“Moscow” as Ideal Topos in Prose by Apollon Grigoryev
The image of Moscow as the Arcadia is considered in the early prose and memoirs by Apollon Grigoryev. The relevance of this work lies in the fact that the image of Arcadia in Apollon Grigoryev’s prose did not become a subject of study of scholars, while it is undoubtedly unique: the writer moved Arkadia from rural space to urban. It is shown that the description of Zamoskvorechye as ideal space Grigoryev used images of the old house and garden, typical for manor of Arcadia, located usually in rural areas. In accordance with Grigoryev’s own classification in his memoirs there are “generic” and “dreamy” Arcadia, indicating the elements of an ideal topos, which can be found in early prose. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the “dreamy” Arcadia, which acquires a double dimension: personal, biographical, and ideological associated with pochvennichestvo beliefs of the writer. It is proved that Grigoryev’s aim was to present Zamoskvorechye, and with it the whole Moscow as “the Russian soil.” This conclusion the author makes based on the fact that Grigoryev at the level of poetics appeals to the categories central to pochvennichestvo. In the image of Arcadia there is also convergence of romantic and realist poetics

Abstract
The authors focus their attention on the relevance and prevalence of cardiovascular diseases among whom a significant percentage is occupied by strokes. For every 100 million people there are about 500 thousand strokes and cerebral vascular crises per year. The urgency of this problem causes a high percentage of disability patients (15-30%). Primary diagnosis and early intervention play an important role in the further rehabilitation of stroke patients. The authors note the urgent need to revise the methods of early diagnosis and the use of modern technologies in diagnosis. Synthesis and analysis of scientific and theoretical achievements and the results of experimental studies was aimed at examining modern research methods with the aim of choosing an adequate diagnostic method and isolating the main neurosurgical markers in individuals who had suffered a stroke.
Key words: stroke, cerebrovascular diseases, diagnostics, endovascular neurosurgery, reconstructive neurosurgery, ischemic stroke, hemorrhagic stroke

THE SCREEN IS LIKE A GENERATOR OF SIMULACRA AND FAKES
Purpose. The article is devoted to the analysis of the screen as a special socio-cultural phenomenon that produces simulacra and fakes in modern culture. The peculiarity lies in the fact that continuous reproduction of screen technologies is supported through simulations. At the same time, screen technologies are defined as the leading factor of modern socio-cultural changes affecting the consciousness and behavior of the subject of culture – a person. His dependence on the screen is being formed, and today we can talk about the emergence of a philosophical and anthropological type of “screen man”.
Methodology. To consider the problem, the author turns to the socio-philosophical and anthropological analysis of the role of the screen in modern culture. The article uses comparative analysis, historical-philosophical and anthropological methods.
Results. The results of the study are that the author explicates the essence of Hobbes’ maxim that man can fully know only what he himself can do. As such an artifact in the philosophy of T. Hobbes is the body, and the social-political body, established by the man himself. The author supposes that the modern European project “social physics” can be considered a prototype of active theoretical-epistemic model describing social reality.
Practical implications. This allows, from the author’s point of view, to consider the role of the screen and the digital effects produced by it in modern culture, as well as to develop an integrative approach to understanding screen culture as a whole
