No full textThe spread of COVID-19 occurred quickly to almost all corners of the world including Indonesia. The increasing number of positive cases prompted the government to issue several regional regulations regarding health protocol discipline as an effort to prevent and control Covid-19, in this case the Civil Service Police Unit has the task of overseeing health protocols. The problem encountered in this research is the increasing cases of Covid-19 in Jayapura Regency from being positive, being treated to death so it is necessary for this research to be conducted to find out how the supervision of the implementation of the Health Protocol is carried out by the civil service police unit of Jayapura Regency, the inhibiting factors and efforts in dealing with it. This study uses the theory of Supervision which is Robbin and Coulter in Satriadi (2016). The research method in this study used a qualitative descriptive method by providing an overview of facts and data that occurred in the field through data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Data collection techniques are interviews, documentation, observation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the Civil Service Police Unit is an important key to overseeing the CovId-19 Health Protocol in Jayapura Regency and has carried out its duties well seen from the declining number of Covid-19 in Jayapura district. There are several obstacles in carrying out their duties both from internal factors and external factors. The efforts made by the Civil Service Police Unit in supervising the implementation of the Covid-19 health protocol in Jayapura Regency are conducting further socialization and suppressing hoax news that is spreading and imposing sanctions in accordance with the applicable Regent Regulations.Penyebaran COVID-19 terjadi dengan cepat hampir ke seluruh pelosok dunia termasuk Indonesia Kasus Positif yang semakin meningkat membuat pemerintah mengeluarkan beberapa peraturan daerah mengenai disiplin Protokol Kesehatan sebagai upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian Covid- 19 dalam hal ini Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja memiliki tugas pengawasan protokol kesehatan. Masalah yang dihadapi dalam Penelitian ini meningkatnya kasus Covid- 19 pada Kabupaten jayapura dari yang Positif, dirawat sampai dengan meninggal dunia sehingga perlu adanya Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengawasan pelaksanaan Protokol Kesehatan yang dilakukan satuan polisi pamong praja Kabupaten Jayapura, faktor yang menghambat serta upaya dalam megatasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Pengawasan yang Robbin and Coulter dalam Satriadi (2016). Metode Penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan memberikan gambaran fakta serta data yang terjadi di lapangan melalui teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model interaktif dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja menjadi kunci penting pengawasan Protokol Kesehatan CovId-19 di Kabupaten Jayapura dan telah menjalankan tugasnya dengan baik dilihat dari menurunnya angka Covid-19 dikabupaten Jayapura. Adanya beberapa hambatan dalam pelaksanaan tugasnya baik dari faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Adapun upaya yang dilakukan oleh Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja dalam pengawasan Pelaksanaan Protokol kesehatan Covid-19 di Kabupaten Jayapura adalah melakukan sosialisasi lanjutan serta meredam berita-berita hoax yang tersebar serta memberikan sanksi yang sesuai dengan Peraturan Bupati yang berlaku
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
