Wheeler of Parshall, North Dakota to United States (US) Representative Usher Burdick concerns the Three Affiliated Tribes of the Fort Berthold Reservation\u27s claims before the Court of Claims. Wheeler writes that tribal members want their hearing as soon as possible.
