Assim sendo, foi realizado uma entrevista estruturada com o Cooperativa de Agricultores Familiares da RMC e alguns de seus cooperados, com o objetivo de entender a dinâmica da gestão da cooperativa e a participação dos cooperados em seu processo. Portanto, buscou-se entender como os agricultores participam e compreendem a autogestão. Tal perspectiva adotado no estudo, parte-se de teóricas e contextuais que apontam a autogestão como uma proposta viável na gestão de cooperativas agropecuárias que estão diretamente relacionadas a agricultores familiares
Desafios da Curricularização da Extensão: Um debate necessário
Get PDFO objetivo desse texto é promover um debate sobre os desafios para a operacionalização da Resolução 07/2018 do MEC, que instituiu a curricularização das atividades extensionistas nas Instituições de Ensino Superior (IES), conforme o Plano Nacional de Educação (PNE) 2014-2024, buscando vias para realizar o potencial transformacional da Extensão na formação universitária e na superação de problemas socioeconômicos. Para tanto, empreendemos uma revisão narrativa da literatura e uma análise ancorada na hermenêutica filosófica. A principal discussão que motiva este artigo consiste em enfrentar os desafios para a consecução das transformações induzidas pelo PNE vigente sobre o papel da extensão universitária no Brasil, pois essa regulamentação é um marco importante para a legitimação desse campo, mas exige (re)criar vias para operacionalização considerando que as condições das universidades públicas e privadas, bem como o perfil dos estudantes podem estar diferentes de quando o PNE foi concebido. Nesse cenário, algumas instituições parecem focadas em cumprir o PNE na instância dos processos burocráticos, o que pode levar os alunos a verem a Extensão como mero cumprimento dos créditos obrigatórios de sua formação. Posto isso, defendemos a importância de mobilizar discussões sobre os possíveis caminhos para extensão universitária, com o objetivo de possibilitar o avanço dos estudos no campo. Consideramos, ao final do ensaio, que a curricularização da Extensão apenas será efetiva se ocorrerem mudanças estruturais e operacionais significativas nas IES, as quais devem levar em consideração, as condições dos docentes, recursos institucionais e a preparação dos alunos, alinhando essas questões às metas do PNE.

Challenges of curricularization of extension: A necessary debate
Abstract: The objective of this text is to promote a debate on the challenges for the operationalization of Resolution 07/2018 of the Ministry of Education (MEC), which established the curricularization of extension activities in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) according to the National Education Plan (PNE) 2014-2024, seeking the transformative potential of Extension in university education and addressing socioeconomic challenges. We undertook a narrative literature review and an analysis anchored in philosophical hermeneutics. The main discussion of this article is about the challenges for achieving the transformations induced by the current PNE regarding the role of university extension in Brazil because this regulation is an important milestone for the legitimation of this field but requires (re)creating pathways for operationalization, considering that the conditions of all universities, as well as the profile of the students, may be different from when the PNE was conceived. In this scenario, some institutions are focused on complying with the PNE regarding bureaucratic processes, creating conditions for students to perceive Extension as a mere fulfillment of their mandatory credits for graduation. Therefore, we defend the importance of mobilizing discussions on paths for university extension to enable advancement in the field of studies. To conclude, the curricularization of Extension will only be effective if significant structural and operational changes are made in higher education institutions, considering the conditions of faculty, institutional resources, and student preparation, aligning these aspects with the goals of the PNE.

O método e sua errância: a dimensão hermenêutica da Grounded Theory
Get PDFThis article proposes a hermeneutic reading of Grounded Theory (GT), with an emphasis on Charmaz’s constructivist strand, challenging its appropriation in the field of Management as a procedural and normative method. We argue that coding, often treated as a technical step, is a situated act of naming, and its critical potential lies in the symbolic involvement of the researcher. We engage with key publications in organizational studies that work with GT, acknowledging their contributions to the methodological debate, while also pointing to their limitations in the face of the recurrent capture of theory by technicist rationalities. To support the proposed shift, we draw on Gadamer’s philosophical hermeneutics—particularly his critique of truth as method—to frame GT as an interpretive practice, rather than a technique of validation. In this perspective, method does not precede meaning: it is what remains from the encounter between language, body, and field.Este artículo propone una lectura hermenéutica de la Grounded Theory (GT), con énfasis en la vertiente constructivista de Charmaz, tensionando su apropiación en el campo de la Administración como método procedimental y normativo. Argumentamos que la codificación, frecuentemente tratada como una etapa técnica, es en realidad un gesto de nominación situado, cuya potencia crítica reside en la implicación simbólica del sujeto investigador. Dialogamos con publicaciones de referencia en estudios organizacionales que operan con la GT, reconociendo sus aportes al debate metodológico, pero también señalando sus límites frente a la recurrente captura de la teoría por racionalidades tecnicistas. Para fundamentar el desplazamiento propuesto, movilizamos la hermenéutica filosófica de Gadamer ‒en su crítica a la verdad como método‒ para sostener la GT como práctica interpretativa, y no como técnica de validación. El método, en este sentido, no antecede al significado: es lo que queda del encuentro entre lenguaje, cuerpo y campo.Este artigo propõe uma leitura hermenêutica da Grounded Theory (GT), com ênfase na vertente construtivista de Charmaz, tensionando sua apropriação no campo da Administração como método procedural e normativo. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Variations on the Author
Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. No full textWe have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
