Real and apparent changes of organizational processes in the era of big data analytics
No full textIn the datafication era, organizations seem to face with a new digital frontier to
climb over by collecting data, using new analytic tools, reengineering processes and
re-designing structures. The questions are: are all these changes real?, is there any
apparent change? Firstly, the paper presents some studies and cases related to the
implementation of big data analytics (BDA), highlighting the organizational changes
and challenges. Then, it proposes a conceptual framework for distinguishing between
real and apparent changes of organizational processes due to BDA implementations
by adopting the methodological lenses of the Viable Systems Approach.
Based on this framework, possible guidelines for practitioners and academics are
provided regarding to design, analysis and improvement of organizational systems

This paper describes how collaborative functionality is being implemented as part of the DEBORA project to provide access to digitised Renaissance documents. Work practices of users of Renaissance documents are described and the collaborative features of the client software are outlined. Functionalities discussed include annotation, the creation of virtual books and the inclusion of user-supplied metadata

Según la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS, 2021)1 en el mundo, 1500 millones de personas viven con algún grado de pérdida auditiva, de las cuales 430 millones necesitan algún tipo de rehabilitación. En los niños, casi el 60% de la pérdida auditiva se debe a causas como factores genéticos, infecciones intrauterinas, bajo peso al nacer, asfixia peri-natal, y complicaciones congénitas, entre otras.
Objetivo: Examinar las estrategias, facilitadores para beneficiar la comprensión del lenguaje y habilidades auditivas que selecciona la fonoaudióloga para el abordaje de una paciente con hipoacusia prelocutiva con implante coclear bilateral luego de ocho sesiones de tratamiento en un centro especializado en hipoacusia en la ciudad de Mar del Plata en el año 2022 y las respuestas de la niña ante las mismas.Fil: Fedaniak, Sheila Debora.
