pempek kecil and 17.225,16 pempek telur besar, and the conclusions is Pempek
Bu Husna Palembang need to produce pempek telur besar more because of the
produce of pempek kecil is higher than pempek telur besar.

Assessing causal relationships between construction resources and cost overrun using pls path modelling focusing in southern and central region of Malaysia
No full textConstruction resources are fundamental requirement for any construction project to achieve project completion within estimated budget. The fundamental construction resources include material, manpower, machinery and money. These resources have significant effect on construction cost. Construction cost is now a days facing problem of coverrun. Hence, it is very critical to assess impact of various resources on cost overrun. Data collection was carried out using structured questionnaire survey amongst client, consultant and contractors in southern and central region of Malaysia. A total of 234 questionnaire were collected including 128 in southern part and 106 in central part. Data was analysed with PLS path modelling using SmartPLS v2.0 software. The result showed that resources have significant effect on cost overrun. Extracted variance showed that in southern region, around 40% of cost variation can be caused because of construction resource while in central region variance is achieved as 59%. Material resource was found as common and most significant resource in southern and central region. GoF value was achieved as 0.529 and 0.566 for southern and central regions respectively confirming the explaining power of the proposed path model

No full textCost is the fundamental component for any construction project. However, cost overrun is
observed as one of the most frequently occurring issues in construction projects worldwide and need to be studied more to alleviate this issue in the future. This trend is more severe in developing countries where these overruns sometimes exceeds 100% of the anticipated cost of the project. Like other countries, construction industry in Malaysia is also facing a lot of challenges such as the delay to complete the project in time, the expenditure exceeding the budget, the building defects and over dependent of foreign workers. The ultimate effects of project delay also results in exceeding cost. This leads to serious need of addressing the critical issue of construction cost overrun. To avoid construction cost overrun, very first and most important step is to identify and understand the causes and factors responsible for that. Hence, this paper is aimed to identify various factors responsible for construction cost overrun. Through a comprehensive study of literature review, common factors causing cost overrun resulting in identification of 78 factors were mapped in frequency table. A questionnaire survey and interviews were carried out amongst selected experienced personnel for expert opinion to identify the significant factors causing cost overrun in Malaysia. Five respondents were selected from each of the respondents groups including client, consultant and contractor. The questionnaire responses were analyzed by average index method, which resulted in identification of 59 common factors causing construction cost overrun in Malaysia. Results show that poor design & delays in Design, unrealistic contract duration & requirements imposed, lack of experience, late delivery of materials & equipment, relationship between management & labour, delay preparation & approval of drawings, inadequate planning & scheduling, poor site management & supervision and mistakes during construction were most common and significant factors causing cost overrun in Malaysian construction industry as perceived by experts

Pembentukan karakter merupakan suatu persoalan yang sangat
penting dilakukan bagi setiap manusia apalagi bagi generasi muda saat
ini, Karakter manusia dapat dibentuk dari sebuah pendidikan dan
pembiasaan. Pendidikan karakter disekolah dianggap sangat penting
untuk diupayakan dalam rangka mengantisipasi kemerosotan budi pekerti
peserta didik, kususnya penerapan karakter religius. Salah satu yang
dilakukan lembaga pendidikan formal sekolah menengah atas khususnya
SMAN I Liwa untuk membentuk karakter religius yaitu menerapkan
pembiasaan membaca asmaul husna. Oleh karena itu disini penulis
mencoba untuk meneliti, Apakah terdapat pengaruh pembiasaan
membaca asmaul husna terhadap pembentukan karakter religius peserta
didik SMAN 1 Liwa.
Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu
pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data yang dilaukan dengan
menggunakan observasi dan angket sebagai intrumen untuk memperoleh
data X dan Y dan dianalisis menggunaan tehnik analisis korelasi product
moment dan diuji menggunaan uji t untuk mengetahui taraf uji nyata.
Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh pembiasaan membaca asmaul husna
terhadap pembentukan karakter religius peserta didik SMAN 1 Liwa
dalam katagori sedang. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa : Dari
pengelolahan data dan analisis data yang peneliti lakukan terdapat
hubungan yang signifikan antara pembiasaan membaca asmaul husna
terhadap pembentukan karakter religius peserta didik sebesar 0,59 dan
nilai korelasi tersebut masuk dalam katagori sedang. Dari hasil uji taraf
nyata yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah hubungan tersebut
merupakan hubungan nyata ataukah hanya kebetulan maka hasil yang
diperoleh adalah 12,374 > 0,113 yang menunjukkan hubungan nyata
antara kedua variabel tersebut. Dengan perhitungan koefisien determinasi
diperoleh sebanyak 34,8% adapun sisanya 65,2% dipengaruhi variabel
lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penulis. Dengan melalui persamaan regresi Ŷ
= 15,494 + 0,573. Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa
terdapat pengaruh pembiasaan membaca asmaul husna terhadap
pembentukan karakter religius peserta didik SMAN 1 Liwa tahun
pelajaran 2022/2023.

THE INFLUENCE OF READING ASMAUL HUSNA HABITAT
ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF RELIGIOUS CHARACTER
OF STUDENTS OF SMAN 1 LIWA

Character building is a very important issue for every human
being, especially for today's young generation. Human character can
be formed from education and habituation. Character education in
schools is considered very important to be pursued in order to
anticipate the decline in the character of students, especially the
application of religious character. One of the activities carried out by
formal high school education institutions, especially SMAN I Liwa, is
to form a religious character, namely applying the habit of reading
Asmaul Husna. Therefore, here the author tries to examine, is there an
effect of habituation of reading asmaul husna on the formation of
religious character students of SMAN 1 Liwa.
The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach.
Data collection was carried out using observation and questionnaires
as instruments to obtain X and Y data and analyzed using product
moment correlation analysis techniques and tested using the t test to
determine the level of the real test. The results show that the influence
of the habit of reading asmaul husna on the formation of the religious
character of students at SMAN 1 Liwa is in the moderate category.
The results of the study show that: From the data processing and data
analysis that the researchers did, there was a significant relationship
between the habit of reading Asmaul Husna on the formation of the
religious character of students of 0.59 and the correlation value was
included in the medium category. From the results of the real level test
conducted to find out whether the relationship is a real relationship or
just a coincidence, the results obtained are 12.374 > 0.113 which
shows a real relationship between the two variables. By calculating
the coefficient of determination, it is obtained as much as 34.8% while
the remaining 65.2% is influenced by other variables not examined by
the author. By going through the regression equation Ŷ = 15.494 +
0.573. Thus it can be concluded that there is an influence of the habit
of reading asmaul husna on the formation of the religious character of
students at SMAN 1 Liwa for the 2022/2023 academic year.

A systematic approach for monitoring and evaluating the construction project progress
No full textA persistent problem in construction is to document changes which occur in the field and to prepare the as-built schedule. In current practice, deviations from planned performance can only be reported after significant time has elapsed and manual monitoring of the construction activities are costly and error prone. Availability of advanced portable computing, multimedia and wireless communication allows, even encourages fundamental changes in many jobsite processes. However a recent investigation indicated that there is a lack of systematic and automated evaluation and monitoring in construction projects. The aim of this study is to identify techniques that can be used in the construction industry for monitoring and evaluating the physical progress, and also to establish how current computer technology can be utilised for monitoring the actual physical progress at the construction site. This study discusses the results of questionnaire survey conducted within Malaysian Construction Industry and suggests a prototype system, namely Digitalising Construction Monitoring (DCM). DCM prototype system integrates the information from construction drawings, digital images of construction site progress and planned schedule of work. Using emerging technologies and information system the DCM re-engineer the traditional practice for monitoring the project progress. This system can automatically interpret CAD drawings of buildings and extract data on its structural components and store in database. It can also extract the engineering information from digital images and when these two databases are simulated the percentage of progress can be calculated and viewed in Microsoft Project automatically. The application of DCM system for monitoring the project progress enables project management teams to better track and controls the productivity and quality of construction projects. The use of the DCM can help resident engineer, construction manager and site engineer in monitoring and evaluating project performance. This model will improve decision-making process and provides better mechanism for advanced project management
KOMBINASI LANTUNAN ASMAUL HUSNA DAN SLOW DEEP BREATHING DALAM MENURUNKAN TINGKAT KECEMASAN PASIEN HEMODIALISIS
No full textBackground:Patients undergoing hemodialysis can experience anxiety due to fear or worry about the disease they are suffering from. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the combination of chanting asmaul husna and slowing deep breathing in reducing the anxiety level of hemodialysis patients.
Research method:This research uses a case study approach, namely research that is focused on a case to be observed and analyzed carefully until it is finished. The case study was conducted when the author was practicing medical surgical nursing in the Hemodialysis Room of the Muhammadiyah University General Hospital in Malang. The author conducted a case study from July 17 2023 to July 22 2023 which was used from data collection or assessment to evaluation of 3 patients who had the same characteristics.
Results:The results of the intervention for 3 patients showed that blood pressure had decreased considerably, pulse frequency had decreased sufficiently, sleep patterns had improved sufficiently, and verbalization of worries due to their condition had decreased considerably after being given the intervention.
Conclusion:The combination of Asmaul Husna chanting and slow deep breathing is effective in reducing the anxiety level of hemodialysis patients. This combination intervention can be an easy, practical, economical non-pharmacological alternative that can be done anywhere to reduce the anxiety level of hemodialysis patients
THE INTERNALIZATION OF ASMAUL HUSNA VALUES THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF "AUTHENTIC READING MATERIALS" AS AN EFFORT TO BUILD RELIGIOUS CHARACTERS
No full textThis research is a report of Nation Character Education which has a purpose as an Effort to Build Religious Character. The author will try to overcome the moral degradation that occurs in students such as bullying, free promiscuity, rah-rah, hedonism by internalizing Asmaul Husna's values into reading courses by developing the learning of authentic reading materials. From here, religious character education will begin to be built.The results of the research include several things. The most important result is a product called a reading textbook that has been internalized with Asmaul Husna's values. This book is the development of authentic reading materials adapted to the syllabus in the reading course being taken by students of the English Education program especially the students of third Semester.The research methodology used in this research is Research and Development (R & D) which will be elaborated qualitatively. After conducted this research, it showed that the book product of authentic reading materials which had been internalized with Asmaul Husna was an effective way to build the students’ character as the effort to overcome the students’ moral degradation. 85% showed that students have a significant increase in their reading ability and also students continue to display increasingly improved behaviors after learning the Asmaul Husna values in their reading textbook.
