MARCO TEÓRICO: La obesidad es una enfermedad de etiología multifactorial de curso crónico en la cual se involucran aspectos genéticos, ambientales y de estilo de vida, siendo un factor de riesgo el sedentarismo presente en adolescentes que presentan adicción a internet, se observan cambios en la forma de relacionarse en pacientes que usan las nuevas tecnologías, trayendo consigo nuevas patologías y adicción. OBJETIVO: Analizar la asociación entre la adicción a internet y las relaciones intrafamiliares en pacientes adolescentes con obesidad adscritos a la UMF 75, IMSS. TIPO DE ESTUDIO: Observacional, analítico, prospectivo, transversal. MÉTODO: Realizando un muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple se obtuvo una muestra de 88 adolescentes con obesidad, usuarios de internet pertenecientes a la UMF 75, a los cuales se les aplicó los instrumentos de Test de Adicción a internet de Young y el instrumento Escala para la Evaluación de las Relaciones intrafamiliares (E.R.I.), previo consentimiento. RESULTADOS: En la población estudiada se encontró un rango de edad de 12 a 18 años, con predominio del sexo femenino y escolaridad secundaria y media superior principalmente, donde en el 65.9% de los adolescentes hubo adicción a internet, con relaciones intrafamiliares con un nivel intermedio y dependencia entre las variables estudiadas. CONCLUSIONES: Existe adicción a internet en los adolescentes con obesidad adscritos a la UMF 75, así como relación de dependencia entre la adicción a internet y las relaciones intrafamiliares, sin embargo no se comprueba la hipótesis ya que no se encontró pacientes con relaciones intrafamiliares con nivel bajo

Marco Teórico: El pie diabético genera mayor demanda de atención en consulta, hospitalización e incremento de incapacidad laboral afectando la calidad de vida. La salud percibida sirve para conocer como el individuo percibe su salud y el valor del tiempo de su vida asociado a limitaciones o discapacidades estableciéndose con el cuestionario de salud SF-36, dando un perfil de salud acompañado del Ciclo Vital de la Familia del paciente.
Objetivo: Analizar la asociación de la Calidad de Vida y el Ciclo Vital de la Familia en Pacientes con pie diabético adscritos a la UMF 75, IMSS
Material y métodos: Se realizó un estudio Observacional, Prospectivo, Transversal y Analítico con pacientes Diabéticos Tipo 2 con pie diabético. El análisis estadístico se realizó con estadística descriptiva (Tendencia central y dispersión). Análisis de datos elaboró mediante el programa SPSS.
Resultados: Se encontró que la calidad de vida y el ciclo de vida de los pacientes con pie diabético adscritos a la UMF 75 no tienen asociación, esto de acuerdo a la aplicación de Chi cuadrada con grados de libertad de 4, con significancia asintótica de 0.459. Se encontró predominio de pacientes del sexo masculino con una edad promedio de 48 años, predominando los católicos, con escolaridad secundaria, empleados.
Conclusiones: Se determinó que los pacientes con Pie Diabético de la UMF 75, tienen una mejor calidad de Vida independientemente del ciclo vital familiar en el que se encuentre a diferencia de lo que se reporta en la población a nivel mundial

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
