La condivisione in ambito educativo di valori pedagogici ed ecologici mediati dagli animali nelle attività motorie e sportive
Human-animal interaction and its benefits have been a topic of interest in recent decades, but how this interaction can benefit both species remains unclear. In the case of companion animals, the focus of many studies is on human-dog interaction. When they live together, humans and dogs share activities, and when they share an enjoyment of daily activities such as walking and interacting with others, they are considered compatible in their activity preferences. Individuals who are more compatible with their dogs also report having a better relationship with them, which could explain some of the benefits of human-dog interaction. Recreational or functional walks with dogs represent authentic lifesavers, both in physical and cognitive health aspect, these promote impact programs of well-being and public health. There is a great ecological and pedagogical potential mediated by dogs in sharing physical activity, going out educational strategies are envisaged. Alongside individual factors, socio-ecological models underline the fundamental role of social and urban planning factors in supporting physical activity, in this perspective dog walking can represent the advance in nature. The emotional involvement in human dog interaction spontaneously leads to respect for natural environments and the adoption of conscious and correct behaviors towards nature

Il paper si propone un duplice obiettivo: da un lato analizza le principali tecniche e metodologie dell’allenamento nella pallanuoto, e dall’altro evi- denzia i principali benefici psico-fisici e sociali che tale sport è in grado di apportare per i suoi praticanti.
A tal proposito, si procede con la descrizione delle tecniche fondamentali della pallanuoto e di quelle più avanzate per poi soffermare l’attenzione su un aspetto di tipo sportivo-pedagogico quale la capacità di generare un miglioramento dello stato fisico, psichico ed anche sociale dell’atleta che pratica la disciplina sportiva della pallanuoto.The paper proposes a dual objective: on the one hand analyzes the main techniques and methodologies of the water polo training and by other hand, highlights the main psycho-physical and social benefits that this sport can make for its practitioners.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Lo scopo del paper è evidenziare come gli aspetti propri dell’approccio educativo
e formativo dell’individuo possano apportare delle migliorie nell’approccio della
gestione di impresa e delle relative risorse umane, e viceversa. Si individua che l’obiettivo
di tale ragionamento è un benessere sociale complessivo; infatti, attuando
un modello di “management educativo”, caratterizzato dalla promozione di valori
come l’accoglienza, l’ascolto e la collaborazione si riesce a perseguire la
costruzione di un ambiente professionale più a misura d’uomo. Inoltre, attraverso
tale benessere organizzativo si insegue l’opportunità di generare un incremento
formativo e produttivo dell’individuo che si ripercuote negli aspetti sociali dello
stesso. Un esempio considerato nel paper è quello del settore sportivo caratterizzato
da una gestione molto vicina a quella del management educativo. Tale settore,
seppur sempre più condizionato dai dettami della gestione di impresa, non ha mai
abbandonato alcuni valori educativi e formativi insiti nella cultura sportiva.The aim of this paper is to highlight how the aspects of the educational and formative
approach of an individual, can improve the enterprise management and the respective
human resources, and vice versa. It identifies that the objective of such reasoning
is an overall social well-being; in fact, by applying an “educational management”
model, defined by the promotion of values such as hospitality, consideration
and collaboration, is able to create a more “human friendly” working environment.
Moreover, such organizational wellbeing creates the opportunity to increase the
productivity and development of the individual, which will reflect in his social skills.
An example considered in the paper regards the sports sector , the managing model
of which is very close to that of the educational management. This sector, although
increasingly influenced by the dictates of corporate management, has never abandoned
the educational and formative values inherent in the sports culture
