Study of a TGF associated with an elve using extremely low frequency electromagnetic waves
No full textA terrestrial gamma-ray flash (TGF) associated with an Elve was recently reported by the Atmosphere-Space Interactions Monitor (ASIM) (Neubert et al., 2020, https://doi.org/10.1126/science.aax3872). An extremely low frequency electromagnetic field pulse coinciding with this event was detected by two stations of our World Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) Radiolocation Array (WERA) project from a distance of more than 10,000 km. The recorded signal allowed us to radiolocate the source, determine its polarity, and calculate the charge moment of the associated atmospheric discharge. Our analysis shows that this TGF was associated with a powerful discharge that had a positive polarity and the charge moment p ≈ 125 C·km.Fil: Marchenko, Volodymyr. The empirical part of the thesis is based on quantitative research, which was carried out using a non-standardized questionnaire. This part examines the level of students' awareness of cannabinoids and their personal experiences with their use. Это требует внедрения новых технологий, использование различных методик и инструментов по описанию, внедрению и реорганизации бизнес-процессов. В ходе своей работы автор базируется на отечественную и зарубежную литературу, посвященную теории реинжиниринга бизнес-процессов, управления бизнес-процессами, проблемам описания, внедрения и реорганизации бизнес-процессов и проблемам повышения конкурентоспособности компаний. Поставленные в работе цели и задачи обусловили ее структуру и логику: она состоит из трех глав. В первой главе рассматриваются теоретические и методологические основы совершенствования бизнес-процессов в организациях, стандарты моделирования и оптимизации бизнес-процессов. Во второй главе исследуется компания и ее деятельность, текущий подход к управлению и недостатки существующей структуры. В третьей главе предлагаются направления развития компании, положения и правила планирования, а также разработана новая модель бизнес-процессов. Дипломная работа выполнена на 79 страницах, включает 3 приложения, 12 таблиц и 20 рисунков. Список использованной литературы включает 46 источников.Abstract for final qualifying work on the topic «Elaboration and implement of the new structure of business processes at the company» prepared by bachelor of Economic faculty Department of Economic Theory and Social Policy Kruglova Olga Scientific supervisor: PhD in Economics, Associate Professor Olesia Solovieva The urgency of this work is due to the fact that in today's environment, with growing administrative pressure on business and declining consumer activity, it’s complicated fot entrepreneurs to grow and develop at the market. This requires the introduction of new technologies, the use of various techniques and tools for describing, implementing and reorganizing business processes. The author of the work was based on the literature sources of domestic and foreign authors devoted to the problems of describing, implementing and reorganizing business processes, the problems of reengineering, process management and the problems of increasing the competitiveness of companies. The purpose and objectives has led to the structure and its logic: it consists of three chapters. The first chapter examines the theoretical and methodological foundations for improving business processes in organizations, standards for modeling and optimizing business processes. In the second chapter author investigated the company its activities, the current approach to management and also the shortcomings of the existing structure of business processes are analyzed. In the third chapter author researched the directions for the development of the company, regulations. In this chapter scheduling regulations are proposed and a new model of business processes is developed. There are 79 pages in the graduate work, it includes 3 applications, 20 tables and 12 pictures. Анотація
Кількість аварій на дорогах та смертність від травм, отриманих у ДТП, у Європі набагато нижча, ніж у світі в цілому. Однак ця проблема залишається гострою і має суттєві географічні відмінності й особливості, з’ясуванню яких і присвячена дана стаття. У ній проаналізовано кількість аварій у країнах Європи в зв’язку із їхнім рівнем автомобілізації та довжиною дорожньої мережі. З’ясовано географічні відмінності смертності у ДТП в розрізі окремих країн та показано її динаміку протягом 2005-2015 рр.
Abstract
The number of accidents on the roads, and the death rate from injuries received in the accident, in Europe, much lower than the world at large. However, the problem remains acute and has significant geographical differences and peculiarities, a view which is devoted to this article. It analyzed the number of accidents in Europe due to their level of motorization and the length of the road network. It is the geographic differences in mortality in the context of individual countries and shown her the dynamics within the 2005-2015.

Public Administration Reform in Ukraine in the Face of European Integration
No full textThe purpose of this study is to present selected aspects of complex issues of transformations in the public administration system of Ukraine, and changes of administrative law in the context of the European integration process. The author, on the one hand, points to new possible duties of public administration bodies created by the European integration process, and, on the other hand, raises attention to new challenges facing the public administration reform, in particular in the candidate states to the European Union, such as Ukraine. The author establishes strong links between the public administration reform and the European integration process. It is of great importance if an aspiring EU member is to prepare its administration well for the challenges of EU membership.</jats:p
Features of Applying the Right to Suspension or Complete/ Partial Refusal to Fulfill a Duty in Case of Non-Fulfilment of the Counter Duty by the Other Party According to the Civil Legislation of Ukraine
No full textThe purpose of the research is to determine the scope and mechanism of applying the creditor’s right to suspension or partial/complete refusal to perform a duty in case of non-fulfilment of the counter duty by the debtor (obligations the specified right is applied to and the mechanism of its implementation). Main content. The legal nature of the right to suspension or complete/partial refusal to fulfil a duty has been clarified: the author concluded that this is a way to protect civil rights and interests. Attention is drawn to the fact that the studied right can be applied in case of non-fulfilment of a negative obligation by the other party. Conclusions. The right to suspension or refusal to fulfil a duty shall be applied to obligations when their fulfilment is not simultaneous, but a certain procedure for performing parties’ duties is provided for. This right can be applied in case of other party’s non-fulfilment of its main duty within the obligation, non-fulfilment of an auxiliary duty does not entitle the other party to suspend or refuse its duty
Subjects involved in administrative legal proceedings: legal regulations and their characteristics
No full textThe purpose of the research is legal regulation and characterization of subjects involved inadministrative legal proceedings. Main content. The article considers scientific and regulatory approaches to the definition of “subject of administrative legal proceedings”, classification of subjects in administrative proceedings has been researched. Methodology: Materials and methods research based on the analysis of documentary sources. the basis is the dialectical method of cognition of the facts of social reality, on which the formal legal and comparative legal approaches are largely based. Conclusions. Legal status of subjects involved in administrative legal proceedings depends directly on its legislative definition, but its implementation is associated with active or passive forms of performing functions of the parties and other procedural participants in the respective legal proceedings. It is emphasized that the participants of the administrative process according to the instructions of the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings (CALP) of Ukraine, depending on their interest are divided into persons involved in the respective case (parties, third parties, representatives of the parties and representatives of third parties) and other participants (witness, expert, specialist, etc.).El objeto de la investigación es la regulación jurídica y la caracterización de los sujetos que intervienen en los procesos judiciales administrativos. Contenido principal. El artículo considera aproximaciones científicas y normativas a la definición de “sujeto de proceso judicial administrativo”; se ha investigado la clasificación de sujetos en proceso administrativo. Metodología: investigación de materiales y métodos a partir del análisis de fuentes documentales; la base es el método dialéctico de conocimiento de los hechos de la realidad social, en el que se basan en gran medida los enfoques del Derecho formal y del Derecho comparado. Conclusiones. La condición jurídica de los sujetos intervinientes en el proceso judicial administrativo depende directamente de su definición legislativa, pero su realización está asociada a formas activas o pasivas de ejercicio de funciones de las partes y demás intervinientes procesales en el respectivo proceso judicial. Se enfatiza que los participantes del proceso administrativo, de acuerdo con las instrucciones del Código de Procedimientos Legales Administrativos (CALP) de Ucrania, dependiendo de su interés, se dividen en personas involucradas en el caso respectivo (partes, terceros, representantes de las partes y representantes de terceros); y otros participantes (testigo, perito, especialista, etc.)
Print Advertising In The Us And Hong Kong: A Comparative Analysis
No full textGiven the static condition of the global economy marketers are cutting advertising budgets commensurate with dismal sales. It is a longstanding belief that utilizing a standardized advertising approach not only controls good ideas and provides for a consistent image but it also has the benefit of controlling expenses through economies of scale. With this in mind, the purpose of the study was to determine the degree of standardization or lack thereof in advertising strategies in the cosmetics and fragrances advertising industries in the United States and Hong Kong. The findings of this study suggest that there is a high level of standardization in the advertising for perfumes because Hong Kong belonged to the British for a long time and individuals’ needs and desires for love and acceptance are the same irrespective of geography. On the other hand only a moderate form of standardization was noted in the advertising for cosmetics. This may be attributed to the fact that different beauty concepts are held among different regions. Summary
In the article the medical and territorial peculiarities of the prevalence of road traffic accidents in the Sumy region were investigated. The dynamics of accidents on the roads and streets of the region and their implications were also considered, as well as the reasons that affect the number and severity of road accidents. The structure of accident by victims and perpetrators by type was given. We characterized the territorial peculiarities of road traffic accidents and the groups of administrative regions by number of road crashes and level of injury trauma care were made. Recommendations to reduce the impact of road accidents and to improve the organization of medical care to the victims are proposed in the article.

Анотація
У статті досліджено медичні та територіальні особливості поширеності дорожньо-транспортного травматизму у Сумській області. Проаналізовано динаміку аварій на дорогах і вулицях регіону та їх наслідки. Визначено причини, що впливають на кількість і тяжкість дорожньо-транспортних пригод (ДТП). Розглянуто структуру ДТП з постраждалими за типами та винуватцями. Охарактеризовано територіальні особливості дорожньо-транспортного травматизму та виділено групи адміністративних районів за величиною травматизму та рівнем надання травматологічної допомоги. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо зменшення наслідків дорожньо-транспортних пригод та покращення організації медичної допомоги постраждалим.

Резюме
В статье исследованы медицинские и территориальные особенности распространенности дорожно-транспортного травматизма в Сумской области. Проанализирована динамика аварий на дорогах и улицах региона и их последствия. Определены причины, влияющие на количество и тяжесть дорожно-транспортных происшествий (ДТП). Рассмотрена структура ДТП с пострадавшими по типам и виновникам. Охарактеризованы территориальные особенности дорожно-транспортного травматизма и выделены группы административных районов по величине травматизма и уровню оказания травматологической помощи. Предложены рекомендации по уменьшению последствий дорожно-транспортных происшествий и улучшению организации медицинской помощи пострадавшим.

No full textThe article deals with the formation process and organizational legalization of the nationalist public associations, i.e. the Ukrainian Riflemen’s Community, the Ukrainian National Federation, etc. The author of the article analyses the major vectors of their activity and lists the adherents of the nationalist movement of the Ukrainian Diaspora in Canada. Moreover, the author underlines that the number of those who joined the ranks of the nationalist movement in emigration is constantly increasing. Therefore, the article presents the tendencies and results of the Ukrainian nationalist organization activity. In addition, the research shows how such associations assist compatriots in Canada and in Ukraine. Therefore, the author defines their implicit role in preservation and popularization of the Ukrainian language, culture, customs and traditions among the Ukrainians of the Diaspora.Досліджено процес виникнення, організаційного оформлення громадських об’єднань націоналістичного спрямування, таких як Українська стрілецька громада, Українське національне об’єднання і наближених до них, проаналізовано напрямки їх діяльності
