Tiwul Instan Substitusi Tepung Bekatul Sebagai Makanan Fungsional Bagi Penderita Hipertensi

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perbedaan kadar serat pada tiwul instan substitusi tepung bekatul, organoleptik (mutu hedonik dan hedonik) warna, rasa, tekstur tiwul instan dan asupan serat pada penderita hipertensi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan sampel penelitian tiwul instan substitusi bekatul, dan penderita hipertensi. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan ANOVA (Analysis of Variance)dan DMRT (Duncan’s Multiple Range Test). Hasil kandungan serat tiwul instan substitusi tepung bekatul per 100 g dengan substitusi tepung bekatul 10% 2,55 g, substitusi tepung bekatul 20% 2,76 g, dan substitusi tepung bekatul 30% 3,19 g. Hasil mutu hedonik tiwul instan menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan warna, rasa, dan tekstur. Warna dan rasa tiwul instan terbaik substitusi tepung bekatul 20%=10%. Tekstur terbaik tiwul instan terdapat pada tiwul instan dengan substitusi 10%, 20%, dan 30%. Hasil tingkat kesukaan panelis terhadap warna, rasa, dan tekstur tiwul instan menunjukkan perbedaan. Warna yang paling disukai tiwul instan substitusi tepung bekatul 20%. Rasa dan tekstur paling disukai tiwul instan substitusi tepung bekatul 10%. Rata-rata asupan serat makanan pada penderita hipertensi pria per hari adalah 13,37 g, sedangkan pada penderita hipertensi wanita adalah 11,56 g per hari. Secara keseluruhan penderita hipertensi kekurangan serat per hari.
Pengaruh Diagram Venn dan Relasi dalam Meningkatkan Pemahaman Sistem Basis Data
This research aims to improve the understanding of database system learning using Venn diagrams and relation diagrams. The first stage of the research was by conducting a pretest that contained the material, questions, and solutions using the Venn diagram and the relation diagram. The post-test stage was in the same way so that it can be seen an increase in student understanding of the database system by using Venn diagrams and relations as tools. The primary object of this research is to increase students' understanding of the database system using Venn diagram operations and relation diagrams to solve database system questions. The method used was pre-experimental research with the design of one group pretest and post-test design. The samples used were 45 students in semester 5 of the Informatics Engineering Department for the 2020/2021 academic year of Indraprasta University PGRI. The instruments collected were in the form of pretest and post-test results. The percentage result (P) was that the pretest to post-test scores has increased from 64.33% to 86.33% based on the Venn diagram. The statistical hypothesis test using the Wilcoxon test obtained a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, which concluded that there was an increase between the pretest and post-test results based on the Venn diagram compared to the relation diagram. Therefore, the author describes that the average Unindra PGRI students in semester five can understand database questions by applying the Venn diagram material between relationships
From nature to the laboratory, an effort to raise disaster awareness
Aceh is one of the provinces in Indonesia with a high risk of disaster. The threat of disasters in the form of forest and land fires, tornadoes, floods, flash floods, ROB floods, landslides, extremes and abrasions often occur in Aceh, namely 365 disaster events from January to June in 2021. Based on the calculation of the disaster ratio index it is known that in 2020 Aceh obtained a value of 153.58 which belongs to the high class. Almost all areas of Aceh have a red color that indicates that the value of the disaster ratio index in Aceh is more than 144. The above conditions require the people of Aceh to be able to have awareness of the disaster that will befall him and his family. Therefore, there needs to be efforts to increase awareness of disasters in the community, one of which is through education. Aceh which has a form of local wisdom about the disaster can increase public disaster awareness if it can be understood or studied by the community. Therefore, local wisdom derived from nature needs to be legalized or made management in the form of natural laboratories. This is so that learners, the general public or academics can learn and adapt the local wisdom to their living environment or can convey toothers. Thus, it is expected that public disaster awareness will increase. This is in accordance with the results of Crismono's research where natural learning and integration of local knowledge can increase the development of community capacity in disaster management as well as Wulansari which found results where research from the use of natural laboratories can increase the biological learning outcomes of learners by 80 © 2023 Author(s)

Water resources are an important element to meet the needs of living things. Water resources management efforts are needed so that water resources are maintained in their sustainability. In meeting their water needs, the community manages and uses water according to local wisdom. Local wisdom is an effort to preserve water and the environment. The purpose of this study was to analyze the forms of local wisdom that exist in Selamat village and to analyze the implementation of the community in preserving water resources. The methods in this study were qualitative, field observations, taking pictures and direct interviews. The results of this study are a form of local wisdom that prohibits tourists from visiting the Alur Batu waterfall, and closes the access road to the Alur Batu waterfall. The conclusion is the Selamat village community who do not want the stone groove to be used as a tourist spot by the government, thus closing the road access to the stone groove, and using the stone groove as a source of water. This research provides information to readers about the forms of local wisdom that exist in Selamat village. In this study, there are still shortcomings in obtaining data due to limited time, suggestions from the author for the next researcher to present more and more accurate data.Sumber daya air merupakan unsur yang penting untuk memenuhi kebutuhan makhluk hidup. Diperlukannya upaya pengelolaan sumber daya air agar sumber daya air tetap terjaga kelestariannya. Dalam memenuhi kebutuhan airnya masyarakat mengelola dan memamfaatkan air sesuai kearifan lokal. Kearifan lokal adalah upaya dalam menjaga kelestarian air dan lingkungan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bentuk kearifan lokal yang ada di desa Selamat dan menganalisis implementasi masyarakat dalam menjaga kelestarian sumber daya air Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, observasi lapangan pengambilan gambar dan wawancara langsung. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bentuk kearifan lokal masyarakat yang melarang wisatawan untuk mengunjungi air terjun Alur Batu, dan menutup akses jalan menuju air terjun Alur Batu. Kesimpulannya masyarakat desa Selamat yang tidak ingin alur batu dijadian tempat wisata oleh pemerintah sehingga menutup akes jalan menuju alur batu,dan menjadikan alur batu sebagai sumber mata air. Dengan adanya penelitian ini memberikan informasi kepada pembaca mengenai bentuk kearifan lokal yang ada di desa Selamat. Dalam penelitian ini masih terdapat kekurangan dalam memperoleh data karena waktu yang terbatas, saran dari penulis untuk peneliti berikutnya untuk menyajikan data yang lebih banyak dan lebih akurat
Revisión bibliométrica del tratamiento de las aguas residuales mediante residuos frutales como medio de adsorción de colorantes: una visión global
Currently, conservation of water resources is a major challenge. For this reason, research has intensified into methodologies that are not only efficient but also economically viable for treating wastewater from the textile industry. The objective of this study was to reveal the current state of scientific literature related to the use of fruit waste as a means of adsorbing dyes in wastewater treatment. The methodology used consisted of a bibliometric analysis based on documents indexed in Scopus® published between 2010 and 2022. Significant trends within the field were determined using networks through VOSviewer software. Initially, 705 documents were found and after applying the filters, 532 documents published during the search period were obtained. The study found that China is the leading country, accounting for 38.72 % of all publications. Likewise, author Liu, Y. obtained the highest number of citations, followed by Ren, S. and Yan, Q. In addition, the average number of citations per document was 28.83, with a total of 2027 authors and an average of 3.81 authors per publication. On the other hand, Chemosphere was the journal with the highest number of publications, followed by the Journal of Environmental Chemical Engineering and Water Science & Technology. The results provided a broad overview of the research landscape on wastewater treatment using fruit waste as bioadsorbents, which serves as a basis for future research. Finally, it is concluded that the data obtained provide guidance on the most important authors, journals, materials, mathematical models, and use of characterization techniques. Despite being a relevant topic, a search of the literature reveals no bibliometric analyses on the subject. Thus, bibliometric analyses are an interesting alternative to traditional literature reviews.En la actualidad, la conservación de los recursos hídricos es un desafío importante. Por tal motivo, se ha intensificado el estudio de metodologías que no solo sean eficientes, sino que también sean económicamente viables para tratar aguas residuales de la industria textil. Este estudio tuvo como objetivo revelar el estado actual de la literatura científica relacionada con la utilización de los residuos frutales como medio de adsorción de colorantes en el tratamiento de las aguas residuales. La metodología empleada consistió en un análisis bibliométrico con base en los documentos indexados en Scopus® y publicados entre 2010 y 2022. Las tendencias trascendentales dentro del campo se determinaron utilizando redes por medio del software VOSviewer. Inicialmente, se encontraron 705 documentos y luego de aplicar los filtros se obtuvieron 532 documentos publicados durante el rango de búsqueda. Se encontró que China es el país predominante con el 38,72 % del total de las publicaciones. Asimismo, el autor Liu, Y. obtuvo el mayor número de citaciones seguido por Ren, S. y Yan, Q. Además, el promedio de citas por documento fue de 28,83, con un total de 2027 autores y una media de 3,81 autores por publicación. Por otro lado, Chemosphere fue la revista con mayor número de publicaciones seguidas de Journal of Environmental Chemical Engineering y Water Science & Technology. Los resultados permitieron obtener una visión amplia sobre el panorama investigativo del tratamiento de agua residuales utilizando residuos frutales como bioadsorbentes, lo cual sirve de base para futuras investigaciones. Finalmente, se concluye que los datos obtenidos orientan en cuanto autores, revistas, materiales, modelos matemáticos y uso de técnicas de caracterización más importantes. A pesar de ser un tema relevante, haciendo una búsqueda en la literatura, no se encontraron análisis bibliométricos sobre la temática. Es así como los análisis bibliométricos son una alternativa interesante a las revisiones literarias tradicionales
