ANALISIS TINGKAT PENDAPATAN DAN KEMISKINAN RUMAH TANGGA NELAYAN DI BOROBUDUR KELURAHAN PADARNI
Full text linkThis research was aimed to find out and to analyse the level of income and poverty of fisherman household in Borobudur Padarni Village Manokwari Regency. The analysis technique used was descriptive quantitative analysis by using calculation analysis of fisherman’s income and qualitative method by using phenomenological study that prioritize appreciation. This was done to describe the level of fisherman’s poverty through several poverty indicators. The research results and data analysis showed that the average income of fishing gear fishermen in Borobudur is distributed in three groups, namely low income intervals starting from IDR.98,000,000.00 to IDR.220,999,999.90 with the number of respondents 71 or equal to 78.89%, then the intervals are starting from IDR. 221,000,000.00 to Rp.416,999,999.90 totalling 11 respondents or equal to 12.22%, and high intervals starting from IDR.417,000,000.00 s.d. IDR.710,999,999.90 as many as 8 respondents or 8.89%. The average household income of fishermen in a year is IDR.151,143,057.56 /month it is estimated that each fisherman household income of IDR.12,595,254.80. The community poverty analysis showed that based on area characteristics, it appears that building condition, level of incompatibility of building technical requirements, environmental road, PAM water access and the availability of wastewater access are below minimum standard. The human resources of traditional fishermen in Borobudur is low as the majority of fishermen have a elementary school level of education that cause the low level of productivity causing the low level of income. 60 fishermen or 66,67% in Borobudur do not have their own capital and have difficulties in accessing the capital institutions such as government and other financial institutions.
