The objectives of the study are to examine the effect of work ethics and organizational culture on work environment, to analyze the effect of work ethics and organizational culture on work motivation and to analyze the effect of work environment and work motivation on employee performance in Myanmar Trade Promotion Organization. The total population is 228 employees in 2025, and the sample size is determined to be 144 using the Raosoft sample size calculator. A simple random sampling method is employed to select the 144 participants from the total employees. Primary data are collected from structured questionnaires distributed to employees of the Myanmar Trade organization. The data are collected through online survey methods. For data analysis, both descriptive statistics and regression analysis are used to analyze the collected data. Secondary data are obtained from relevant textbooks, academic articles, official websites, international dissertations, and local MBA research papers accessed through library resources, providing theoretical and contextual support for the study framework. The findings reveal that organizational culture has significant and positive effect on work environment. The study also indicates that work ethics and organizational culture have significant and positive effect on work motivation. Additionally, work motivation has significant and positive effect on employee performance. A Study on Mytel Operator Services Development (Case Study:East and West Bago Region) ( Win Min Htun, 2024)
This study analyzes the infrastructure development of MyTel Operator in the
Bago Division and its effects on the telecommunications landscape and overall socioeconomic growth in the region. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, the research
encompasses quantitative data from surveys administered to 90 respondents,
exploring aspects such as network quality, customer service, pricing strategies,
marketing and promotion, and technological innovations. Correlation and multiple
regression analyses are employed to assess the relationships between these factors and
their impact on service development. The findings reveal that while MyTel has made
significant strides in improving service quality and customer satisfaction, certain
areas, such as pricing competitiveness and service range, require further enhancement.
The study emphasizes the importance of ongoing infrastructure investment and
customer feedback integration to foster sustainable growth. Recommendations for
future research include exploring the long-term impacts of technological innovations
and the role of customer service in shaping brand loyalty. This analysis provides
valuable insights into the strategic imperatives for MyTel Operator and highlights the
critical role of telecommunications infrastructure in driving regional development

Peran Guru dalam Memberikan Motivasi Belajar Siswa MIN 1 Pali
This research aims to analyze the role of teachers in providing student learning motivation at MIN 1 Pali. Strengthening and instilling motivation to learn is in the hands of the teachers. Because apart from students, the most important element in learning activities is the teacher. Teachers are educators who play a role in pedagogical engineering. Who prepares learning designs and implements them in the teaching and learning proccess. Teachers are the core key in the learning process, both in improving the quality of education and in providing learning motivation to students. There are many factors why students are less motivated to learn, both external factors and factors within the students themselves. The type of research used is a qualitative descriptive method. This research was carried out in class 4 MIN 1 Pali, taking teachers and students as subjects. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, documentation and recording. The research results show that the teacher's role in providing learning motivation to students has been carried out optimally. The role of the teacher includes as a learning manager, the teacher is able to adjust to student conditions, the teacher as a guide, as a facilitator, as a mediator, as a motivator and as an evaluator.
Turning on the taps: Singapore's new branding as a global hydrohub
In our globalised and urbanised world, environmental sustainability looms large. Water in particular is a valuable global and cosmopolitan resource that all megacities need. However, rather than cooperating to address these shared challenges, urban scholarship on branding thus far has focused on intercity competition to attract capital flows. This paper argues that an overlooked collaborative dimension of city branding in providing water solutions is important in international cooperation on environmental and climate challenges. It examines Singapore's global hydrohub strategy, and framing the case within branding literature, the paper adopts Anholt's three-pronged conceptual framework of substance, strategy and symbolism. The third 'S' - Symbolism - appears most relevant for the city-state leveraging global concerns over water to project its cooperative win-win approach. While Singapore's original intention was to address 'life and death' challenges securing water supplies from Malaysia, the hydrohub strategy also mirrors the changing geopolitics of regional water politics.1
Comparison of primary gas flow standard spanning the range from 2 mL/min to 10 L/min
Main text
The CCM.FF-K6.2017 comparison was organised for the purpose of determination of the degree of equivalence of the national standards for low-pressure gas flow measurement over the range 2 mL/min to 10 L/min. Four molbloc-L flow elements and a molbox1+ were used as the transfer standards.
Ten laboratories from three RMOs participated between August 2017 and January 2020 - EURAMET: INRIM (Italy); LNE (France); PTB (Germany); METAS (Switzerland); CMI (Czech Republic); SIM: NIST (USA); APMP: NMIJ/AIST (Japan); KRISS (Korea); NMIA (Australia); CMS (Chinese Taipei). The measurements were provided at prescribed reference pressure and temperature conditions. All results were used in the determination of the key comparison reference value (KCRV) and the uncertainty of the KCRV. The reference value was determined at each flow separately following the procedure presented by M G Cox [1]. The degree of equivalence with the KCRV was calculated for each flow and laboratory. This KCRV can now be used in further regional comparisons.
