    ABSTRAK PENGEMBANGAN MODUL PRAKTIKUM EMBRIOLOGI BERBASIS SEARCH, SOLVE, CREATE AND SHARE (SSCS) TERINTEGRASI AYAT AL-QUR’AN PADA MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN BIOLOGI UNIVERSITAS ISLAM NEGERI RADEN INTAN LAMPUNG Oleh : Devi Septiani Pembelajaran menggunakan model SSCS ini pendidik dan peserta didik bekerja sama untuk mencari solusi terhadap suatu masalah sehingga pembelajaran akan lebih bermakna bagi peserta didik. Penulis ingin menyajikan model integrasi sains dengan agama serta peta konsep ayat-ayat sains dalam al-Qur’an, sebagai referensi dan langkah awal bagi pendidik dalam mengaplikasikan pendidikan integrative.. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu Untuk mengetahui kelayakan modul praktikum embriologi berbasis SSCS terintegrasi ayat Al-Qur’an serta untuk mengetahui kemenarikkan terhadap pengembangan modul praktikum embriologi berbasis SSCS terintegrasi ayat Al-qur’an. Jenis penelitian ini yakni penelitian Research and Development (R&D) yang menggunakan prosedur Borg and Gall sampai dengan 7 langkah.Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data ahli materi, ahli media, ahli bahasa, dan respon mahasiswa. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian bahwa modul praktikum embriologi berbasis SSCS terintegrasi Ayat Al-Qur’an, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan modul praktikum embriologi berbasis SSCS terintegrasi ayat Al-Qur’an dengan metode pengembangan menurut Borg and Gall sampai langkah ketujuh diantaranya yakni research and information collecting, planning, develop prelimiery form of product, prelimiery field testing, main product revision, main field testing dan operational product revision. Setelah melakukan penilaian modul praktikum embriologi berbasis Search, Solve, Create and Share (SSCS) terintegrasi ayat Al-Qur’an telah diperoleh penilaian dengan kriteria sangat layak dan sangat menarik. The author would like to present a model of the integration of science with religion as well as a concept map of the verses of science in the Qur'an, as a reference and first step for educators in applying integrative education. Al-Qur'an and to find out the attractiveness of developing an integrated SSCS- based embryology practicum module with verses of the Qur'an. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) research that uses the Borg and Gall procedure up to 7 steps. This research uses data from material experts, media experts, linguists, and student responses. Based on the research data that the SSCS-based embryology practicum module is integrated with the Qur'anic verse, it can be concluded that the development of the SSCS-based embryology practicum module is integrated with the Qur'anic verse with the development method according to Borg and Gall until the seventh step, namely research and information collecting. , planning, developing preliminary form of product, preliminary field testing, main product revision, main field testing and operational product revision.     An Analysis of Early Childhood Education Curriculum Development in Singapore and Finland

    The curriculum is an important factor in organizing the teaching and learning process to achieve goals. One way to improve educational standards is to implement an effective and innovative curriculum in early childhood education institutions. This research aims to analyze the early childhood education curriculum in Singapore and Finland. The author uses a type of library research. In this research, the author used the data collection instrument by reviewing documents from several books, articles, journals, laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and the Singapore and Finnish curriculum frameworks as literature that supports this research. Data analysis starts with data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results of the research show that the education curriculum in Singapore and Finland is included in the category of an advanced education system in terms of the welfare of society or its population (education and economy), the quality of educators or teachers, and the focus on children's future development. The novelty of the analysis results is that in terms of review, it relates to curriculum objectives, content/material, learning media (facilities and infrastructure), learning strategies, and evaluation

    ABSTRAK Penyampaian dakwah harus sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman agar pesan dakwah yang kita sampaikan mampu diterima dengan baik oleh para penerima dakwah tersebut. Internet saat ini menjadi salah satu alternatif sebagai media dalam penyampaian dakwah. Salah satu platform yang menyediakan layanan gratis dan memiliki banyak pengunjung adalah Youtube. Salah satu format acara berseri yang sedang berkembang di Youtube saat ini adalah Serial Animasi. Adapun yang melatarbelakangi penulis tertarik untuk membuat skripsi ini karena menurut penulis serial animasi Hafizah dan Hafizah episode Kebersihan Sebagian dari Iman ini merupakan salah satu cara proses belajar karena mengandung video edukasi berkemas hiburan untuk anak usia dini agar menjaga kebersihan sebelum beribadah. Tujuan dari penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui pesan dakwah yang terdapat pada animasi Hafiz dan Hafizah, serta teknik penyajian dakwah yang disajikan dalam animasi tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian library research (pustaka), yang bersifat deskriptif. Kemudian teknik yang di gunakan adalah observasi dan dokumentasi, serta Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisis Semiotika Roland Barthes mencari makna denotasi,konotasi dan mitos yang terdapat dalam Serial Animasi Hafizah dan Hafizah. Kesimpulan yang dihasilkan setelah melakukan proses analisa dengan menggunakan analisis Semiotika Roland Barthes yaitu terdapat pesan-pesan dakwah diantaranya adalah : selalu meminta perlindungan kepada Allah SWT, berdoa sebelum melaksanakan aktivitas, selalu mengucapkan salam, saling tolong menolong, gotong royong. Dalam teknik penyajian pesan dakwah, animasi Hafiz dan Hafizah menggunakan lagu-lagu dan alur cerita kegiatan yang berunsur islami. The internet is currently an alternative medium for conveying da'wah. One platform that provides free services and has many visitors is YouTube. One of the serial program formats that is currently developing on YouTube is Serial Animation. The reason behind the author's interest in writing this thesis is because according to the author of the animated series Hafizah and Hafizah, the Cleanliness Part of the Faith episode is one way of the learning process because it contains educational videos packed with entertainment for young children to maintain cleanliness before worship. The aim of the research in this thesis is to find out the da'wah message contained in the Hafiz and Hafizah animations, as well as the form of da'wah presentation techniques da’wah presented in the animation. This research uses a qualitative method with the type of library research (library), which is descriptive in nature. Then the techniques used are observation and documentation, as well as the analysis used in this research, namely using Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis to look for the meaning of denotation, connotation and myth contained in the Hafizah and Hafizah Animation Series. The conclusion produced after carrying out the analysis process using Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis is that there are da'wah messages including: always ask for protection from Allah SWT, pray before carrying out activities, always say greetings, help each other, work together. Posyandu remaja merupakan salah satu bentuk Upaya Kesehatan Bersumber Daya Masyarakat (UKBM) yang dikelola dan diselenggarakan dari, oleh, untuk dan bersama masyarakat termasuk remaja dalam penyelenggaraan pembangunan kesehatan untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan dan keterampilan hidup sehat remaja. Pembentukan Posyandu Remaja dan kader kesehatan remaja bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan reproduksi remaja dan sebagai wadah untuk memfasilitasi kebutuhan kesehatan remaja. Diharapkan dengan Pembentukan Posyandu Remaja ini dapat meningkatkan derajat Kesehatan serta meningkatkan pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi bagi para remaja.     ABSTRAK Patriarki yang kerap memarjinalkan posisi perempuan dalam segala ranah telah dilegitimasi oleh negara, budaya dan agama. Tafsir�tafsir patriarkis banyak bertebaran dan dianggap oleh masyarakat luas sebagai satu kebenaran yang utuh sehingga kedudukan perempuan selalu distigmasisasi negatif atau melawan hal yang mereka sebut ”melanggar kodrat perempuan”. Qirā`ah Mubādalah merupakan suatu upaya untuk merekonstruksi tafsir-tafsir patriarkis bahkan misoginis mengenai kedudukan perempuan. Dalam penelitian ini juga penulis akan memaparkan bagaimana Qirā`ah Mubādalah merekonstruksi makna-makna dari tafsir-tafsir yang tak ramah perempuan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian library research (kepustakaan), suatu metode pengumpulan data yang bersifat deskriptif atau “penjelasan”. Sejarah ketimpangan kedudukan perempuan telah terjadi dari masa ke masa. Islam sebagai agama yang Rahmatan Li Al-‘ᾹlamῙn dengan jelas dan terang melalui Tauhid, sumber rujukan baik Al-Qur’ān maupun hadits menyatakan bahwa kedudukan perempuan dan laki-laki ialah setara sebagai mitra sejajar, dan memiliki hubungan yang horizontal. Faqihuddin Abdul Kodir melalui teori interpretasinya juga sangat realistis dan berdasar pada ajaran-ajaran Islam yang mengedepankan nilai-nilai keadilan. Kedudukan manusia (laki-laki dan perempuan) bukanlah sesuatu yang absolut, adikodrati dan kaku artiannya dapat dipertukarkan maupun dikombinasikan melalui sebuah kesepakatan yang disebut consent antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Pemikiran Faqihuddin Abdul Kodir berdasar pada teori interpretasi Qirā`ah Mubādalah yang ditawarkan sangat relevan untuk diterapkan oleh masyarakat terkhusus seorang mukmin. Sebab masyarakat harus beranjak dari pemahaman keagamaan yang patriarkis menuju masyarakat yang memiliki pemahaman kesetaraan dan keadilan demi terciptanya kondisi yang sejahtera, bahagia, tentram yang sejak awal di bawa oleh Islam melalui Tauhid dan ajaran-ajarannya. ABSTRACT The patriarchal culture which often marginalizes the position of women in all fields has been legitimized by the state, culture and religion. The interpretation of patriarchy is widespread and is considered by the wider community as a complete truth, so that the position of women in the public area is always stigmatized negatively or against what they call "violating women's nature". Qirā`ah Mubādalah is an attempt to reconstruct patriarchal and even misogynistic interpretations of the position of women. In this research, the author will also explain how Qirā`ah Mubādalah reconstructs the meanings of interpretations that are not friendly to women. This research method uses library research as a descriptive data collection method, namely the "explanation" method. This research found that the position of women must be equal to that of men and that no one should be higher and that no one should be demeaned because men and women are only servants of Allah whose position is measured by their piety. The history of inequality in the position of women has occurred from time to time. Islam as a religion that is Rahmatan Li Al-‘ᾹlamῙn very clearly through of Tauhid, reference sources both the Qur’ān and hadith state that the position of women and men is equal as equal partners, and has a horizontal relationship. Faqihuddin Abdul Kodir through his theory of interpretation is also very realistic and based on Islamic teachings that put forward the values of justice. The position of humans (male and female) is not something absolute, magical and sacred, meaning that it can be exchanged or combined through an agreement between men and women. Faqihuddin Abdul Kodir's thoughts based on the theory of interpretation of Qirā`ah Mubādalah offered are very relevant to be applied by the community, especially mukmin. Because society must move from a patriarchal religious understanding to a society that has an understanding of equality and justice in order to create prosperous, happy, and peaceful conditions that Islam brought from the beginning through Tauhid and its teachings.     bstrak Novel Ranah 3 Warna Merupakan salah satu bentuk Dakwah dalam tulisan atau bil Qalam yang isinya memiliki nilai Islami yaitu pesan-pesan dakwah yang dapat disampaikan. Yang tujuannya untuk menyuru kepada kebaikan. Disetiap wacana yang diproduksi tentunya memiliki hal yang melatar belakangi penelitian wacana ini bagaimana teks tersebut diproduksi. Wacana sangat tidak dapat diartikan sebagai teks yang memiliki arti yang kosong. Tetapi teks merupakan salah satu bagian terkecil yang menjadi salah satu struktur yang berkembang dimasyarakat. Karena teks dibuat atas kesadaran, pengalaman dan perilaku yang khusus atas suatu peristiwa. Jadi Wacana Teks pada Novel Ranah 3 Warna yang bikembangkan oleh Da’i, menunjukan adanya sesuatu yang dapat terjadi di masyarakat. Teori pada penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Wacana Teun Van Djik, yang biasanya disebut dengan Kognisi Sosial. Yang mana peneliti tidak hanya meneliti dari bagian teks saja. Tetapi suatu hal praktik yang harus diamati dengan jelas. Metode penelitian ini Pendekatan Kualitatif yang menggambarkan subjek dan objek berdasarkan fakta yang ada. Sumber data primer penelitian ini adalah teks Novel Ranah 3 Warna, sedangkan sumber data skunder berupa buku, jurnal, penelitian terdahulu yang memiliki kaitan dengan penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan penelitian ini YaituDokumentasi dan Wawancara. Hasil Temuan Dan kesimpulan dari penelitian ini dapat diketahu dari teks novel Ranah 3 Warna yang disampaikan da’i atau penulis dalam Novel Ranah 3 Warna memiliki Struktur Makro yaitu berupa Tema atau topik yang dikedapankan dalam Wacana, Superstruktur yang bermoneter dengan kerangka teks. Segi Struktur Mikro menjelaskan isi dari makna wacana pada teks.Hasil analisis pesan dakwah Pesan Aqidah yaitu mengajarkan untuk selalu mendekatkan diri dengan Allah SWT dan percaya atas apa yang telah Allah Takdirkan. Pesan Syari’ah yaitu bersyukur dan beristiqamah dan bersungguh-sungguh dalam mengejar cita-cita. Pesan Akhlak Untuk selalu berikhtiar dan Bersabar dalam meraih impian yang harus dibekali dengan sikap yang sabar dan ikhtiar.dari segi Kognisi dan iii Konteks sosial pada Analisis Wacana Teun Van djik, Kognisi sosial yaitu berasal dari pengalaman dari da’i penulis, Hasil penelitian Sesuatu disetiap Proses perlunya ditemani oleh kesabaran untuk menggapai cita-cita atau impian yang kita miliki. Wacana is highly incomprehensible as a text that has an empty meaning. But the text is one of the smallest parts that becomes a growing structure in society. Because the text is made on the awareness, experience and behavior that is specific to an event. So the Wacana Text on the Novel Ranah 3 Warna that was developed by Da’i, shows the existence of something that can happen in society. The theory on this study uses Teun Van Djik’s Wacana Analysis, which is commonly referred to as Social Cognition. The researchers don’t just look at the text. But it is a practical thing that needs to be observed clearly. This research method is a qualitative approach that describes subjects and objects based on existing facts. The primary data source of this research is the text of the Novel Ranah 3 Warna, while the data source is books, journals, previous research that has a connection with this research. The data collection techniques used in this study are documentation and interviews. The results of the findings and conclusions of this research can be found from the text of the novel Ranah 3 Warna that is presented by da’i or the author in the Novel Ranah 3 Warna has a macro structure that is a theme or topic that is described in Wacana, a monetary superstructure with a text framework. The Micro Structure section explains the meaning of the wording in the text. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) taught them to believe in what God has commanded them to do. The Qur’an is a message of gratitude and gratitude.     ABSTRAK Kesuksesan suatu pendidikan salah satunya dipengaruhi dengan minat belajar siswa, minat belajar yang baik akan berpengaruh dengan hasil belajar siswa beda hal nya dengan minat belajar siswa rendah maka hasil belajar juga rendah. Adapun relevansi minat belajar dengan pengamalan ibadah siswa yang saling berkaitan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab rendahnya minat belajar dan relevansinya dalam pengamalan ibadah shalat siswa SMA Negeri I Meraksa Aji, Tulang Bawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, jenis deskriptif menggunakan metode studi lapangan (field research). Informan utama penelitian yaitu guru pendidikan agama Islam dan siswa SMA Negeri I Meraksa Aji Tulang Bawang, sedangkan sumber data skunder di peroleh berupa dokumentasi yang telah ditentukan oleh peneliti. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi partisipatif, wawancara bebas terpimpin dan dukumentasi. Tehnik analisa data menggunakan model interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman dengan tahapan pengumpulan dataa, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan yang dilakukan secara bersamaan. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan kredibilat. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah penulis lakukan dapat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat beberapa faktor yang menyebakan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam rendah, faktor-faktor tersebut antara lain faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal yaitu (psikologis dan fisiologis siswa), sedangkan faktor eksternal yaitu (faktor keluarga, guru dan lingkungan), minat belajar di SMA Negeri I Meraksa Aji Tulang Bawang tergolong rendah. Dan relevansi minat belajar dengan pengamalan ibadah di SMA Negeri I Merksa Aji Tulang Bawang tergolong rendah. The relevance of interest in learning with the practice of student worship is interrelated. This study aims to determine the causes of low interest in learning and its relevance in the practice of prayer of students of SMA Negeri I Meraksa Aji, Tulang Bawang. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, descriptive type using field study method (field research). The main informants of the research were Islamic religious education teachers and students of SMA Negeri I Meraksa Aji Tulang Bawang, while secondary data sources were obtained in the form of documentation that had been determined by the researcher. Data collection techniques use participatory observation, guided free interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the interactive model of Miles and Huberman with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing which are carried out simultaneously. Data validity checks use credibility. Based on the analysis that the author has done, it can be concluded that there are several factors that cause students' interest in learning in Islamic religious education subjects to be low, these factors include internal and external factors. Internal factors are (psychological and physiological students), while external factors are (psychological and physiological students).     ABSTRAK Musyrifah adalah penyebutan yang biasa digunakan untuk seorang pembimbing di asrama. Peran musyrifah di pondok pesantren sangatlah penting karena pondok pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan Islam yang memiliki tujuan untuk menghasilkan generasi muslim yang taat beragama dan berakhlak mulia. Musyrifah, sebagai pembimbing dan pengajar di pesantren, memiliki tanggung jawab besar dalam membentuk karakter dan perilaku sosial keagamaan santri. Musyrifah di Pondok Pesantren Al-Azhar yang berada di Desa Margaria ini tidak hanya memberikan pengajaran agama, tetapi juga memberikan teladan, bimbingan, serta dukungan moral kepada santri. Dengan interaksi yang intensif dan pendekatan yang holistik, musyrifah berperan dalam membentuk identitas keagamaan santri serta membantu mereka menjadi individu yang bertanggung jawab, peduli, dan berkontribusi positif dalam masyarakat. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana proses kegitan santri di pondok pesantren? Bagaimana metode musyrifah dalam pembentukan perilaku sosial keagamaan santri di pondok pesantren Al-Azhar? Metode penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan (Field reserch). Adapun sifat dari penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif yaitu penulis akan mendeskripsikan data temuan lapangan. Metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi dimana peneliti mengamati secara langsung dilapangan, wawancara yang dimana peneliti berkomunikasi secara verbal dalam bentuk percakapan untuk memperoleh informasi dan dokumentasi yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran umum deskripsi lokasi penelitian. Dalam wawancara yang digunakan kepada informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan pemilihan informan berdasarkan kategori informan kunci, informan utama dan informan pendukung, serta dokumentasi yang didapatkan selama proses kegiatan penelitian. Teori yang digunakan untuk menganalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Struktural Fungsional yang dikemukakan oleh Talcott Parsons dalam menganalisis dan membahas hasil temuan dilapangan. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses kegiiatan di pondok peantren al-Azhar dilakukan sesuai rangkaian jadwal kegiatan yang diberikan seperti sholat berjama'ah, yasinan, ta'lim, hafalan Al-Qur'an, puasa senin kamis, al-berzanji, PDS (Pengembangan Diri Santri) dan kegiatan bulan dan tahunan seperti Peringatan Hari Besar Islam. Kemudian santri wajib melaksanakan proses kegiatan yang teleh dibuat oleh musyrifah dan dan akan dipraktekkan di kehidupan sehari-hari, hal ini dapat dilihat dari semua kegiatan yang dijalankan oleh santri setiap hari. Selanjutnya musyrifah dalam melakukan metode pembentukan perilaku sosial keagamaan pada santri melalui (1) metode pembiasaan, seperrti membiasakan sholat 5 waktu, berpakaia sopan, dan berbicara dengan bahasa yang santun. (2) Metode nasihat, pemberian nasihat seperi pengebangan akhlak, pemahaman agama dan pembentukan karakter. (3) Metode hukuman, dengan pemberian hukuman seperti membersihkan lingkungan pesantren, membaca aqur’an bagi santri yang melanggar peraturan. (4) Metode keteladanan, dengan memberikan contoh langsung dalam hal kesopanan, kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan tolong menolong. hal itu diterapkan dengan tujuan santri memiliki perilaku sosial keagamaan yang baik, dapat dilihat dari perilaku santri dengan musyrifah, ustadz dan para santri lainnya sudah cukup baik sehingga perlu untuk dipertahankan dan lebih baik di tingkatkan lagi agar target dari pembentukan perilaku sosial keagamaan santri benar tertanam dengan baik pada diri santri serta dapat diterapkan di lingkungan pondok pesantren ataupun saat santri sudah keluar dari pondok pesantren dan dapat di terapkan juga dilingkungan masyarakat. Kata Kunci : Musyrifah dan Perilaku Sosial Keagamaan Santri. ABSTRACT Musyrifah is a term commonly used for a mentor or guide in a dormitory. The role of musyrifah in Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren) is very important because these institutions aim to produce devout and morally upright Muslim generations. As mentors and teachers, musyrifah have significant responsibilities in shaping the character and social-religious behavior of the students (santri). At Pondok Pesantren Al-Azhar in Margaria Village, musyrifah not only provide religious education but also serve as role models, offer guidance, and provide moral support to the santri. Through intensive interaction and a holistic approach, musyrifah play a role in forming the religious identity of the santri and helping them become responsible, caring, and positively contributing individuals in society. The research questions in this study are: How do the activities of santri in the pondok pesantren proceed? What methods do musyrifah use in shaping the social-religious behavior of santri at Pondok Pesantren Al-Azhar? This study employs a descriptive qualitative research method using field research. The nature of this research is descriptive, as the author will describe field data findings. Data collection methods include observation, where the researcher directly observes in the field; interviews, where the researcher communicates verbally to gather information; and documentation, aimed at obtaining a general description of the research location. Interviews use purposive sampling techniques, selecting informants based on key informant categories, primary informants, and supporting informants, as well as documentation obtained during the research process. The theory used for analysis in this study is the Structural Functional Theory proposed by Talcott Parsons, which is used to analyze and discuss field findings. The research results show that the activities at Pondok Pesantren Al�Azhar follow a schedule provided, including congregational prayers, Yasin recitations, religious lessons, Quran memorization, Monday and Thursday fasting, Al-Barsanji, Personal Development for Santri (PDS), and monthly and annual activities such as Islamic holiday celebrations. Santri are required to follow the activities set by musyrifah and apply them in daily life, as seen from their daily activities. Furthermore, musyrifah employ several methods to shape the social-religious behavior of santri: (1) habituation methods, such as making daily prayers, dressing modestly, and speaking politely a routine; (2) advisory methods, offering advice on moral development, religious understanding, and character formation; (3) punitive methods, such as assigning tasks like cleaning the pesantren environment or Quran reading for rule violations; and (4) exemplary methods, providing direct examples of politeness, honesty, responsibility, and mutual assistance. These methods aim to instill good social�religious behavior in the santri, as evidenced by their interactions with musyrifah, teachers, and other santri. The behavior of the santri is generally good, and it is essential to maintain and improve it to ensure that the social-religious behavior goals are effectively instilled in the santri and applied both within and outside the pesantren and in the broader community.     Law number 42 of 1999 concerning fiduciary guarantees regulates all matters regarding fiduciary guarantees, including the implementation of their execution, but in practice there are many discrepancies between the laws and regulations and the behavior of creditors towards debtors which are often arbitrary in withdrawing the object of guarantee. The Constitutional Court Decision No. 71/PUU-XIX/2021 aims to affirm and provide legal protection for the parties, before the existence of this Constitutional Court decision, creditors often used their right to execute directly without the need to go through the court, as long as it was carried out in accordance with the provisions of the applicable law. This is done by creditors to speed up the execution process and reduce the administrative burden experienced by the parties. However, the ruling also provides strict restrictions to protect the rights of debtors, including the obligation of creditors to provide clear and adequate notice before executing executions. In this study, the author uses a normative juridical research method or can be called a literature review and reviews legal materials, the approach taken by the author is the legal approach and also the case approach Where the case approach is carried out by reviewing or reviewing the results of the Constitutional Court decision number 71/PUU-XIX/2021. The analysis of legal materials is carried out by citing and studying relevant articles of laws and regulations, while the opinions of scholars are quoted and then used as a theoretical basis to answer research questions. From the explanation above, it can be concluded that this Constitutional Court decision can provide legal certainty and also provide legal protection for the parties because the results of this Constitutional Court decision require creditors to carry out the execution through an application to the district court
