No full textNel contributo vengono esaminati alcuni manoscritti ed edizioni che trasmettono carmina del poeta neolatino Girolamo Amalteo (sec. XVI): tali testimoni si dimostrano fra loro indipendenti; fra essi speciale importanza ha il ms. Marc. Lat. XII 250 (11878), comprendente una silloge autografa di testi tuttora inediti. I carmina geronimiani sono caratterizzati da cospicue varianti, frutto di una continuativa attività di rielaborazione compiuta dell’autore medesimo. The contribution examines some manuscripts and printed editions that transmit carmina of the neo-Latin poet Jerome Amalteo (s. XVI): these witnesses are independent of each other. Between them, the manuscript Marc. Lat. XII 250 (11878) has special significance: it transmits an autograph anthology of poems still unpublished. Jerome’s carmina are characterized by considerable variants that are the result of a revision of the text made by the author himself.

No full textL’elaborato analizza le conseguenze lavoristiche della successione fra imprenditori, muovendo da una ricognizione delle varie tipologie di esternalizzazione con le relative esigenze e principali criticità.
L’indagine si concentra in primo luogo sul trasferimento d’azienda, esaminando la normativa e la giurisprudenza europee per passare poi alla disciplina di diritto interno, alle procedure sindacali e a uno specifico focus sul trasferimento delle aziende in crisi.
Successivamente l’autore si sofferma sull’appalto, prendendone in particolare considerazione gli indici di genuinità, i criteri di distinzione dalla somministrazione illecita di manodopera e la tutela delle maestranze in caso di avvicendamento fra imprese.
Da ultimo, la ricerca approfondisce le c.d. “clausole sociali”, sia di prima che di seconda generazione, valutandone la compatibilità con il diritto eurounitario e con la costituzione nonché riflettendo sui possibili rimedi in caso di loro violazione.The author analyzes the labour consequences of the succession between entrepreneurs, starting from a recognition of the various types of outsourcing with the related needs and main critical issues.
The survey focuses primarily on the transfer of businesses, examining European legislation and case-law and then moving on to internal legislation, trade union procedures and a specific focus on the transfer of companies in crisis.
The author then dwells on the contract, taking into account in particular the indications of authenticity, the criteria of distinction from the illicit administration of labour and the protection of workers in the event of turnover between companies.
Finally, the research deepens the "social clauses", both first and second generation, assessing their compatibility with European law and with the constitution and reflecting on possible remedies in case of their violation
L’economia del fedecommesso : la gestione delle « aziende » agricole dei Visconti di Brignano (secc. XVI-XVIII)
No full textIl saggio si propone di analizzare in chiave economica l’istituto del fedecommesso, nel contesto dell’avanzata pianura lombarda dei secoli XVI-XVIII, per comprendere il rapporto tra vincoli proprietari e performance di conduzione aziendale. Per fare ciò, l’autore si dedica a ricostruire la gestione dei poderi della famiglia Visconti di Brignano, in un territorio alle frontiere dello Stato di Milano e della Repubblica di Venezia, rapportandoli all’evoluzione del contesto agrario lombardo in età moderna. Grazie alla ricchezza d’informazioni offerta dalle molte relazioni camerali sui beni dei Visconti di Brignano - redatte per diverse cause e conservate all’Archivio di Stato di Milano - è stato possibile superare la penuria d’informazioni dovuta all’attuale dispersione dell’archivio di famiglia. Tutto ciò ha premesso di far emergere le linee di successione famigliari e le intricate vicende di « proprietà » tra beni feudali, allodiali, espropri, eredità e fedecommesso. Il saggio dimostra che la forma di possesso non influì sul risultato di gestione economica dei poderi e che anzi la proprietà in « condominio » inalienabile favorì l’interesse della famiglia per la rendita, delegando la gestione dei poderi a facoltosi intermediari che stimolarono gli investimenti in migliorie, come nel resto della pianura lombarda.The goal of this paper is to analyse the institute of fidei-commissum in an economical way and in comparison to the advanced plains of Lombardy of the XVI-XVIII centuries. The aim is to understand the relation between the different type of propriety and the outcome of business. In this direction, the author reconstructs the management performances of the farms of the family Visconti of Brignano - situated in a borderland between the State of Milan and the Republic of Venice - in relationship to the agrarian evolution in Lombardy during the early Modern period. Thanks to the wealth of various cameral reports on the proprieties of the Visconti of Brignano – written for several reasons and persevered in the Public Archives of Milan – it is possible to get over the scarcity of information in consequence of the actual loss of the Family’s Archive. This allowed to reconstructing the family’s successions lines and the intricate situation of the « proprieties », between feudal and allodial estates, expropriations, inheritances and fidei-commissum. The paper demonstrated that the type of propriety was irrelevant for the farms outcome and on the contrary, the inalienable joint ownership promoted, on one side, the family’s interest for the rent and on the other, it encouraged the delegation of these farms to a series of wealthy tenants, which stimulated the estates’ improvements, like in the rest of Lombardy
How does labor supply react to different tax rates? A field inquiry
No full textParticipants (96 students) were divided into three groups. Subjects in Group 1 were asked their labor supply, being their income burdened by a 25% tax rate. Then they were asked their labor supply if the tax rate were 40%. Subjects in G2 were asked their labor supply with a 25% tax rate, and subjects in G3 with a 40% tax rate. We first compared labor supplies within G1; then we compared labor supplies between G2 and G3. Finally we compared the two comparisons. In G1, subjects' labor supply is different, negatively related with the tax rate: this is probably due to how the questions are put, which suggest different answers. In fact, comparing G2 and G3, the labor supply is almost the same. Students who are part-time workers and students who are not supply different amounts of labor. There is no difference at all when comparing G2 and G3 as for non-working students, being the whole difference between G2 and G3 due to working students, who probably compare the tax rate they pay on their real income to the ones suggested in the questionnaire. Singling out non-biased responders, i.e. non-working students in G2 and G3, the tax rate on income, if given, independently of its level, does not influence the labor supply.labour supply, taxation, individual behaviour

Le kleksografie poetiche di Corrado Govoni
No full textL’articolo si occupa di un gruppo di poesie che Corrado Govoni pubblicò tra il 1914 e il 1915 su varie riviste (tra cui «La Riviera Ligure», «La Voce», «Lacerba»), presentandole sotto la titolazione collettiva di "Kleksografie", poi non conservata quando parte di queste poesie confluì nella raccolta poetica "L’inaugurazione della primavera" (1915). La lettura proposta, partendo da una contestualizzazione cronologica e culturale di queste poesie, cerca di ricostruire le ragioni espressive dell’analogia istituita da Govoni tra scrittura poetica e disegno kleksografico, curioso esempio di dialogo tra forme letterarie e categorie della rappresentazione visiva, del quale si trova traccia anche in altri testi della produzione coeva del poeta ferrarese.The article deals with a group of poems that Corrado Govoni published on various literary magazines («La Riviera Ligure», «La Voce», «Lacerba», «Myricae») between 1914 and 1915, under the collective title of Kleksografie; the poems were then included in the book L’inaugurazione della primavera (1915), where the title Kleksografie doesn’t appear. The essay tries to determine the meaning of the analogy drawn by the author between poetic writing and klecksography (the art of making images from inkblots, that has also been used by psychiatrists and psychoanalysts like Hermann Rorschach as a tool to study the subconscious); it also illustrates the connections between these poems and Govoni’s contemporary production, influenced both by Futurism and Crepuscularism
