Extending Protection at the WTO to Products Other Than Wines and Spirits: Who Will Benefit?
The issue of extending geographic indicator protection to products other than wines and spirits has created wide divergences between demandeurs and opponent countries at the WTO. This article examines the economic impacts of the proposals submitted at the WTO by these two groups of countries, focusing mainly on market access, generic names and impacts for the consumer in North America. Results from our survey show that reducing tariff and non-tariff barriers in North America would be more important in improving market access for EU geographical indications (GIs) than would GI extension. 학위논문(석사)--아주대학교 일반대학원 :전자공학과,2008. 8영상 이미지를 이용한 대부분의 광고 매체가 실시간 데이터 전송을 통한 이미지의 전달 및 멀티기능을 내포하면서 TV기능을 내장한 솔루션이 요구된다.
따라서 본 논문에서는 네트워크를 통한 영상의 전송 및 다양한 형태의 이미지 및 파일들을 전송하고 이미지의 다양한 포맷에 따른 구현과정 및 저전력의 효율적인 시스템을 기반으로 하는 디지털 정보 표시장치(DID) 솔루션의 설계 기법 즉, 인터럽트 서비스 루틴을 기반으로 각종 인터페이스를 인식하고 영상 데이터를 받아서 mpeg4 모듈에서 영상과 오디오에 대한 스트림을 받아서 비디오 스트림을 만들어 디스플레이 장치에 두 개의 메모리 채널을 만들어 영상의 확대 및 축소등의 다양한 기능을 논하였다.
본 논문에서는 이더넷을 이용한 솔루션은 스케일러 보드의 외장형 타입으로서 기존 멀티미디어의 다양한 기능을 내포하면서도 미들웨어기반의 이더넷을 통한 실시간 데이터 전송이 가능하고, 외장형으로 붙여지는 스케일러의 성능에 따라 다양한 포맷의 영상 데이터를 표시하므로 해상도에 따른 제약 없이 영상 및 다양한 매개체의 이미지 및 파일들을 처리할 수 있다.
이러한 시스템을 통하여 사용자에게 다양하고도 실시간적인 멀티미디어 기능을 제공하여 변화하는 사용자의 다양한 욕구를 만족시키고자 고해상도의 화질을 기본으로 하는 멀티미디어 기능을 구현하여, 기존 시스템과는 화질면에서 320*240에서 720*480의 동영상을 재생하고 디스플레이 장치의 해상도에 제약없이 화면 가득 영상을 재생하는 등 기능면에서 차별화를 추구하였다.<제목차례> = Ⅰ

제8장 ABSTRACT = 50MasterIn this dissertation, the author improves the problems of existing Digital Information Display(DID) solution and Real-Time Embedded system executes via FTP Protocol within TCP/IP and implementes a low-cost embedded system.
Existing Digital Information Display(DID) solution has trouble problems with low-quality image, low-speed system, no-real-time system. To settle these problems, the author decides to use Middleware(TCP/IP) soulutions within MP522 chip.
The MP522 Chip is a highly integrated and flexible multimedia processor targeting low power multimedia applications. It is designed to provide high-quality digital still image capture, video recorder, media player and graphic display control. so It incorporates a 32-bit RISC main processor, a high-quality image signal processing engine, MPEG-4/H.263 video codec, LCD/LCM display controller with graphic overlay functions, AMR/MP3/AAC and WAV/MIDI audio codec, SD/MMC/MS memory card, and USB 2.0 High-speed device controllers. and It is applied TCP/IP Mode with Ethernet. Ethernet can implement real-time embedded system and varaible contents be easily upgraded.
The Sensor Interface Unit(SIU) supports imager resolutions up to 5M-pixels, with horizontal dimension up to 2560 pixels. and It supports CCD and CMOS sensors Up to 10-bit resolution for Bayer RGB or 4:2:2 YCbCr/YUV. CCIR601 input.
The Image Processing Unit(IPU) is dynamic dead pixel correction. it is implemented with software application. it supports Configurable image sharpening and filtering processing for special effect. The special effect is required new technique with customer's requires. It includes Image's Rotate, Image's Flip function. The Image Processing Unit(IPU) needs to control Image's processing and display states. and It needs to display several moving picture's format.
The Image Display Unit(IDU) supports variety of LCD/LCM interfaces, including 18-bit parallel and 8-bit serial digital RGB, i80 or m68 MPU, and CCIR-656/CCIR-601/CCIR-709 interface. It needs to control Programmable color space conversion and Graphic overlay with alpha blending, background color & transparent color key. The Graphic overlay is required to implement the special effect within Image and moving picture. It applies the special function such as to support color dithering with 4x4 window size and to control RGB video interface with programmable video timing.
The MPEG4 Codec(MP4) supports H.263 and MPEG-4 Simple Profile up to Level 5. It applies Proprietary motion estimation algorithm in +31/-32 half-pixel resolution. It is composed Full hardware design, which consumes almost no CPU power during encoding/decoding. but The diverse Image's format and the diverse moving picture's format is implemented software application with MPEG4 Codec(MP4).
In this dissertation, the author wants to tell that all implement's states and software appliction is scrutinized by author and the Digital Information Display(DID) solution is implemented directly by author with efforts and times. and The author think and believe that the Digital Information Display(DID) solution developes very fastly
Novel role of Gi?2 in cell migration: Downstream of PI3-kinase-AKT and Rac1 in prostate cancer cells
Tumor cell motility is the essential step in cancer metastasis. Previously, we showed that oxytocin and epidermal growth factor (EGF) effects on cell migration in prostate cancer cells require Gi?2 protein. In the current study, we investigated the interactions among G-protein coupled receptor (GPCR), Gi?2, PI3-kinase, and Rac1 activation in the induction of migratory and invasive behavior by diverse stimuli. Knockdown and knockout of endogenous Gi?2 in PC3 cells resulted in attenuation of transforming growth factor ?1 (TGF?1), oxytocin, SDF-1?, and EGF effects on cell migration and invasion. In addition, knockdown of Gi?2 in E006AA cells attenuated cell migration and overexpression of Gi?2 in LNCaP cells caused significant increase in basal and EGF-stimulated cell migration. Pretreatment of PC3 cells with Pertussis toxin resulted in attenuation of TGF?1- and oxytocin-induced migratory behavior and PI3-kinase activation without affecting EGF-induced PI3-kinase activation and cell migration. Basal- and EGF-induced activation of Rac1 in PC3 and DU145 cells were not affected in cells after Gi?2 knockdown. On the other hand, Gi?2 knockdown abolished the migratory capability of PC3 cells overexpressing constitutively active Rac1. The knockdown or knockout of Gi?2 resulted in impaired formation of lamellipodia at the leading edge of the migrating cells. We conclude that Gi?2 protein acts at two different levels which are both dependent and independent of GPCR signaling to induce cell migration and invasion in prostate cancer cells and its action is downstream of PI3-kinase-AKT-Rac1 axis
MOBILE MAP EXPLORER LOKASI BENGKEL DI PALEMBANG DENGAN GPS BERBASIS PLATFORM ANDROID
Mobile Map Explorer application of the workshop location is Android based application
that are used to locate the nearest of workshop using GPS. The existence of the workshop
is required by automotive user to take care or repair the vehicle. Until now, that has been a
lot of digital maps are available, but not all locations can be displayed, particularly the
location of the workshop in Palembang. Based of these problems, the author developed a
mobile application about map explorer of workshop location with the aim to help
automotive user to locate the nearest the workshop in Palembang on the phone by using the
Global Positioning System (GPS) shown on the map. This application is built on the
Android platform, and therefore the mobile phones that support this application is a phone
based on Android because this application will be installed first on a mobile phone users.
The research methodology used by author is method of Rational Unified Process (RUP),
which consists of four stages, namely Inception phase, Elaboration, Construction, and
Transition. Evaluation to do by distributing questionnaires. With this application, the
author hope to help users in searching and finding the location of the nearest the workshop
to take care or repair the vehicle
PEMBANGUNAN APLIKASI PEMBELAJARAN ANATOMI TUBUH MANUSIA BERBASIS MULTIMEDIA
Human anatomy is one of the subject matter of biology which deals with human body
parts. Students need a picture to explain the material object. Therefore, should made
in a medium of learning that makes the material easy to understand, such as by using
the facilities that already exist by using computer technology. This thesis aims to
overcome this problem, ranging from providing visual object that is not boring in
teaching and learning through the interactive nature of which is given to teachers can
easily convey the material. The author uses Macromedia Flash 8 media in making the
application. In addition, the system development methodology that author use is
Waterfall methodology. Applications are also tested and evaluated using
questionnaires. Based on the questionnaire, the respondents agreed that the
application meets user needs. The author hopes that the application can become an
alternative media in the learning process for students and teachers can find a solution
to overcomethe problem of learning in the classroom by using the advanced and
innovative media in accordance with current technological developments

於邊界條件且f 為α-ω-dissipative,(IVP) 有局解,若然則由於開集,閉集均為局
閉集,且上述所言的各種條件均為α-ω-dissipative 條件的特殊情況,於是我們
的定理涵蓋上述的全部定理為其特列,本論文在證出上面的推測是對的。
本論文的資料來源如本論文所附參考書目,其中更借重於Matin (閉集的初等結論)
及蔡文煥、頻啟麟(α-ω-dissipative 在閉集的類似推論法)的論文。
本論文共同二年時間完成,第一年由先由指導老師頻啟麟博士,指導看相關論文,且
增強有關泛函分析及拓樸的有關基礎知識,第二年才開始論文的寫作。

RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI PEMBELAJARAN PERANGKAT LAPTOP BERBASIS AUGMENTED REALITY
This e-Learning application uses Augmented Reality technology. Augmented Reality
is the interaction of cyberspace and real. Applications developed with ActionScript
language. Making 3D objects using 3ds Max 2010 and the application is implemented
in web applications. The object used in the Augmented Reality applications is
Notebook devices. Markers that are used not only one marker but a lot of markers. In
making this application, the author used Prototype methodology
Progressing Green Infrastructure (GI) in Europe
The research is focused on the role of GI in supporting the development of a
green economy and sustainable land, water and city management. Green
Infrastructure is a network of natural and semi-natural spaces and is a broad
concept and includes both natural and man-made features, such as parks, land
and marine reserves, hedgerows, and wetlands, as well as green roofs, eco-ducts
and cycle paths. Although GI has been studied for more than four decades in all
countries, it is still a relatively new EU policy instrument and there is not a
significant amount of focused research around it. With its multi-functionality, GI
is a subject of interest to a variety of stakeholders, such as private business,
planning authorities, scientists, the general public and a range of policymakers,
with responsibilities ranging from local to a European level. European policy is
nowadays acknowledging GI and a communication will be adopted by the EC
this year. This presentation, aiming at contributing to the communication of GI
potential and successful implementation, will give an overview of the state of the
art of GI, including case-study recognition, and will outline questions which the
author believe should be answered for GI to progress effectively in Europe. In
particular, global competitive gains from GI at an economic, environmental and
social level will be explored, and considerations on how multi-functionality can
be integrated into methods for quantifying benefits and costs and valuing GI will
be developed

Abstract:
Under the circumstances that the policy for education now plays so pendulously, the changes of the times, reflect humane accomplishment, seem to be dropping ring upon ring too. So-called social demand on ' to be a scholar is to be the top of society', react in country developing and cultivating good competitiveness of talent, is it perplex the youths of era once again to enter a higher school doctrine; It is unable to improve in educational quality , in the society that the demands of quality and quantity can't be balanced, date back to Mr. Change Gi-yun’s contribution on education to understand how he promote educational salutary influence of education achievement large one in order to learn and manage the thing to go.
Mr. Change Gi-yun is a history ground, writer, always there are different opinion and thinking on politics and education, especially occupied at the continent, anti-communism is replied in the background of the country, can be favored by Chiang Kai-shek, besides coming to Taiwan to hold party affairs and administration work , begin to show the contribution to education too. So a thesis mainly focuses on understanding a education thought of Mr. Change Gi-yun and research of practice, especially during serving as Minister of Ministry of Education for four years, OK to make the education of Taiwan, from a bleak desert, change into a vigorous oasis; When everybody criticize Mr. Change Gi-yun ' not make a clear distinction between public and private interests ', ' flamboyant criticism and criticism ', not born in the educationist's , how to express the persevering spirit to education, let education seed of Taiwan, may deep plough and on the big tree.
The research structure of this thesis, lay particular stress on the following several aspects:
First, Mr. Change Gi-yun regards Dr. Sun Yat-sen's thought as its education saving the nation- he spend all his life to recommend the culture of the language in education, rejuvenation, his duty in the world is to carry forward the Three People's Principles, all follow to Dr. Sun Yat-sen, so the education thought of Mr. Change Gi-yun, regard the Three People's Principles as its foundation , go and is engaged in educating the important task of saving the nation relevantly.
Second, a foundation of educational thought origin of Mr. Change Gi-yun - his educational thought was affected by many kind teachers deeply , so we study and analyze his thought in academy , philosophy, history ground, literature, religion, aesthetic respect, full of more behavior on' is it forget reading to save the nation , study and does not forget to save the nation' everywhere.
Third, Mr. Chang Gi-yun’s various kinds of educational view- among social background, national era of demand for talent that he proposed the opinions, such as people, university, youth, society, science, educational view of art, etc. he hope that with various kinds of argumentation to propose the solution to education of Taiwan, in order to promote the meaning that the people were educated.
Fourth, Mr. Change Gi-yun’s educational thought in practice when he held party affairs- in June 1949, it’s the time he really participated in the beginning of the important post of the party and government. At this stage, we focus on his educational practice work when he hold a post among Minister of Ministry of Education this stage, such as ' run-up that Hsinchu exempt from examination ' to stop destroying entering a higher school doctrine, ' the establishment of the study column of the South China Sea ', in order to rebuild social education , ' the development of the universities and colleges ' of Taiwan in order to improve higher education etc., all these are the important practice of holding a post in the party and government.
Fifth, Mr. Chang Gi-yun educational thought in practice at Hwa-Kang university-setting up Culture University is one of his most heavy education crystallization on education contribution, it is the Three People's Principles that play to their education thought display at most too. The main purport of setting up complete university is to develop Chinese culture; Research institution taking carrying forward Chinese art and the Three People's Principles as purport ; It is aims to advocate disciplines , such as music , fine arts , drama , sports (including the dance ) and democratic art ,etc., with its rejuvenation of Chinese skill while launching.
In a word, this research attempts to analyze thought theory, education concrete method that the Three People's Principles educates, educates, etc. in a education thought and practice of Mr. Change Gi-yun, do it for the main contribution on the education of our country in the future.
