REALISME SOSIALIS DALAM NASKAH DRAMA BEN GO TUN KARYA SAINI KM PERSPEKTIF GEORG LUKACS
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaknai realisme sosialis dalam naskah drama Ben Go Tun karya Saini KM berdasarkan sosiologis sastra didukung oleh pendekatan struktural naskah drama yang terdiri oleh unsur tokoh, alur, latar, dan dialog. Naskah drama Ben Go Tun adalah karya sastra yang memperlihatkan upaya pembebasan diri dari bentuk kepalsuan dan kesadaran terhadap hegemoni kekuasaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan sejak bulan November 2019 hingga Juli 2021.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Peneliti menggunakan teori struktural drama Soediro Satoto yang meliputi tokoh, alur, latar, dan dialog. Kemudian, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan realisme sosialis Georg Lukacs yang didasarkan oleh lima aspek, yaitu realitas obyektif, gerak dialektis, materialisme historis, refleksi artistik, dan ungkapan kritis emansipatoris. Adapun makna realisme sosialis disampaikan melalui yang pertama, pandangan politis dari para tokoh yang menyoroti keadaan ekonomi dan kekuasaan. Kedua, penilaian terhadap kelompok sosial dari para seniman yang menyoroti estetika perasaan. Ketiga kesenjangan kelas sosial dari tokoh kecil yang menyoroti bentuk kehidupan, dan keempat, bentuk pemberontakan terhadap peristiwa bersejarah yang dialami pengarang dalam mengungkapkan kesadaran untuk kehidupan di masa depan.
This study aims to interpret socialist realism in the play Ben Go Tun by Saini KM based on sociological literature supported by a structural approach to the drama script consisting of elements of character, plot, setting, and dialogue. Ben Go Tun's drama script is a literary work that shows an effort to free oneself from falsehood and awareness of the hegemony of power. This research was conducted from November 2019 to July 2021.
This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The researcher uses the structural theory of Soediro Satoto's drama which includes characters, plot, setting, and dialogue. Then, this research uses Georg Lukacs socialist realism approach which is based on five aspects, namely objective reality, dialectical movement, historical materialism, artistic reflection, and emancipatory critical expression. The meaning of socialist realism is conveyed through the first, the political views of the figures who highlight the state of the economy and power. Second, the assessment of the social groups of the artists who highlight the aesthetic feeling. The third is the social class gap of the minor characters who highlight the form of life, and the fourth, the form of rebellion against the historical events experienced by the author in expressing awareness for future life
High-level synthesis of Johnson grass mosaic virus coat protein in Escherichia coli and its auto-assembly to form virus-like particles
No full textThe coat protein (CP) of Johnson grass mosaic virus (JGMV) auto-assembles to form virus-like particles (VLPs) and hence could be useful for presenting small peptides to the immune system. We are therefore attempting to synthesize JGMV CP in large amounts in Escherichia coli. The JGMV CP-encoding DNA, cloned under the bacteriophage T7 promoter, showed only low levels of CP synthesis in E. coli. The predicted secondary structure of the CP mRNA showed that its translational initiation codon was part of a stable hairpin-loop structure. The initiation codon could be relieved of the hairpin-loop structure by substitution of three neighboring nucleotides. This resulted in a single amino acid change at the N-terminus of the protein. The modified RNA translated very efficiently, resulting in at least 16-fold higher CP accumulation in E. coli. The N-terminal amino acid substitution did not affect CP folding, as it auto-assembled in E. coli to form VLPs

Dataset is created consisting of cover images and stego images, which are obtained by using two steganography tools steghide and outguess.Extracted features are then fed to Neural network Back propagation classifier, to compare the performance.Experimental results show that DCT feature set has higher performance as compared to DWT feature set

No full textThe admissibility of the DNA evidence before the court always depends on its accurate and proper
collection, preservation and documentation which can satisfy the court that the evidence which has
been put in front it is reliable. There is no specific legislation which is present in Indian which can
provide specific guidelines to the investigating agencies and the court, and the procedure to be
adopted in the cases involving DNA as its evidence. Section 53 of Code of Criminal Procedure1973
authorizes a police officer to get the assistance of a medical practitioner in good faith for the proposed
of the investigation. But, it doesn’t enable a complainant to collect blood, semen etc for bringing the
criminal charges against the accused. Many courts in the country have allowed DNA technology to be
used in the investigation and in producing evidence. To make sure that modern technologies can be
used effectively, there is an urgent need of a specific legislation which would provide the guidelines
regulating DNA testing in India
