    The staff’s motivation is assumed to be significantly affected by their leader’s behavior, their personal characteristics, and the nature of their tasks.  The causal study reported here aimed to examine the hypothesis.  It was conducted in the Educational Office of the DKI Jakarta Province, through a four-month survey, from May 2009 to September 2009, involving 150 staff members who had been randomly selected from the overall 247 staff members.  The data of each variable were collected separately by the respondents’ filling in a questionnaire.  A path technique was employed to analyze the data.  The results show positively direct effects of the leader’s behavior, the staff’s personal characteristics, and the nature of their tasks on their work motivation.  A positively direct effect of the leader’s behavior was also apparent on the staff’s personal characteristics and also the nature of their tasks.  But the leaders’ behavior showed a positively indirect effect on the staff’s motivation through their personal characteristics and the characteristics of their tasks.  The findings suggest that variation in the staff’s motivation could be minimized if the variables of the leader’s behavior, the staff’s personal characteristics, and the nature of their tasks are taken into consideration.</jats:p

    Kvalifikācijas darbs izstrādāts par tēmu “Agresijas mazināšanas iekļaujošās iespējas 6-7 gadu veciem bērniem Pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē”. Darba autore: Arita Jakobija Darba vadītāja: Staņislava Marsone Kvalifikācijas darba mērķis: teorētiski pētīt un empīriski pamatot bērnu agresijas novēršanas iekļaujošās iespējas 6-7 gadus veciem bērniem. Hipotēze: Agresijas mazināšanas iekļaujošās iespējas 6-7 gadus veciem bērniem pirmsskolā būs sekmīgas, ja pedagogs ikdienas darbā izmantos daudzveidīgas rotaļas un pozitīvo pastiprinājumu spēku, kuru ietvaros veicinās bērnos savstarpējo cieņu un rosinās bērnus izteikt savas domas, pārdzīvojumus un vajadzības. Lai sasniegtu darbā norādīto mērķi un pārbaudītu hipotēzi, teorētiskajā daļā atspoguļotas agresijas jēdziena teorijas dažādu psihologu un pedagogu skatījumā, skatītas bērnu attīstības likumsakarības, izvirzīti agresijas mazināšanai pirmsskolā metodiskie paņēmieni.     PENGARUSUTAMAAN GENDER DALAM KEGIATAN BELAJAR DAN PEMBELAJARAN PADA SEKOLAH DASAR DI DKI JAKARTA

    The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of gender mainstreaming in teaching learning process at elementary schools in Jakarta. This research used survey method for 30 respondents conducted at 30 elementary schools in Jakarta. Indicators of gender mainstreaming in teaching learning process were related to punishment given to the students, roles played by the students, teaching method for the students, opportunities given to the students, rewards given to the students, evaluation, and students’ participations. The result of study shows that mean score of gender mainstreaming in teaching learning process reached 21.17 or 88.19 % from theoretically maximum score. It means that implementation of gender mainstreaming in teaching learning process at 88.19 % from 30 elementary school has already been effective. Gender mainstreaming in teaching learning process at 30 elementary schools achieved 43.33 % higher than average score whereas 26.66 % lower than average score. It can be concluded that implementation of gender mainstreaming in teaching learning process at 43.33 % from 30 elementary schools has already been effective. In other words, gender mainstreaming in teaching learning process at 13 elementary schools has already been effective. On the other hand, implementation of gender mainstreaming in teaching learning process has not been optimal
