Kab. Batubara merupakan kabupaten baru yang mekar dari Kab. Asahan. DPR menyetujui Rancangan Undang-Undang pembentukannya tanggal 8 Desember 2006. Sebagai Kabupaten yang sudah memiliki struktur kepemerintahan, penduduk dan juga wilayah, Pemkab Batubara haruslah memiliki sarana dan prasarana kepemerintahan sebagai wadah aktivitas/kegiatan pemerintahan kabupaten batubara untuk melaksanakan tugas pelayanan masyarakat umum. Namun setelah mengamati beberapa tahun kebelakang, Kabupaten Batubara belum juga memiliki kantor bupati yang bersifat permanen, ditambah lagi ada rencana untuk pembangunan kantor Bupati Batubara di Lima Puluh Kota. Atas dasar isu ini, penulis ingin merancang kantor Bupati Batubara dengan Pendekatan Regionalisme. Pemilihan pendekatan regionalisme ini dimaksudkan untuk memunculkan identitas kabupaten batubara sebagai kabupaten yang memiliki keciri khasan melayu. Pedekatan ini menggunakan prinsip regionalisme dengan studi preseden menggunakan Istana Niat Limalaras. Desain kantor yang dirancang menggunakan material kayu untuk menyelaraskan perancangan yang penulis buat dengan kondisi perkantoran lain yang ada di kabupaten batubara.

Batubara Regency is a new district from Asahan Regency. The DPR approved the Draft Law on its formation on December 8, 2006. As a district that already has a governance structure, population, and territory, the Batubara Regency Government must have government facilities and infrastructure as a forum for the activities of the coal district government to carry out public service duties. However, after observing the past few years, Batubara Regency does not yet have a permanent regent's office, plus there are plans for the construction of a Batubara Regent's office in Lima Puluh City. Based on this issue, the author wants to design the office of the Coal District Head with a Regionalism Approach. The choice of this regionalism approach is intended to bring out the identity of the coal district as district that has Malay characteristics. This approach uses the principle of regionalism with precedent studies using the Limalaras Intentional Palace. The office design is designed using wood materials to align the design that the author made with the conditions of other offices in the Batubara district.

Rancang Bangun Mesin Pencetak Briket Batubara
No full textProses pembuatan briket batubara melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu proses penghancuran batubara, pencampuran serbuk batubara dengan tapioca sebagai perekat, dan pencetakan briket batubara. Pada umumnya pengoperasian mesin pencetak briket batubara masih secara manual dimana operator menarik tuas ke bawah dengao tangan atau diinjak dengan kaki. Karena kwalitas hasil pencetakan yang kurang, maka penulis berinsiatif untuk memperbaiki kinerja alat tersebut. Perbaikan alat ini adalah dengan melakukan perhitungan terhadap gaya penekanan, membuat rangka yang lebih ekonomis, memperbaiki cetakan dengan sekali cetak menghasilkan 7 buah briket dengan berat @ 30gram, menambahkan fixture, dan memperbaiki sistem kerja dengan menggunakan sistem hidraulik. Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan gaya tekan untuk mencetak briket batubara sebesar 25223,9 N, dengan spesifikasi silinder aktuator sebagai berikut :Dpiston = 0,080 m, Drod = 0,025 m, Stroke = 0,060 m, Tekanan maksimum = 98 bar. Setelah itu didapatkan tekanan perencanaan pada silinder sebesar 5,8x10pangkat 5 N/m , kapasitas pompa 2,81x10pangkat -5 m3/detik dan daya motor 225 Watt.

The process of coal briquette through several phases. smashing the coal, coal dust mixing with tapioca as adhesive, and printing briquette coal. In general, the operation of the machine is still printing briquette coal operator manually where the operators pull down the lever with the hand or press it with foot. Because the quality of printing results that are less, the author bas some initiatives to improve the performance of these tools. Improvements to this tool is to make the calculation of the force of pressure, to create the framework more economical, to improve the printing of briquette, which once printing can produce 7 briquettes with each briquette have 30gram of weight, add the fixture, and improve the performance with using a hydraulics system. Results that obtained from the calculation of the force of pressure to print briquette of coal which have 25,223.9 N, with the specification of cylinder actuator as follows: Dpiston = 0.08 m, 0.025 m = Drod, Stroke = 0.06 m, maximum pressure = 98 bar. After that, was found that the pressure on the planning of cylinder which have 5,8x10pangkat5 N/m2 , capacity of pumps 2,81x10pangkat -5 m3/s and 225 Watt motor power

No full textPT Multi Harapan Utama (PT MHU) adalah perusahaan pemilik Izin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) yang bergerak di bidang pertambangan batubara. PT MHU berlokasi di Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara, Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Salah satu area kerja PT MHU adalah pit J North, di mana sistem penambangan yang digunakan adalah sistem tambang terbuka dengan metode open pit coal mining. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat rancangan teknis penambangan batubara dari bulan Februari hingga April 2023. Berdasarkan desain bulan Februari 2023, didapatkan volume overburden sebesar 2.188.953 Bcm dan batubara sebesar 121.899 ton dengan SR 17,38 : 1; pada bulan Maret 2023, didapatkan volume overburden sebesar 2.206.138 Bcm dan batubara sebesar 117.476 dengan SR 18,78 : 1; pada bulan April 2023, didapatkan volume overburden sebesar 1.965.037 Bcm dan batubara sebesar 107.229 ton dengan SR 18,33 : 1. Rancangan disposalterletak di sebelah timur dari pit. Luas dari disposal adalah 52,7 Ha dengan kapasitas sebesar 8.640.258 Lcm. No full textThe development of technology today is very rapid and makes it easier for humans to access various information that they want to know by using technology in the form of the internet. E-Cultural is a cultural digitization system that utilizes internet technology to increase efficiency in the field of culture, especially in terms of documentation, dissemination of information as well as knowledge of elements of culture. At this time, web-based information regarding tourism and culture of Batubara Regency is not yet available, the public can only introduce it through social media such as Facebook, Instagram and other media. Lack of legal media at the Batu Bara District Youth, Sports and Culture Service and Tourism to promote tourism and culture in the Batubara District. This prompted the author to create a legal system so that the Batubara Regency Cultural Sports Youth Service can promote tourism and culture by involving the global community. Therefore, this research uses the crowdsourcing method, namely that there is unlimited involvement and regardless of background for everyone who wants to make a contribution, whether paid or free. In the system that I will create, the global community can play a role in updating data or information on the website as well as using the waterfall development method, namely analysis, design, implementation and testing. No full textHalal tourism aims to increase satisfaction to the community or tourists in the tourism industry on Pandang Island, Tanjung Tiram District, Batubara Regency. The main problem in this research is the background because there is still infrastructure that is not yet available and the weakness of halal tourism in terms of facilities, services, and cleanliness in tourist objects. This study aims to determine how the influence of infrastructure development for Pulau Pandang Halal Tourism on the public's response to the potential for the opening of Pulau Pandang Halal Tourism, Tanjung Tiram District, Batubara Regency. In writing this thesis, the author uses a field research approach, data analysis with validity tests, reliability tests, and simple regression tests using the SPSS 20.0 application. The results of the study indicate that the infrastructure development of Pulau Pandang Halal Tourism has a significant influence on the public's response to the potential for the opening of Pulau Pandang Halal Tourism, Tanjung Tiram District, Batubara Regency.
