    This study aims to analyze the credit risk ratio to determine whether the bank is in the unhealthy category according to Bank Indonesia. In addition, by analyzing credit risk, it can be seen that the company's financial performance from year to year. This research uses descriptive quantitative research with the data used are financial reports. To obtain the data needed in this study, the authors used data collection techniques. Methods by means of documentation, calculating research variables, analyzing research variables and making conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: the Bank's financial credit risk seen from the NPL factor of PT Bank Sumut Capem Tanjung Pura is included in the category of a healthy bank because the level of NPL that grows is still below the stipulated Bank Indonesia Standard, which is below 5%. Credit risk seen from the LDR at PT Bank Sumut Tanjung Pura Sub-Branch is in the bad or unhealthy category because the LDR level is still above the standard set by Bank Indonesia, which is ?78% -94%

    This study aims to find out the implementation used in the budget directly to the performance-based budget and to analyze the effectiveness of the budget directly against the performance-based budget at the Medan Helvetia Subdistrict office. The data source of this study is sourced from secondary data, namely data obtained from documents and archives obtained from the Medan Helvetia District Office. While the data collection techniques in this study are carried out by observation, interview and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is a comparative descriptive analysis that uses the preparation of performance-based direct spending budgets set by the general bureau and secretarial equipment of Medan Helvetia Subdistrict.The results of research obtained the Use of Budget and Expenditure of the Medan Helvetia Subdistrict Office are quite effective. Budget and spending effectiveness ratio from 2019 effectiveness ratio of 84.22%, in 2020 effectiveness ratio of 93.33%, in 2021 effectiveness ratio of 97.7%

    Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh Pengembangan Karir dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan. Sampel pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode teknik simple random sampling Pada penelitian ini tidak mengambil seluruh populasi sebagai sampel. Peneliti hanya mengambil 81 karyawan. Studi ini memanfaatkan data primer yang diolah dengan IBM Statistic SPSS 26. Metode analisis data yang dimanfaatkan adalah model regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengembangan Karir dan Motivasi Kerja berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PTPN IV Medan secara bersamaan. Secara parsial, Pengembangan Karir dan Motivasi Kerja masing-masing juga berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PTPN IV Medan. Uji t menunjukkan bahwa Pengembangan Karir memiliki nilai thitung sebesar 3,291 dan signifikan sebesar 0,001, sementara Motivasi Kerja memiliki nilai thitung sebesar 2.986 dan signifikan sebesar 0,004. Pengembangan Karir dan Motivasi Kerja memiliki nilai Fhitung sebesar 20.462 yang lebih besar dari nilai Ftable sebesar 2,72

    Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis terhadap bagaimana pengaruh Kepemimpinan (X1), Kompensasi (X2), terhadap Loyalitas (Z), serta dampaknya bagi Kinerja (Y) pegawai pada Dishub Kota Binjai. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan seluruh Aparatur Sipil Dinas Perhubungan Kota Binjai yang berjumlah 104 orang, dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 104 peawai yang didapat menggunakan teknik sensus. Pada penelitian ini, data dikumpulkan menggunakan quesioner, wawancara serta studi dokumentasi. Hasil jawaban kuesioner dihitung dengan satuan pengukuran skala Likerts, yang diolah menggunakan metode analisis jalur (path analisys). Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian, terbukti bahwa secara langsung kepemimpinan dan kompensasi memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas, serta loyalitas berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Selain itu, kepemimpinan dan loyalitas juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, serta berdasarkan perhitungan uji sobel pada penelitian ini variabel loyalitas berfungsi sebagai variabel mediator

    The storm of the threat of terrorism is still lurking and cannot be just a figment, this article aims to highlight what became a hot issue in the middle of 2019-2020. Yes, the discourse on the return of sympathizers or supporters of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) movement for those who come from Indonesia or have Indonesian citizenship status, so that they can return to their homeland. It is ironic to remember that many people go and become sympathizers with the belief that they have chosen the right path, but in fact they still need the attention of their homeland. Apart from the pros and cons of the repatriation of ex-ISIS, the author would like to highlight how the issue of repatriation is actually a complex matter, a one-day decision will have an impact on many things, including terrorism cases that will increase in the future, then whether the discourse on terrorism will increase in the future. The repatriation is appropriate because it pays attention to human rights and is the responsibility of the Indonesian side for the behavior of its citizens in other countries or it becomes a potential threat to the welfare and security of the country itself

    The village of Hulu Teso is a village that was awarded the construction of a dam in the past. In the management of dams in the past as fisheries power but no longer functioned. The dam is only used as a place of recreation at this time. Based on a survey carried out by the author in 2019, dams like Doranan can be used more effectively as clean water resources or raw water reserves. Based on a survey of upstream villages, Teso had experienced a long dry season which resulted in drought in their wells. Based on these problems the authors are interested in conducting research related to the supply of clean water resources. The research method used is qualitative and descriptive, namely by collecting population data and observing the location of the study and measuring and documenting the location. The results of the study concluded that to obtain a source of clean water as a raw water reserve was carried out screening on dam runoff water, a runway was constructed to build a water filter to purify water after a planned filtration system on runoff was calculated by the population and water requirements needed so that it could be built water storage reservoir. The results of the research show that domestic and non-domestic needs are as much as 251.371,44 liters. To meet the water demand, a reservoir building with dimensions of 7m x 3m 13m is planned to be obtained, amounting to 273m cubic meters, with a capacity of 273 m 3 being converted into liters totaling 273,000 liters per day. The reservoir capacity is 273,000 liters, which is sufficient for the water needs of the population

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan dan memprediksi model determinan GHRM dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja institusi perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini berlandaskan pendekatan postivistik kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui survey dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Studi sensus dilakukan untuk melakukan penyampelan reponden. Responden yang dituju adalah pimpinan/representasi divisi SDM di masing-masing perguruan tinggi di Sumatera Utara yang berjumlah 221 institusi, yang artinya penelitian ini menggunakan 221 sampel sebagai sasaran respondennya. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian memberikan bukti empiris adanya pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung secara signifikan faktor kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan GHRM sebagai variabel intervening terhadap kinerja institusi Perguruan Tinggi di Sumatera Utara, kecuali untuk pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja institusi melalui GHRM yang menunjukkan hasil tidak signifikan

    This study aims to describe (1) the structure of the builders in the novel Isinga Roman Papua works of Dorothea Rosa Herliany (2) the social value of the novel Isinga Roman Papua works of Dorothea Rosa Herliany, (3) the implementation of the social value of the novel Isinga Roman Papua works of Dorothea RosaHerliany in literaturelearning in SMK Muhammadiyah 10 Masaran. This research is a descriptive qualitative case study research strategy rooted (embeddle case study). It can be concluded as follows: This novel theme of struggle and romance. This novel used progressive plot. The main character (protagonist) named Irewa, antagonists (Malom),tritagonis (Meage), and additional characters consisting of Jingi, Mama Kame, Labobar Father, Meage, Mama Fos, Ulunggi Father, doctor Leon, Wawutu Sister, Sister Karolin, Lepi, and Ms. Selvi. The title of the novel is Isinga Roman Papua. Setting on this novel consists of setting the place, time, and social. Point of view used in this novel is a third-person perspective is limited. Thestyles of this novel aresimple, straightforward, and easy to understand. The language used is not convoluted and tends to directly enter the author's intention is to be conveyed. While the tone is the emotional attitude of the authors featured in the story. Author of the novel conveysher emotions appropriately, are like feeling sad, happy, love, hope, fear, and anger. In this novel there are two symbols, the first, a symbol with the use of the term ceremony 'wit or initiation' ceremony and 'muruwal' included in this type of a symbol that appears on an important event in the story shows the meaning of the event. Second, a symbol with the use of the term 'betatas' is included in the symbol that appears in different contexts will help us find a theme. This novel use of dramatic irony or plot irony.
