No full textUn juego de asignación se define por una matriz A; donde cada fila representa un comprador y cada columna un vendedor. Si el comprador i se empareja a un vendedor j; el mercado produce aij unidades de utilidad. Estudiamos los juegos de asignación de Monge, es decir, aquellos juegos bilaterales de asignación en los cuales la matriz satisface la propiedad de Monge. Estas matrices pueden caracterizarse por el hecho de que en cualquier submatriz 2x2 un emparejamiento óptimo está situado en la diagonal principal. Para mercados cuadrados, describimos sus núcleos utilizando sólo la parte central tridiagonal de elementos de la matriz. Obtenemos una fórmula cerrada para el reparto óptimo de los compradores dentro del núcleo y para el reparto óptimo de los vendedores dentro del núcleo. Analizamos también los mercados no cuadrados reduciéndolos a matrices cuadradas apropiadas.An assignment game is defined by a matrix A; where each row represents a buyer and each column a seller. Modal properties of mechanical systems under geometric variations by perturbation theory
No full textThe availability of analytical expressions to obtain the system matrices of mechanical components subject to small geometric variations (Bouras and Carassale (2024)) enables efficient solutions of several technical problems, including uncertainty propagation and shape optimization. An important step to tackle these problems is the calculation of the modal properties of the modified system. This can be done by relying on system matrices that are expressed through approximations such as power series. This paper starts from a motivational example showing some unexpected results and then studies the mathematical problem using a perturbation approach. This formulation provides analytic expressions for the corrections up to the second order of the eigenpairs of systems whose matrices depend on a small parameter. The results obtained can be related to known expressions for the derivatives of eigenvalues and eigenvectors both for the case of isolated modes, as well as for repeated eigenvalues. Besides, the technically relevant case of closely-spaced modes is considered. On the other hand, the perturbation analysis enables the discussion of the relative importance of the terms contained in the asymptotic expressions and explains some previously obtained numerical results

se comprende completamente. Sin embargo, diversos
índices plaquetarios, como el ancho de distribución
plaquetaria (ADP), podrían ser útiles para predecir la
gravedad de esta condición.
Objetivo: Analizar cómo se comporta el ancho de
distribución plaquetaria (ADP) en relación con el desarrollo
de la severidad de la preeclampsia en mujeres atendidas
en la unidad de medicina materno-fetal del Hospital Carlos
Monge Medrano de Juliaca.
Materiales y método: estudio básico, observacional
retrospectivo, de corte transversal.
Población: Estará representado por todas las mujeres
embarazadas con diagnóstico de preeclampsia,
comprendida entre las edades de 25- 40 años de edad,
quienes fueron atendidas en el Hospital Carlos Monge
Medrano de Juliaca nivel II-2 en el periodo de agosto a
diciembre del presente año 2024.
Muestra: conformada por 169 participantes.Introduction. The pathophysiology of preeclampsia is not yet fully understood. However, various platelet indices, such as platelet distribution width (PDW), may be useful in predicting the severity of this condition.
Objective: To analyze how platelet distribution width (PDW) behaves in relation to the development of preeclampsia severity in women treated in the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Unit of the Carlos Monge Medrano Hospital in Juliaca.
Materials and methods: A basic, observational, retrospective, cross-sectional study.
Population: Will be represented by all pregnant women diagnosed with preeclampsia, between the ages of 25 and 40, who were treated at the Carlos Monge Medrano Hospital in Juliaca, Level II-2, from August to December 2024.
