Tinjauan Kriminologis Terhadap Peredaran Kosmetik Ilegal Yang Mengandung Bahan Berbahaya Di Kota Pekanbaru
Crime prevention efforts are a series of efforts or activities carried out by BPOM in the context of tackling crime, including the distribution of illegal cosmetics. The distribution of illegal cosmetics in the background as the author describes is: These cosmetics do not use ingredients that meet the standards and quality requirements and other stipulated requirements, are not produced using good cosmetic manufacturing methods, are not registered with and obtain distribution permits from BPOM. The problems in this research are as follows: What are the factors that cause the distribution of illegal cosmetic products containing hazardous substances at the BPOM in Pekanbaru City? What are the efforts to prevent the Drug and Food Control Agency (BPOM) from tackling the distribution of illegal cosmetics in Pekanbaru City? The research method used by the author is observational with the census method, where the author goes directly to the field to find data that will be used as material for writing scientific papers, the data is taken through direct interviews. Furthermore, the data obtained from field studies and literature were collected, then processed and presented by comparing the field data with the opinions of experts or with the laws and regulations that were used as the basis for this research. The findings from the research results show that one of the factors causing the widespread distribution of illegal cosmetics in Pekanbaru City is the low price and easy access for consumers to get illegal cosmetics on the market. As well as the prevention efforts carried out by BPOM in tackling the distribution of illegal cosmetics in Pekanbaru City is by supervising and taking action against illegal cosmetics circulating on the market and imposing administrative sanctions on business actors who are proven to have violated the applicable laws and regulations

Permasalahan Konsepsi Harta Bersama Dalam Kepemilikan Saham Perseroan Terbatas (Studi Kasus Putusan Nomor 80/Pdt.G/2020/PN.Jkt.Utr)
A limited liability company as a legal entity adheres to the principle of a separate legal entity which creates the concept of limited liability of its shareholders. The existence of these two concepts automatically separates the assets of the limited liability company from the personal assets of its shareholders. Even though the shareholders are part owners of the limited liability company, the shareholders cannot claim the assets of the limited liability company. Shares acquired while in marital status can become joint property. However, the Indonesian Marriage Law does not provide special arrangements or mechanisms regarding the distribution of joint assets, so the Judge is given the mandate to decide on this matter. The research method that the author uses in writing this thesis is a normative legal research method that is juridical-normative in nature. Based on the author\u27s analysis, there are still misunderstandings, both among the Panel of Judges and the general public, regarding the conception of legal entity assets as being related to joint assets in marriage. So, the author suggests making further arrangements regarding joint assets, increasing socialization regarding marriage agreements, and writing in more detail regarding the list of joint assets in lawsuits
An Experimental Study on Heterogeneous Porous Stacks in a Thermoacoustic Heat Pump
Growing evidence suggests that research must be done to develop energy efficient systems and clean energy conversion technologies to combat the limited sources of fossil fuel, its high price, and its adverse effects on environment. Thermoacoustic is a clean energy conversion technology that uses the conversion of sound to thermal energy and vice versa for the design of heat engines and refrigerators. However, the efficient conversion of sound to thermal energy demands research on altering fluid, operational, and geometric parameters. The present study is a contribution to improve the efficiency of thermoacoustic devices by introducing a novel stack design. This novel stack consists of alternative conducting and insulating materials or heterogeneous materials. The author examined the performance of eight different types of heterogeneous stacks (combination 1–8) that are only a fraction of the displacement amplitude long and consisted of alternating aluminum (AL) and Corning Celcor or reticulated vitreous carbon (RVC) foam materials. From the thermal field measurements, the author found that combination eight performs better (12% more temperature difference at the stack ends) than all the other combinations. One interesting feature obtained from these experiments is that combination 7 produces the minimum temperature at the cold end (17% less than other combinations). The thermal performance of the heterogeneous stack is compared to that of the traditional homogeneous stack. Based on the study, the newly proposed stack design provides better cooling performance than a traditionally designed stack.</jats:p
