No full textThe goal of this research is to determine what function manuscript collectors play in Banda Aceh and what manuscript collections are available to them. This study used a qualitative research method in which the data was collected by observation, interviews, and documentation procedures, as well as a literature review and previous references. According to the findings of the study, manuscript collectors in Banda Aceh play a variety of activities, including caring for and preserving manuscripts, teaching, using social media, and motivating the younger generation. Tarmizi Abdul Hamid and Masykur Syafruddin are two manuscript collectors discussed by the authors. The collections of these two individuals are very distinct. The collections of these two collectors are quite distinct. Masykur has roughly 495 manuscript collections that have been inventoried with varied themes, whereas Tarmizi has 598 collections. The lack of funding and human resources for manuscript maintenance are problems that collectors encounter in general

No full textSeeing from the phenomenon of legislative candidates who use various political campaign strategy methods used in competing in the legislative general election is very important, so in this study the author examines the problem of winning strategies that have been carried out by the incumbent legislative candidate from the PAN Party named Kiagus Ishak. Yasin and H. RM. Syafruddin, SE, .MM from the PPP Party as a new legislative candidate running where the two legislative candidates are both local male legislative candidates who come from Palembang aristocratic descent in winning the 2019 legislative elections in Palembang City what caused the success and the failure of the two legislative candidates. This study aims to determine the winning strategy used by the two candidates in their election area.
Based on the theory used. The defensive strategy is used when the legislative candidates want to retain the majority or if the vote is achieved, they want to be preserved. This strategy was developed by legislative candidates as a way to maintain votes from the support surrounding the local community. The offensive political strategy is a political campaign strategy used to influence voters, what must be sold or displayed is the difference to the prevailing conditions at that time and the benefits that can be expected from it so that new voter groups can be formed in addition to existing voters.
The results of the research conducted by the researchers, among others, were able to find that although both of them both bear the title of clan from the native area of Palembang City, several factors were also found that led to the effectiveness of the strategies used by the two local male legislative candidates above, both Incumbent and incumbent candidates, namely Kiagus Ishak Yasin and a local legislative candidate, a local newcomer, H. RM. Syafruddin, SE, .MM so that it had a direct impact on the legislative candidates who won, namely Kgs Ishak Yasin from the PAN Party and there were also legislative candidates who failed to be elected or lost to H. This study applies qualitative research, which focuses on scientific biography. The data was obtained by analysing the content, which was conducted in three steps: (1) preparing the research, (2) preparing the manuscript “Risala fi at-taqwim” by Syeikh Abdul Raouf Al-Sankaili which is related to the research, and (3) analysing the manuscripts, including biographies of the author, astronomical developments, and the content analysis investigation. By analysing the manuscript’s contents, this research produces an overview and the contribution of Sheikh Abdul Raouf Al-Sinkaili to astronomy, especially in the calendar field

Skripsi ini berjudul tentang. STRATEGI PEMENANGAN CALON LEGISLATIF LOKAL PUTRA DAERAH DALAM KONTESTASI PEMILIHAN UMUM LEGISLATIF TAHUN 2019 DI KOTA PALEMBANG: Studi Kasus Kiagus Ishak Yasin dari Partai Amanat Nasional (PAN) dan H. RM. Syafruddin, SE,.MM dari Partai Persatuan Pembangunan (PPP).
Melihat dari fenomena para calon legislatif yang menggunakan berbagai metode strategi kampanye politik yang digunakan dalam berkompetisi pada pemilihan umum legislatif memang sangat penting maka dalam penelitian ini penulis yang mengkaji masalah strategi pemenangan yang telah dilakukan calon legislatif petahana (Incumbent) dari Partai PAN yang bernama Kiagus Ishak Yasin dan H. RM. Syafruddin, SE,.MM dari Partai PPP sebagai calon legislatif yang baru mencalonkan diri yang dimana kedua calon legislatif ini sama-sama calon legislatif lokal putra daerah yang berasal dari keturunan bangsawan Palembang dalam memenangkan pemilihan legislatif tahun 2019 di Kota Palembang apa yang menyebabkan keberhasilan dan kegagalan terhadap kedua calon legislatif tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemenangan yang dipakai oleh kedua calon didalam daerah pemilhannya.
Berdasarkan dari Teori yang digunakan. Strategi defensif digunakan bila para calon legislatif ingin mempertahankan mayoritas atau apabila perolehan suaranya yang dicapai, dapat sebelumnya ingin dipertahankan. Strategi ini dibangun oleh calon legislatif sebagai salah satu cara untuk memelihara suara dari dukungan sekitaran masyarakat setempat. Strategi politik ofensif merupakan strategi kampanye politik yang digunakan untuk mempengaruhi pemilih, yang harus dijual atau ditampilkan adalah perbedaan terhadap keadaan yang berlaku saat itu serta keuntungan-keuntungan yang dapat diharapkan dari padanya sehingga dapat terbentuk kelompok pemilih baru disamping para pemilih yang telah ada.
Adapun hasil dari penelitian yang peneliti lakukan antara lain, berhasil menemukan meskipun sama-sama menyandang gelar marga berasal dari putra daerah asli Kota Palembang juga ditemukan beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan efektifivitas strategi yang digunakan oleh kedua calon legislatif lokal putra daerah diatas baik caleg Incumbent atau petahana yakni Kiagus Ishak Yasin dan calon legislatif lokal putra daerah pendatang baru H. RM. Syafruddin, SE,.MM sehingga berdampak langsung kepada calon legislatif tersebut ada yang menang yakni Kgs Ishak Yasin dari Partai PAN dan ada juga calon legislatif yang gagal terpilih atau kalah yang dialami oleh H. RM. Syafruddin, SE,.MM dari Partai PPP.
