different Language Choice through Personal Pronouns in the Twitter
This study aimed to find evidence regarding the use of personal pronouns in the discourses produced by males and females. Personal pronouns were chosen as the object of analysis, as several studies has suggested them as one of the features that may distinguish the gender of the authors. This study analysed publically available corpus, Rovereto Twitter N-Gram Corpus (RTC), utilized by Herdagdelen (2013). It is gender-of-the-author tagged, which makes the author’s gender analysis easier. The corpus was analysed using AntConc (Anthony, 2014). From AntConc’s concordance analysis, it was found that women utilised more personal pronouns, especially the ones that can create closer bond. On the other hand, men have greater tendency to distant themselves using generic pronouns than women. In conclusion, men and women in this study may use personal pronouns differently.
