No full textO atendimento odontológico de gestantes é um assunto bastante controverso, principalmente em função dos mitos que existem acerca do tratamento, principalmente por parte das gestantes. O objetivo deste projeto de intervenção é desmistificar crenças populares e, aumentar o número de atendimento odontológico à pacientes gestantes na Unidade de Saúde da Família do bairro Milani em São Gabriel do Oeste – MS. A metodologia utilizada será, primeiramente, através de reuniões para sensibilização de toda a Equipe de Saúde da Família e posteriormente para a elaboração do fluxograma de atendimento odontológico na assistência pré-natal. Instituir dia de atendimento para a gestante e atividades educativas, na Unidade Básica de Saúde. O método utilizado será através de exposição interativa com folders, macromodelos e imagens. O atendimento na clínica para as gestantes consiste em ações de educação em saúde e procedimentos clínicos preventivos e curativos. Para obter os resultados foi comparado o número de atendimento à gestante antes e depois da implantação do PI. Concluiu-se que com a instituição do dia de atendimento a gestante, juntamente, com a educação em saúde, houve um aumento no número de atendimentos odontológicos à gestante na ESF 2 – Milani em São Gabriel do Oeste – MS

No full textContiene due note di mano di Riccardo Perli (1832-1907), che dal 1873 fu sottobibliotecario della Biblioteca Universitaria di Padova e successivamente, tra il 1903 e il 1905, reggente della stessa.
La prima nota riporta: "Justiniani Imper. Digestorum seu Pandectarum libri 1 usque ad 23 inclus. et pars libri 24. / Digestum vetus / Precedit Introductio De ratione et methodo iuris docendi ad antecessores."
La seconda nota recita: "Il presente Cod. Mss. segnato col n°. 941 fu dato a prestito per quattro mesi al Prof. presso l\u27Università di Berlino Dr. Mommsen, dietro interessamento (15 novembre 1864) della R. Legazione di Prussia a Vienna. Vedi Protocol. di questa R. Biblioteca Busta 38.9".
Il manoscritto fu spedito a Theodor Mommsen in data 28 novembre 1864. Il grande critico e giurista tedesco se ne servì per la realizzazione della sua \u27editio maior\u27 del Digesto (Digesta Iustiniani Augusti, recognovit adsumpto in operis societatem P. Kruegero, T. Mommsen, I-II, Berolini, 1868-1870). La durata del prestito non si limitò ai quattro mesi indicati nella nota, ma fu prorogata fino al termine dell’anno 1865. Il codice fece ritorno alla Biblioteca Universitaria di Padova il 22 febbraio 1866. Sono andati perduti i biglietti inviati da Mommsen, di cui è fatta menzione nella documentazione relativa a queste vicende. I documenti di interesse sono ABUP, II serie, Archivio-protocollo, Ba.19 n. 9 del 15 novembre 1864, con minuta di risposta e ricevuta di impostazione; n. 38 del 2 marzo 1865; n. 60 del 10 luglio 1865; Ba.20, n. 47 del 22 febbraio 1866.

Development of microfluidic technology for in-situ determination of iron and manganese in natural aquatic systems
No full textIn-situ sensors are crucially important for understanding the physico-chemical processes that occur in natural water environments. Manual sampling with laboratory analysis cannot provide the temporal and spatial resolution required to characterize marine and fresh water ecosystems, and this approach is both expensive and time consuming, and may also be affected by artefacts during handling and storage. In-situ sensors minimize these drawbacks and provide a tool to obtain long-term data banks which will allow a more synoptic interpretation of the biogeochemical cycles of key elements in water systems. The trace metals iron and manganese are examples of key elements that shape thebiogeochemistry of aquatic systems. Processes influenced by them include phytoplankton growth, deep-sea vent chemistry and redox equilibria in environments with strong oxygen concentration gradients.This thesis describes the development, optimisation and application in environment of two sequential prototypes of a Lab-On-A-Chip microfluidic autonomous analyser for the in-situ determination iron and manganese in aquatic environments. A first prototype (Prototype 1,P1) of the device existed at the beginning of this project. It was labtested and deployed at depth in the Lucky Strike Vents Field (Mid Atlantic Ridge) for the determination of Fe(II). An operative fault during the deployment triggered a trouble shooting process which highlighted some weak points in the device. Those weaknesses were addressed and solved in a second version of the device (Prototype 2, P2) whose novel feature was the in-line mixing by diffusion of reagents and samples. Total Fe, Fe(II) and Mn could be measured with a frequency of up to 12 and 6 samples per hour respectively, with limits of detection of 35 nM and 27 nM for Total Fe and Fe(II) and 28 nM for Mn.The robustness and reliability of P2 was tested in the laboratory and in the environment in both marine (Baltic Sea) and fresh (Beaulieu River) waters. The results of these deployments are presented and directions for further developments of the technology are proposed
