Desenvolvimento de metodologia para recuperação de corpos de bombas de óleo não-conformes
Get PDFO presente relatório de estágio aborda o desenvolvimento de uma metodologia para a recuperação de corpos de bombas de óleo nas linhas produtivas da Renault Cacia, empresa produtora de componentes mecânicos e caixas de velocidades, sediada na zona industrial de Cacia, em Aveiro, Portugal.
O intuito desta metodologia é realizar a recuperação dos corpos de bombas de óleo não-conformes e, consequentemente, reduzir os gastos associados aos corpos de bomba classificados como sucata.
No relatório, é apresentada uma introdução à Renault Cacia a fim de enquadrar o leitor no meio envolvente do trabalho. Também é feita uma introdução à lubrificação dos motores automotivos bem como ao funcionamento das bombas hidráulicas e das bombas de óleo.
Primeiramente, para o desenvolvimento da metodologia de recuperação, foi feita uma análise da situação produtiva das linhas, e, depois, elaborado um levantamento estatístico a fim de justificar a viabilidade do desenvolvimento dessa metodologia.
Foi realizada uma análise dos gastos provenientes do desenvolvimento do projeto, a fim de que um tempo de amortização (payback) fosse calculado e facilitasse a perceção da viabilidade do investimento.
A prensa Tromboline A30 foi utilizada para a conclusão do procedimento, sendo apresentado todo o seu funcionamento e como tal o seu enquadramento no posto de recuperação. Todas as ações periféricas que de alguma forma contribuíram para a conclusão desse trabalho também são apresentadas, nomeadamente, elaboração de prateleiras para separar os componentes recuperados, limpeza do posto de recuperação ao aplicar princípios do Lean Manufacturing, modelação dos componentes periféricos à prensa, entre outros.
É apresentado com detalhe os diferentes tipos de bombas produzidas na empresa, o funcionamento das múltiplas linhas produtoras de bombas de óleo e como o processo de recuperação se adequa em cada uma delas.
A fim de estandardizar o procedimento desenvolvido, foram desenvolvidas uma FOS (Folha de Operação Standard) e uma PMA (Plano de manutenção Autônoma), documentos cuja função é garantir a padronização da utilização e da manutenção do posto de recuperação desenvolvido. Após a implementação da metodologia, foi feita uma análise prática dos resultados a fim de que os valores inicialmente estimados fossem verificados, sendo apresentada uma projeção de ganhos da empresa com o investimento ao longo dos anos.
No final, calculou-se que a empresa teria um retorno anual de aproximadamente € 7711, com um payback de 0,54 anos.This internship report addresses the development of a methodology for the recovery of oil pump bodies in the production lines of Renault Cacia, a company that produces mechanical components and gearboxes, headquartered in the industrial zone of Cacia, in Aveiro, Portugal.
The purpose of this methodology is to recover non-conforming oil pump bodies and, consequently, reduce expenses associated with pump bodies classified as scrap.
In the report, an introduction to Renault Cacia is presented in order to place the reader in the environment of the work. An introduction is also made to the lubrication of automotive engines as well as the operation of hydraulic pumps and oil pumps.
First, for the development of the recovery methodology, an analysis of the productive situation of the lines was carried out, and then a statistical survey was carried out in order to justify the feasibility of developing this methodology.
An analysis of the expenses arising from the development of the project was made, so an amortization time (payback) was calculated and facilitated the perception of the investment's viability.
The Tromboline A30 press was used to complete the procedure. It’s entire operation and, as such, its framing in the recovery station is presented. All peripheral actions that somehow contributed to the conclusion of this work are also presented, namely, elaboration of shelves to separate the recovered components, cleaning of the recovery station by applying Lean Manufacturing principles, modeling of peripheral components in the press, among others.
The different types of pumps produced in the company are presented in detail, as well as the operation of the multiple oil pump production lines and how the recovery process fits into each one of them.
In order to standardize the procedure developed, a FOS (Standard Operation Sheet) and a PMA (Autonomous Maintenance Plan) were developed, documents whose function is to guarantee the standardization of the use and maintenance of the recovery station developed. After implementing the methodology, a practical analysis of the results was carried out, so the initially estimated values were verified, and a projection of the company's earnings with the investment over the years was presented.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
