No full textUniversitas Ma Chung merupakan sebuah Universitas swasta Pengembangan teknologi SI/TI pada Unversitas Ma Chung terus dilakukan tetapi tata kelola terhadap Sistem Informasi/Teknologi Informasi masih belum terlaksana secara optimal dan juga petunjuk penggunaan Sistem Informasi/Aplikasi masih belum terlaksana secara baik. Selama ini pengelolaan SI/TI masih tidak terstruktur sehingga evaluasi pencapaian dan kinerja pengelolaan SI/TI tidak dapat diukur. Oleh karena itu diperlukannya dokumen Perencanaan Strategi SI/TI. Masalah yang dapat diidentifikasi pada penelitian yaitu, belum adanya dokumen perencanaan strategis SI/TI sehingga mengakibatkan evaluasi pencapaian terhadap kinerja pengelolaan SI/TI tidak dapat diukur dan tidak dapat dievaluasi atau di monitor. Dalam penelitian ini hanya Menggali kebutuhan pembuatan dokumen perencanaan strategis SI/TI dalam lingkup hanya di Universitas Ma Chung. Dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melihat lingkungan bisnis serta SI/TI secara internal dan eksternal sesuai kondisi saat ini. Penelitian menggunakan metode Ward and Peppard. Dari hasil analisis strategis SI/TI yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil kesimpulan bahwa strategi bisnis yang ada di Universitas Ma Chung dapat sejalan dan dibantu dengan strategi SI/TI yang ada. Jadi, diharapkan kedepannya perencanaan strategi SI/TI ini dapat terus dilakukan

No full textOur study sample consisted of healthy young adults. Participants were recruited online through the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) system, and all participants were university students. In total, there were 31 (24 males and 7 females) participants completed the entire study and no one dropped out. Each of them met the following inclusion criteria: 1) College students, 2) no medical history of cardiovascular disease or pulmonary disease. Written consent was obtained from all participants and the ethical approval was obtained from the Survey and Behavioral Research Ethics Committee of CUHK (SBRE-20-219). Participants were asked to read a short text aloud in Cantonese. The text contained four parts, the first part was the well-known speech study text The North Wind And The Sun (Cantonese version). The second part was a text containing nouns that were relatively difficult to pronounce. The third part was three long vowel characters, each of which is asked to be pronounced about three seconds and repeated once. The fourth part was a string of numbers containing different tones of Cantonese, which were also required to be read aloud twice

No full textIl Système International d'unités, abbreviato con SI, regola dal 1960 il complesso delle unità di misura. Esso ha subito numerose modifiche nel corso della sua storia, per inseguire l’evoluzione delle scoperte nella fisica e approfittare dei trovati nella tecnologia. Il SI è governato dalla Convenzione del Metro, un trattato intergovernativo firmato a Parigi nel 1875 da 17 Paesi, e ora esteso a ben 55. Tale Convenzione è governata dalla CGPM (Conférence Générale des Poids et Mesures): ogni quattro anni (mediamente) essa convoca i rappresentanti dei governi degli Stati membri per prendere le decisioni più importanti relative alla Convenzione e al SI. Dal punto di vista tecnico, le decisioni, sotto forma di risoluzioni, sono prese sulla base delle proposte formulate dal CIPM (Comité International des Poids et Mesures, formato da esperti riconosciuti internazionalmente) con il sostegno operativo del BIPM (Bureau International des Poids et Mesures, struttura permanente delle Convenzione con sede e Sèvres, vicino a Parigi).
Dal 17 al 21 ottobre scorsi s’è svolta presso il BIPM la 24a riunione della CGPM. Fra le altre decisione prese, ve n’è una storica: il SI come lo conosciamo oggi va in pensione, sostituito da uno tutto appoggiato sull’uso delle costanti fisiche universali. O meglio, pensione e sostituzione avranno luogo dalla prossima riunione della CGPM (la 25a nel 2014), dopo aver verificato che tutti i requisiti tecnici siano stati soddisfatti pienamente; ma la linea è ormai tracciata

No full textIn this study, low-frequency-dependent characteristics of Al/Maleic Anhydride (MA)/p-Si organic Schottky barrier diode have been investigated. Maleic Anhydride (MA) has been successfully coated on p type-Si substrate with 280 m thickness and 10 ohm. cm resistivity, by spin coating. The ohmic (back contact) and Schottky (circular dots) contacts can be fabricated by the thermal evaporation technique. The fabrication of the ohmic and Schottky contacts was performed in vacuum (2.7x10(-7) kPa). By using capacitance-voltage (C-V) and conductance- voltage (G-V) measurements, electrical properties including barrier height, Fermi level, the width of the depletion region, series resistance and interface states were investigated. The C-V and G-V characteristics confirm that interface state density and series resistance of the diode are important parameters that strongly influence the electrical parameters exhibited by the MPS structure

No full textL'attuale incertezza e volatilità dell'ambiente esterno potrebbero far pensare che l'attività di pianificazione a livello aziendale non sia più una prassi possibile. Ebbene proprio questo contesto la rende particolarmente utile e costruttiva. Ma la pianificazione che può vantare il mantenimento di una sua efficacia è una pianificazione diversa da quella del passato, fra l'altro etichettata con il termine "strategica" e poi rivelatasi spesso una grande delusione. Così la pianificazione che si dovrebbe fare, ma non si fa, muove dallo scenario planning, che risponde alle esigenze per la formulazione della strategia di una "scenarizzazione", per poi passare a una pianificazione per intenti strategici con due strumenti in sostituzione del "tradizionale" piano: la Carta degli Intenti Strategici (Cis) e la Balanced Scorecard (Bsc). Ma può essere anche utile una pianificazione centrata sulle risorse critiche (tangibili e intangibili): delle competenze necessarie alle risorse finanziarie per dare attuazione a una strategia di crescita sostenibile

Niemcza diorites and moznodiorites (Sudetes, SW Poland): a record of changing geotectonic setting at ca. 340 Ma
No full textGranites sensu lato in the Sudetes intruded in several episodes during the Variscan orogeny recording different stages of crust and mantle evolution. Correlating precise ages with geochemistry of the Variscan granites provides information on the evolution of these sources within the Variscan orogen. The Variscan intrusive rocks from the Niemcza Zone (Bohemian Massif, Sudetes, SW Poland) include undeformed dioritic to syenitic rocks and magmatically foliated granodiorites. In this study we analysed low SiO2 (48–53 wt.%) monzodioritic rocks from Przedborowa and Koźmice. The monzodiorites contain late-magmatic zircons with ages of 341.8 ± 1.9 Ma for Przedborowa and 335.6 ± 2.3 Ma for Koźmice, interpreted as emplacement ages of the dioritic magmas. Older Przedborowa rocks are lower in K, Mg, Rb and Ni than the Koźmice rocks and similar compositional trend is also observed in the Central Bohemian Plutonic Complex. The implication is that the mantle underlying the Niemcza Zone became more enriched from ca. 342 to ca. 336 Ma, probably following the collision of the Saxothuringian and Moldanubian/Lugian domains. The magmatism related to the collision occurred ca. 12 Ma later than that in the Central Bohemian Plutonic Complex, but was accompanied by a similar change in magma chemistry from high-K (Przedborowa) to shoshonitic (Koźmice, Kośmin enclaves) and probably to ultrapotassic (Wilków Wielki)
