No full textSurah Fushilat verse 33 provides basic guidelines for da'wah activities with an emphasis on the importance of serving goodness, faith in Allah, and good deeds as the basis of Islamic communication. In today's digital era, da'wah has undergone a significant transformation through the use of information technology and social media as the main means. This study aims to analyze how the values contained in QS Fushilat verse 33 can be implemented in da'wah in the digital era. The study used a qualitative approach with thematic interpretation method, connecting the message of the Qur'an with modern da'wah practices. The results of the study show that the main values in da'wah such as truth, wisdom, and patience remain relevant and serve as guidelines in facing the challenges of digital da'wah, such as the rise of disinformation, lack of religious literacy, and social polarization. Optimal implementation requires mastery of technology, presentation of interesting content, and management of friendly interactions on digital platforms

No full textDinasti politik merupakan fenomena yang masih langka dalam sistem politik Indonesia, ini memperlihatkan bahwa kekuasaan politik seringkali menjadi milik keluarga tertentu. Dalam konteks ini, demokrasi Pancasila terus bertransformasi, menghadapi tantangan besar dalam menjaga pluralisme dan keadilan dalam proses politik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak dinasti politik terhadap transformasi demokrasi Pancasila serta mengeksplorasi upaya-upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi dominasi kekuasaan keluarga dalam politik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik analisis konten untuk memeriksa literatur terkait, data empiris, serta wawancara dengan para ahli politik dan masyarakat sipil yang memiliki pengalaman langsung dengan dinasti politik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dinasti politik memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap demokrasi Pancasila, mereduksi partisipasi politik masyarakat, mengurangi pluralisme, dan menimbulkan ketidakadilan dalam distribusi kekuasaan. Namun, penelitian juga mengungkapkan beberapa inisiatif masyarakat sipil dan reformasi kebijakan yang mungkin dapat mengurangi dominasi dinasti politik dan memperkuat demokrasi Pancasila. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya upaya bersama dari pemerintah, masyarakat sipil, dan lembaga internasional untuk mengatasi masalah dinasti politik dalam sistem politik Indonesia. Perlu adanya reformasi kebijakan yang mendukung partisipasi politik yang inklusif, mengurangi kesenjangan kekayaan dan akses terhadap kekuasaan politik, serta memperkuat mekanisme pengawasan dan akuntabilitas politik untuk memastikan bahwa demokrasi Pancasila tetap berfungsi sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsipnya

Dismantling Political Dynasties: Transformation of Pancasila Democracy in the Context of Family Power
No full textDynastic politics is still a dominant phenomenon in Indonesia's political system, showing that political power often belongs to certain families. In this context, Pancasila democracy continues to transform, facing major challenges in maintaining pluralism and justice in the political process. This study aims to investigate the impact of political dynasties on the transformation of Pancasila democracy and explore efforts that can be made to overcome the dominance of family power in politics. This research uses a qualitative approach with content analysis techniques to examine related literature, empirical data, as well as interviews with political and civil society experts who have direct experience with political dynasties. The results showed that political dynasties had a significant impact on Pancasila democracy, reducing people's political participation, reducing pluralism, and causing injustice in the distribution of power. However, the research also revealed several civil society initiatives and policy reforms that might reduce the dominance of political dynasties and strengthen Pancasila democracy. The implication of this research is the need for joint efforts from governments, civil society, and international institutions to address the problem of political dynasties in Indonesia's political system. Policy reforms are needed that support inclusive political participation, reduce wealth gaps and access to political power, and strengthen political oversight and accountability mechanisms to ensure that Pancasila democracy continues to function by its principles
Q−orthogonal dualities for asymmetric particle systems
No full textWe study a class of interacting particle systems with asymmetric interaction showing a self-duality property. The class includes the ASEP(q, θ), asymmetric exclusion process, with a repulsive interaction, allowing up to θ ∈ N particles in each site, and the ASIP(q, θ), θ ∈ R+, asymmetric inclusion process, that is its attractive counterpart. We extend to the asymmetric setting the investigation of orthogonal duality properties done in [8] for symmetric processes. The analysis leads to multivariate q−analogues of Krawtchouk polynomials and Meixner polynomials as orthogonal duality functions for the generalized asymmetric exclusion process and its asymmetric inclusion version, respectively. We also show how the q-Krawtchouk orthogonality relations can be used to compute exponential moments and correlations of ASEP(q, θ).Analysi
A generalized asymmetric exclusion process with Uq(sl2) stochastic duality
No full textWe study a new process, which we call ASEP(q, j ), where particles move asymmetrically on a one-dimensional integer lattice with a bias determined by q ? (0, 1) and where at most 2 j ? N particles per site are allowed. The process is constructed from a (2 j + 1)-dimensional representation of a quantum Hamiltonian with Uq (sl2) invariance by applying a suitable ground-state transformation. After showing basic properties of the process ASEP(q, j ), we prove self-duality with several selfduality functions constructed from the symmetries of the quantum Hamiltonian. Global Production Networks and Industrial Upgrading in China: The Case in Electronics Contract Manufacturing.
No full textThe paper analyzes the networks of U.S. and Taiwan based electronics contract manufacturers in South China, today the world´s most important location for low-cost mass production in the electronics industry. Based on extensive empirical research, the paper traces the production sites, the organization of manufacturing, and the workforce policies of contract manufacturers in the region, and discusses perspectives and limits of industrial upgrading, especially with regard to the role of labor. In theoretical terms, the author attempts to integrate an analysis of "global flagship networks" with concepts of industrial sociology.
