No full textThe study of data collected in the pile-dwellings from the region between the southwest of Germany and the Jura Lakes offers an achieved picture of the development of early agricultural practices between the 5th and the 4th millennium BC. Cultivated plants – mainly cereals – as well as ruderals and harvest tools trace the arrival of different currents of neolithisation. Information on the location and the length of life of the villages, deforestation and development of crop fields describe progressive anthropisation of the landscape.L’étude des données recueillies dans les palafittes de la zone comprise entre le sud-ouest de l’Allemagne et les lacs du pied du Jura donne une image achevée du développement des premières pratiques agricoles entre le Ve et le IVe millénaire avant notre ère. L’apparition de plantes cultivées, principalement des céréales, des mauvaises herbes et des outils de moisson permettent de tracer l’arrivée de différents courants de néolithisation. La localisation et la durée des villages, les indications relatives à la déforestation et à la préparation des champs destinés aux cultures décrivent l’anthropisation progressive du paysage.Maier Ursula, Schlichtherle Helmut, Borrello Maria Angelica. because of intramural haematoma was referred with abdominal
pain and fever. Computed tomography scan showed
thrombosis circumferentially adhering to the Dacron graft .
After graft excision, cultures were positive for Candida albicans,
a life-threatening condition rarely described in the literature

No full textConnus sous le nom populaire de palafittes, les habitats préhistoriques construits sur les rives des lacs subalpins du Néolithique à l’aube de l’âge du Fer (entre 5300 et 700 av. J.-C.) offrent des informations exceptionnelles sur l’évolution culturelle d’une importante région européenne, grâce à la préservation remarquable des matériaux organiques, en particulier du bois. À partir de la deuxième moitié du XXe siècle, le perfectionnement des techniques de fouille subaquatiques et de la dendrochronologie permettront la construction d’un schéma chronologique précis pour l’Europe nord-alpine. Les recherches contribueront à des observations d’ordre écologique à l’échelle locale et régionale et à l’identification des rythmes de développement des villages. Sous l’égide de l'UNESCO, les années 2010 verront la constitution d’un inventaire vaste et uniforme des sites préhistoriques des lacs circumalpins, classés Patrimoine culturel mondial en juin 2011.The prehistoric lakeshore dwellings of the Alps were built between the Neolithic and the dawn of the Iron Age (from 5300 to 700 BC). They offer exceptional information about the cultural evolution of a large European region due to the remarkable preservation of organic materials, in particular wood. From the second half of the 20th century, the advancement in excavation techniques and the development of dendrochronology will allow the construction of a chronological framework for central Europe, as well as local and regional ecological observations and the identification of the rhythms of villages' development. Under the auspices of UNESCO, the 2010s see the establishment of a broad and harmonized inventory of prehistoric lake-shore settlements of the alpine and listed as World cultural heritage in June 2011
Potere e libertà nella rete
No full textIl contributo si propone di analizzare alcune linee di tendenza nel rapporto rapporti tra potere e libertà in Internet: dopo aver sottoposto a critica alcune recenti ricostruzioni che enfatizzano la dimensione sociale e comunitaria della rete, lo scritto si sofferma su alcune problematiche attinenti al rapporto tra i privati utenti della rete, i grandi intermediari e i gestori delle piattaforme, e il potere pubblico. In particolare, per quanto attiene al ruolo di provider e gestori, si evidenzia l’esigenza di superare il mito della loro neutralità senza per questo configurare in capo ad essi forme di responsabilità editoriale, e valorizzando il ruolo che in questo senso può essere svolto dalle procedure c.d. di notice and take down; per quanto attiene al rapporto col potere pubblico, si valuta favorevolmente il tendenziale abbandono del ricorso allo strumento penale, e si evidenzia l’esigenza di privilegiare interventi normativi sulle modalità di diffusione dei contenuti, con specifico riferimento al tema della profilazione degli utenti finalizzata all’invio di materiale informativo, e all’esigenza di contrastare modalità non trasparenti di diffusione, quali quelle che si avvalgono di bot e fake account.The paper analyzes current trends in the relationship between Public Power and Internet Freedom. After having challenged recent theories about the social dimension of the Internet, the paper focuses on issues related to the relationship between private users, Internet intermediaries and platform providers, and Public Power. In particular, as far as the role of Internet intermediaries and providers is concerned, the Author argues that time is ripe to dispel the myth of their neutrality but warns that they should held liable as editors/publishers not just for this reason, and that the so called “notice and take down procedures” may play an important role in the field. As far as the relationship between Internet providers and Public Power is concerned, the Author agrees with those recommending setting aside the use of criminal law and highlights the need to support regulation on how contents are shared −considering the specific issue of users profiling− and to contrast non-transparent methods of dissemination of information such as those using bots and fake accounts
