Redesain Stadion Kamal Junaidi Jepara
Football is a very popular sport in the world with the number 1 most fans. Football can be a lot of fans because all people can enjoy football, enjoy it from playing, training, watching to make football a business opportunity. The stadium for a team is very important because that's where the supporters can see and enjoy directly, as well as in Jepara the Kamal Junaidi Stadium must be used again for official professional matches. The method used by the author in this research is observation, literature study and comparative study. The planning and redesign of Kamal Junaidi Stadium will be adjusted to national standards, because later Kamal Junaidi Stadium will be used for national matches. Kamal Junaidi Stadium apart from being the home object of Persijap Jepara, this stadium can be rented for football matches from anywhere. According to the author's observations from the three aspects of the after-occupation evaluation at the Kamal Junaidi Stadium, Jepara, there were several problems related to behavioral, functional, and technical aspects. Problems that arise can be solved by renovating the stadium. The renovations included structural, architectural and mechanical fields so as to make Kamal Junaidi Stadium Jepara able to hold matches on a national scale
DJAMAL KAMAL - AN EXPERIENCED TRANSLATOR
The article is dedicated to the brief biography of Jamal Kamal, the great poet of Uzbekistan, skilled translator and publicist, a public man, a literary critic, and the candidate of philological sciences. Along with his creative activity, the author translated the finest pieces of world literature into the Uzbek language. It is also an ancient tradition to translate samples of Persian literature into Turkic or, conversely, Turkic works of art into Persian. Taking into account all above said, Jamal Kamal was one of the first in Uzbekistan to translate the work of Jaloliddin Rumi “Masnaviy Manaviy” into Uzbek. Analisa Struktural dalam Komposisi "Kepadamu Bunda" karya Trisutji Kamal
Dalam masa studi, Trisutji Kamal menggubah sebuah karya yang dipersembahkan untuk ibunya, Kepadamu Bunda. Karya ini menceritakan pengalaman pilu yang dialami oleh Trisutji Kamal saat kehilangan ibunya yang wafat ketika ia masih studi di Roma. Lirik dari tembang puitik karya Trisutji Kamal dibuat jauh sebelum digubah menjadi sebuah karya komposisi vokal. Tidak seperti puisi-puisi pada umumnya, puisi karya Trisutji terasa seperti buku harian. Dengan menempatkan aspek-aspek musikal seperti; legato, sostenuto, dinamika, fermata, dan tempo yang tepat menjadikan karya puitik Trisutji Kamal lebih dramatik. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Practice Based Research yang menekankan pada investigasi/penyelidikan untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan pengamatan berulang terhadap tayangan video rekaman dan melakukan praktek bernyanyi secara mandiri oleh penulis. Analisa data dilakukan dengan analisa secara musikologis, bentuk lagu, irama, tempo, birama, melodi, dan dinamika. Dalam penulisan laporan, penulis merangkum semua proses penelitian dalam bentuk narasi.During her studies, Trisutji Kamal composed a work dedicated to her mother, Kepadamu Bunda. This work tells the sad experience by Trisutji Kamal when she lost her mother who died while he was still studying in Rome. The lyrics of Trisutji Kamal's poetic song were created long before it was composed into a vocal composition. Unlike most poems, Trisutji's poetry feels like a diary. By placing musical aspects such as; legato, sostenuto, dynamics, fermata, and the right tempo make Trisutji Kamal's poetic works more dramatic. The research method is Practice Based Research which emphasizes on investigation to gain knowledge. Data processing is done by repeated observation of video recordings and independent singing practice by the author. Data analysis is done by analyzing musicologically, song form, rhythm, tempo, rhythm, melody, and dynamics. In writing the report, the author summarizes all research processes in the form of a narrative
Investigation on the Mechanisms Governing the Robustness of Self-Compacting Concrete at Paste Level
In spite of the many advantages, the use of self-compacting concrete(SCC) is currently widely limited to application in precast factories and sihiationsin which external vibration would cause large difficulties. One of the mainlimitations is the higher sensitivity to small variations in mix proportions, material characteristics and procedures, also referred to as the lower robustness of SCC compared to vibrated concrete. This paper investigates the mechanisms governing the robustness at paste level. Phenomenological aspects are examined for a series of paste mixtures varying in water film thickness and superplasticizer-to-powder ratio. The impact of small variations in the water content on the early-age structural buildup and the robustness of the paste rheology is investigated using rotational and oscillating rheometiy.Steel & Composite Structure

This proceedings volume has the papers presented at the 30th annual conference on Foundations of Software Technology and Theoretical Computer Science (FSTTCS 2010), held at the Institute of Mathematical Sciences (IMSc), Chennai, during 15–18 December 2010.

A conceptual model for EAI adoption in an e-government environment
The non-integrated nature of Local Government Authority (LGA) Information Systems (IS) is
strongly associated with the inconsistency and duplication of data, reduction in data integrity and
quality, and high operational and maintenance cost. The reason is that legacy IS within the LGAs
are usually tailored to support particular business processes and functions and are as a
consequence usually difficult to integrate. This gives rise to a strong need for an integrated
architecture that facilitates reuse of existing applications and flexibly implementing business
processes across the functional boundaries within the LGAs. This paper examines a potentially
important area of IS integration in the United Kingdom (UK) LGAs through Enterprise
Application Integration (EAI) technology. A review of the literature indicates that EAI has been a
focal technology for several organisations in solving their integration problems. However, is new
in the LGAs; thus research literature around it is limited. Yet the effect of IS integration using
EAI technology remains under explored, as little research has been conducted to comprehend the
LGAs perception of integration that influences their decisions and actions. The author
demonstrates that it is of high importance to investigate this area within LGAs and result in
research that contributes towards successful EAI adoption. Therefore, resulting in the
development of a conceptual model that may be used to assist the government decision-making
process for EAI adoption in an electronic Government (e-Government) environment

Flowable fibre-reinforced concrete: Progress in understanding and development of design standards
Significant progress has been achieved during the past years in the understanding of the behaviour of fibres in flowable concrete clearly indicating the link between mix design, casting conditions and structural behaviour. With mix-designs deviating more or less from conventional vibrated concrete (CVC), constitutive laws and code provisions related to the structural behaviour, as established so far, might no longer be applicable. Transferring the research-garnered knowledge into design prescriptions is an effort made by fib Task Group 4.3. ModelCode 2010 has introduced the K-factor concept, a factor that takes into account fibre orientation to consistently identify the mechanical properties of the material to be employed for structural design. The current design approach is determining the highest K-factor of a structure by experimental testing to assure a safe design. Flow simulations can assist in the design and adequate test methods have been developed to assure the required quality level.
This paper compiles recent research findings with regard to the flow behaviour and the standardisation of flowable fibre-reinforced concrete, a concrete type with a very high potential for production efficiency and the development of innovative products and structural applications. The synergy between tailored mixture composition, structural design methodologies and effective manufacturing/casting processes at a high level of quality is a strong engineering need to remain competitive and to fully exploit the potential that this category of advanced cement-based materials has for the construction industry
Upaya guru agama dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI di SMP Negeri 2 Kamal Bangkalan Madura

Dalam rangka meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 2
Kamal, diperlukan upaya-upaya guru khususnya di sini adalah guru PAI, Karena siswa SMP masih sangat perlu mendapat bimbingan dalam pelajaran PAI.SMP Negeri 2 Kamal merupakan salah satu sekolah SMP Negeri di kecamatan Kamal yang memiliki tujuan agar para siswanya yang beragama Islam mampu dalam pelajaran PAI. Sedangkan pada kenyataannya porsi jam belajar PAI 2 jam perminggu. Oleh karena itu,peneliti ingin mencoba mengungkapkan bagaimana upaya guru agama dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar PAI di SMP Negeri 2
Kamal.
Tujuan dari peneliti ini adalah mendeskripsikan bentuk upaya guru agama dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar PAI siswa di SMP Negeri 2 Kamal dengan segala upaya, kendala/hambatan serta langka-langkah pemecahannya oleh guru agama dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar PAI siswa, serta bagaimana prestasi belajar siswa setelah dilakukan upaya oleh guru agama.
Untuk memperoleh data dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan analisis deskriptif dari data yang dihasilkan melalui metode observasi, interview dan dokumentasi.
Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian adalah: 1.Upaya guru agama dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAIa) upaya memotivasi siswa b) upaya membimbing siswa c) upaya guru mengelola proses belajar mengajar 2. Bagaimana prestasi siswa setelah guru melakukan upaya tersebut a) prestasi siswa menjadi meningkat b) siswa menjadi antusias dalam mengikuti pembelajaran c) siswa menjadi tidak bosan dengan adanya upaya guru tersebut.
Saran-saran dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari: a). upaya guru agama dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI di SMP Negeri 2
Kamal pada siswa yang menunjukkan positif, dan dipertahankan b). Lebih mempererat hubungan antara siswa dengan guru, serta orang tua, dan masyarakat sekitarnya.
ABSTRACT
The learning achievement of students at SMP Negeri 2 Kamal can be increased by their teachers. One teacher is Islamic Education Teacher (PAI – Pendidikan Agama Islam). Junior high school students still need counseling in PAI Lesson. SMP Negeri 2 Kamal is indeed one of state junior schools at Kamal Subdistrict which is found to empower their Moslem students with PAI Lesson. In fact, the proportion of learning hour for PAI Lesson is only 2 hours per week. Therefore, the author attempts to reveal how is the effort of religion teacher to increase the learning achievement in PAI at SMP Negeri 2 Kamal.
The objective of research is to describe the following matters: the effort taken by the religion teacher to increase students’ learning achievement in PAI at SMP Negeri 2 Kamal; the constrain and the solution by the religion teacher increase students’ learning achievement in PAI; and the students’ learning achievement after the effort taken by the religion teacher.
Research method is descriptive qualitative. Descriptive analysis is conducted over the data that are collected through observation, interview and documentation.
It is concluded that: (1) the effort taken by the religion teacher to increase students’ learning achievement in PAI Lesson involves some actions such as (a) motivating the students, (b) counseling the students, and (c) keeping the teaching- learning session well managed; and (2) students’ learning achievement after these actions is characterized by the following: (a) the students’ achievement is increased, (b) the students are more enthusiastic in their learning, and (c) the students are never bored with the action of teacher.
It may be suggested that (a) the effort that already taken by the religion
teacher to increase students’ learning achievement in PAI Lesson at SMP Negeri 2
Kamal must be preserved because it has produced positive impact; and (b) the relationship between student with teacher, parent and immediate community, should be developed
