CORPORATE SOSIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) SEBAGAI ALTERNATIF PENDANAAN BAGI PELAKU USAHA
Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility is basically driven by several major motivation is to improve the efficiency of private sector funding sources by directing the user to effectively and support the activities of national development without compromising the principle of cost recovery. In this case, the limitations of the government to finance regional development can be resolved through a win-win solution. Sources of funds owned by the government and private companies from corporate funds Social Responsibility can then be used more effectively and directed to activities that can help the welfare of the community, especially the micro, small and medium enterprises. In other words, the government can focus as a facilitator which is an obligation of the government is bridging the interests of private parties.

In this case, the form of the government's role continues to be developed to improve the effectiveness of the implementation of corporate social responsibility so that it aligns with the regional development agenda without too much intervention to the internal problems of the company. Corporate social responsibility scheme is expected as an alternative to the provision of infrastructure that have hampered its development as a result of the limited availability of funds . Infrastructure development should be able to be done in detail by combining multiple patterns of development financing given any financing scheme has disadvantages of each, by combining several financing scheme is expected to reduce the slowdown in construction due to constrained financing.

The concept of the balanced scorecard (BSC) which is substantially intended to improve customer service performance (community), adopted particularly relevant in the development of local financial management in the future. Conceptually BSC is in line with the policy direction of the current financial management, namely in order to achieve good governance performance, Expenditure and Budget (APBD) must be arranged with the budget performance. Budgeting and Expenditure (APBD) must be done to achieve the outputs, outcomes, benefits, and impact, in accordance with the vision and mission that has been set.

College management strategies in the future are influenced by changes in environmental conditions requires the leadership to develop programs that are able to translate current issues and to support future business plans. Alignment between the business and planning of human resources (HR) can build a business plan that ultimately determine the human resource needs. Self Efficacy on Work at Government Agencies in Bandung, Indonesia
This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy towards work perception and job satisfaction. The population of this study is the employees of government agencies in Bandung, Indonesia. The total samples are 117 employees with purposive sampling technique. This study uses Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for analyzing the data. The results showed that self-efficacy significantly influences the work perception and job satisfaction. Moreover, it is found that work perception has a significant effect on job satisfaction. It shows that the level of self-efficacy can increase the work perception and job satisfaction. It indicates that the high level of self-efficacy will be a positive influence on the behavior of employees in conducting their duties so that it can increase their job satisfaction
Working Condition On Employee Quality Of Life Outcome: Perspectives From Pandemic COVID-19
During the COVID-19 Pandemic, there were changes in work patterns such as work from home. The impact of the change in work from home patterns needs to be of concern to the organization. Working conditions that are not conducive to overcoming these changes in work patterns can lead to deviance in employee behavior due to mental health. This study investigates the effect of working conditions on the quality of life of employees. The research method used a survey approach with non-parametric analysis techniques. It is testing using a sample of 201 employees of respondents with a simple random sampling technique in local governments that handle transportation problems in West Bandung regency. The results indicated a significant influence of the work environment on the quality of life of employees. This result indicates that the presence of a work environment that is less conducive has a significant impact on the quality of life of employees, as indicated by the presence of anxiety and depression. The research implication shows that it is necessary to minimize existing work-related mental health by managing an efficient work environment
