Factors Influencing Customer Satisfaction on Card Services Quality in Bank PCL ( Moe Thuzar Lwin, 2023)
This study focuses on customer satisfaction with card service quality at CB Bank PCL.The objectives of the study are to identify factors influencing customer satisfaction andthe moderating effect of demographic factors. In Influencing factors include reliability, efficiency, privacy, fulfilment, ease of use, and usefulness. The primary data was collected from 384 respondents who are users of CB Bank card services by using a simple random sampling approach. This study used questionnaires, surveys, and quantitative research methods. Then, the study used descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis to analyze the data. The findings demonstrate that customers hold a highly favorable view of all the influencing factors in card payment services. Moreover, all the influencing factors have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. However, the privacy factor has a relatively low impact on customer satisfaction compared to the other factors. Concerning the moderating effect, the study reveals that demographic factors such as gender, age, monthly income, and education level can influence the relationship between influencing factors and customer satisfaction. This study suggests that CB Bank should focus on improving customer privacy for card payment services by upgrading security measures. It should also focus on addressing customer complaints quickly and making internet-based card transactions faster and easie
THE EFFECT OF TRAINING PROGRAMS ON EMPLOYEE JOB PERFORMANCE AT MYANMAR GOLDEN 11 INVESTMENT INT’L CO., LTD.(Yar Moe Lwin, 2019)
The main objective of this study is to identify the effect of training programs on employees‘ competency and its effect on the employee job performance in Myanmar Golden 11 Investment International Co., Ltd. The data are collected from two hundred and sixteen respondents who are selected randomly from four hundred and sixty employees of the company. The findings indicate that both on job and off job training have positive effect on employee competency. According to survey results, among two trainings mentioned before, the former one has great contribution on employees‘ competency in Myanmar Golden 11 Investment International Co., Ltd. The results indicate that employee competency has strong influence over employee job performance at Myanmar Golden 11 Investment International Co., Ltd. The result highlight on the positive effect of Training programs, both on job and off job, on the four dimensions of employee competency - attitude, knowledge, creativity and ability. It can be concluded that providing on job and off job training lead to improvement of employee competency and their job performance

With all other technological advancements in the Internet of Things (IoT), mobile devices, cloud computing, 5G network, and artificial intelligence, the need for cybersecurity is more critical than ever before. These technologies drive the need for tighter cybersecurity implementations, while at the same time act as enablers to provide more advanced security solutions. This paper will discuss a framework that can predict cybersecurity risk by identifying normal network behavior and detect network traffic anomalies. Our research focuses on the analysis of the historical network traffic data to identify network usage trends and security vulnerabilities. Specifically, this thesis will focus on multiple components of the data analytics platform. It explores the big data platform architecture, and data ingestion, analysis, and engineering processes. The experiments were conducted utilizing various time series algorithms (Seasonal ETS, Seasonal ARIMA, TBATS, Double-Seasonal Holt-Winters, and Ensemble methods) and Long Short-Term Memory Recurrent Neural Network algorithm. Upon creating the baselines and forecasting network traffic trends, the anomaly detection algorithm was implemented using specific thresholds to detect network traffic trends that show significant variation from the baseline. Lastly, the network traffic data was analyzed and forecasted in various dimensions: total volume, source vs. destination volume, protocol, port, machine, geography, and network structure and pattern. Design and Implementation of Car Park Control System Using Microcontroller
The system is mainly intended to reduce the wastage of space for car parking control system by using PIC microcontroller. If a car arrives at the ENTRY barrier, the sensor senses and then the program checks and counts. If the count is greater than or equal to 100, the car park is full and message ''FULL'' is displayed. When the car park is full, the lock mechanism is activated. If a car leaves from the car parking, the EXIT barrier opens and then the count decreases. The lock mechanism is disabled as soon as spaces are available in the car park. If the count is less than 100, then it is assumed that there is space in the car parking and the message ''SPCE'' is displayed. The numbers of cars are displayed on the monitor. This system uses two programming languages: PICBASIC and C++ programming language
