The competencies that must be possessed by professional teachers are pedagogic competence (ability to manage learning). As a prospective teacher who takes microteaching courses must master and have pedagogic competence. Pedagogic competence training can be done by trained eight basic teaching skills. In order for students to master the eight basic skills of teaching it is necessary to develop microteaching teaching materials. This research is a multi-year research with the type of research is development research following 4D model. The purpose of this research is to develop microteaching teaching materials that have been tested the level of feasibility. Data analysis uses expert validation sheets and user responses. The result of the research shows that the teaching material of micro teaching that has been developed is in good category
Pelatihan Budidaya Sayuran Hidroponik Menggunakan Sistem Wick Sebagai Usaha Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Di Desa Cenggu
Full text linkBerdasarkan analisis situasi diketahui bahwa sebagian besar masyarakat Desa Cenggu bermata pencarian disektor pertanian dan produk yang dihasilkan berupa kacang kedelai, padi, dan bawang merah tetapi untuk jenis tanaman sayuran produksinya sangat rendah dan bahkan tidak dibudidayakan oleh penduduk setempat. Padahal, potensi pengembangan pertanian pada skala rumah tangga atau perkarangan cukup besar. Tujuan program ini adalah (1) Untuk memberdayakan masyarakat Desa Cenggu dengan memberikan pelatihan budidaya tanaman sayuran dengan hidroponik sistem wick, dan (2) meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang teknik hidroponik. Konsep hidroponik merupakan budidaya menanam dengan memanfaatkan air/larutan bernutrisi tanpa menggunakan tanah dengan menekankan pada pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini adalah sosialisasi program, pelatihan dan praktik pembuatan hidroponik dan pendampingan serta evaluasi kegiatan. Berdasarkan hasil program yang dijalankan dapat disimpulkan bahwa budidaya tanaman sayuran hidroponik sistem wick telah berhasil memberdayakan ibu-ibu rumah tangga masyarakat Desa Cenggu dalam meningkatkan minat untuk memanfaatkan perkarangan sebagai lahan penanaman sayuran. Masyarakat memberikan respon yang sangat positif terhadap kegiatan yang dilakukan dan menilai kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat
PENGARUH KOMPOS TERHADAP HASIL PANEN TOMAT (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill)
Full text linkPenelitian tentang pengaruh kompos terhadap hasil panen tomat, telah dilaksanakan di Desa Montong Are Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalahÃÂ untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh pemberian komposÃÂ terhadap hasil panen tomat pada lahan pertanian Desa Montong Are, (2) dosis kompos yang perlu diberikanÃÂ pada lahan pertanian Desa Montong Are agar tomat dapat berproduksi secara optimal. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan rancangan acak lengkapÃÂ dengan enam ulangan. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan analisis sidik ragam dan uji lanjut dengan Uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT). Hasil penelitian ÃÂ menunjukkan bahwa (1) aplikasi kompos pada lahan pertanian Desa Montong berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil panen tomat, (2) kadar optimum kompos yang perlu diberikan pada lahan pertanian Desa Montong Are agar tomat berproduksi secara optimal adalah 1,2 kg untuk setiap 10 kg tanahStudy on the influence of compost on the yield of tomato was carried out in Montong Are Village West Lombok. The objective of this researchÃÂ are: (1) to identify the effect of the use of compost on the yield of tomato, (2) to identify the optimum dosage of compost that must be added to the soil ofÃÂ Montong Are farmland in order that tomato can product optimally. Completely randomized design with six replicates was used in this research. Data analysis withÃÂ AnovaÃÂ and least significant difference test (LSD).The result of this research are: (1) the application of compost has a significant effect on the yield of tomato, (2)ÃÂ the optimum dosage of compost that must be given to the soil ofÃÂ Montong Are farmland in order that tomato can product optimally is 1.2 kg compost/10 kg soil.ÃÂ

Full text linkPelaksanakan kegiatan pengelolaan sumber daya alam secara berkelanjutan dibutuhkanÃÂ pemahaman tentang potensi keanekaragaman hayati secara komprehensif, terutama terhadap jenisjenis flora beserta ekosistemnya. Kajian tersebut diharapkan dapat menjamin terpeliharanyaÃÂ kualitas dan kuantitas keanekaragaman hayati secara lestari. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untukÃÂ mengetahui keanekaragaman dan komposisi jenis-jenis tumbuhan yang terdapat pada lokasiÃÂ rencana proyek pembangunan Hotel Santika di dusun Kecinan, Kabupaten Lombok Utara.ÃÂ Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode transek dengan area berpetak. Petak cuplikan tumbuhanÃÂ tingkat pohon ditentukan dengan membuat plot berukuran 10 x 10 m sebanyak 20 plot. UntukÃÂ petak cuplikan tumbuhan tingkat pancang dan semai dilakukan dengan membuat sub plot masingmasing berukuran 5 x 5 m dan 1 x 1 m di dalam area petak kajian pohon. Hasil penelitianÃÂ menunjukkan bahwa di dusun Kecinan terdapat 182 jenis tumbuhan yang menyusun vegetasiÃÂ didalam dan diluar rencana proyek. Tumbuhan yang terdapat didalam rencana proyek tercatat 154jenis yang mencakup herba 59 jenis (38%), perdu 28 jenis (18%), liana 15 jenis (10%), dan pohonÃÂ 53 jenis (34%). Jenis pohon dominan dan tingkat pertumbuhannya, yaitu pohon dewasaÃÂ didominasi oleh kelapa (Cocos nucifera), pohon tingkat tiang dan pancang oleh lamtoro (LeucaenaÃÂ leucocephala), serta tingkat semai oleh awar-awar (Ficus septica). Cukup banyak tersediasemai/anakan pohon yang akan melanjutkan generasi selanjutnya. Perdu dan herba yang palingÃÂ dominan masing-masing adalah singuri (Sida acuminata) dan jotang (Synedrella nodiflora). Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Development Teaching Basic Skillââ¬â¢s VCD Media to Improve Teaching Skills in Subjects Micro Teaching
Full text linkThis study aims to: 1) determine the quality of the results of VCDs that have been developed, 2) find out whether there is an increase in student teaching skills in micro-learning. This research is a development research using ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) models. Validation of learning videos is done by learning media experts and user response questionnaires. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and N-Gain test. The results showed that the average score of the media expert validation was 86.7% in the good and usable category, while the results of the user response questionnaire were 87.9% in the good category and suitable for use. Hail the N-gain test found that there was an increase in the basic teaching skills of students after using the VCD of basic teaching skills in the micro-learning course which was 0.7

Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama dua hari bertempat di Ruang Laboratorium IPA SMP N 1 Gunungsari. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan wawasan pengetahuan serta keterampilan tentang teknik pembuatan video pembelajaran. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah guru-guru SMP N 1 Gunungsari Lombok Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah metode praktik,ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab dan pelatihan. Para peserta sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan ini karena sebagian besar guru belum pernah melaksanakan kegiatan pembuatan video pembelajaran. Aplikasi Pupuk Organik dan NPK untuk Meningkatkan Pertumbuhan Vegetatif dan Produksi Buah Terong Hijau
Full text linkAbstract: Research has been conducted on the application of organic and NPK fertilizer to increase the growth and yield of green eggplant which aims to find out (1) the influence of organic fertilizer on vegetative growth and yield of Green eggplant, (2) the effect of NPK fertilizer on vegetative growth and yield of Green Eggplant, (3) the effect of interaction between organic fertilizer and NPK fertilizer on vegetative growth and yield of Green Eggplant. A Factorial design was used which consisted of 2 factors. The first factor is the dose of organic fertilizer and the second factor is the dose of NPK fertilizer. The treatment of organic fertilizer consists of 4 levels, namely: P0 = without giving organic fertilizer (control), P1 = giving 0.5 kg organic fertilizer /1 m2 land, P2 = giving 1.0 kg organic fertilizer /1 m2 land, P3 = giving 1.5 kg organic fertilizer/1 m2 land. NPK fertilizer consists of 5 levels namely: N0 = without NPK fertilizer (control), N1 = giving 5 gr NPK fertilizer/plant, P2 = giving 10 gr NPK fertilizer/plant, P3 = giving 15 gr NPK fertilizer/plant, P4 = giving 20 gr NPK fertilizer/plant. Growth parameters were stem height and length of green eggplant leaves. Yield parameters were fruit length and green eggplant fruit weight. Data were analyzed by using ANOVA. The results showed that the application of organic fertilizer has a significant effect on the growth and yield of green eggplant. The application of NPK fertilizer has a significant effect on the growth and yield of green eggplant. The interaction of organic fertilizer and NPK fertilizer did not significantly affect the growth and yield of green eggplant. Key Words: organic fertilizer; NPK fertilizer; growth and production of green eggplant
