    No full text
Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is developed for information requirement of manufacturing enterprises. Because of different requirement of MES in different enterprises, almost all MES are developed customized. Therefor how to reduce modified codes and decrease the coupling between view page and data become the key for system development. MVVM design model separates software structure to view, model and view model by XAML and Data Binding of WPF technology. The number of modified codes is dramatically reduced because of the using of MVVM design pattern. In this paper, MVVM design pattern for MES development is introduced and MVVM Framework, principle and advantage are also studied in detail

The principles and practices of Lean organizations are recognized worldwide as the most effective way to build and sustain continuous improvement of companies, considering that the global market has demanded greater and growing efficiency of enterprises in everything they do. Improve productivity, reduce costs and provide quality products are vital factors for any company in the world. As mass production is outdated in reaching these goals, it was necessary a better way to organize and manage customer relationships, supply chain, product development and production operations, an approach in which Toyota has pioneered after the World War II. This approach is called Lean Manufacturing and this is one way of doing more with less. To achieve the expected results of productivity and quality desired by the implementation of a Lean Production System is essential to the existence of a system to measure the key performance indicators of the shop floor, such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), cycle times of machines, maintenance index, changeover times, scrap rate, productivity of assembly lines, etc. and that it is proof of the improvements achieved and back-feed the new improvements. The systems which provide real-time shop floor information are called MES (Manufacturing Execution System). They are already widely used in continuous production plants, such as chemical, food, energy, etc. However, when we speak of discrete manufacturing industries, especially assembly lines, the MES are underdeveloped and underutilized. In this research was specified and implemented a MES system in assembly lines of refrigerators, aimed at reducing waste by using concepts of Lean Manufacturing. Among the gains resulting from the implementation of the MES system, the principal was the increase in productivity. Other gains were the traceability of products, the reliability of data generated and the adoption of MES as the official system of management of assembly lines. Improvement projects, such as 6-Sigma methodology bega0n to use the MES as a data source and proof of earnings

Reaction of the diamidopyridine protio-ligand MeC(2-C5H 4N){CH2N(H)Mes}2 (Mes = 2,4,6-C 6H2Me3) with butyllithium in diethyl ether affords the compound (diethyl ether)(μ4-2-{6-[1,3-dimethyl-3-(2- pyridyl)-1,4-bis(2,4,6-trimethylanilinio)butyl]-2-pyridyl}-2-methyl-1,3-bis(2,4, 6-trimethylanilinio)propane)tetralithium(I), [Li4(C 55H64N6)(C4 H10O)] or Li4[MeC(2-C5H4N){CH2N(Mes)}CHN(2,4, 6-C6H2-Me2C(Me)(2,2′-C5H 3N){C(Me)}(CH2NMes)2](OEt2), which shows the methylation of the pyridyl ortho-position with a methyl group of one of the mesityl groups. The complex contains four Li atoms, each of which is chemically distinct. The tetraanionic ligand contains two protio-ligand units which are fused together into a single entity. The structure contains two disordered molecules of diethyl ether, one of which is coordinated to one of the Li atoms. © 2006 International Union of Crystallography All rights reserved

Reaction of dihydrogen and the borinium cation salt [Mes2B][B(C6F5)4] gave an arene-stabilized mesityl-borenium cation, which isotopically scrambles HD. Similarly, reaction with triethylsilane gave the diboranium cation [MesB(μ-H)2(μ-Mes)BMes]+ featuring three bridge-bonds between two boron centers. Reaction of same (Mes2BH)2 with Brønsted acid also afforded the same diboranium whereas the corresponding reaction with (MesBH2)2 yielded the triboron cation [H2B(μ-H)(μ-Mes)B(μ-Mes)(μ-H)BH2]+
