Queue management mobile application with geo-fencing / Muhammad Aminuddin Abdul Basir
Full text linkQueuing can be cumbersome, tedious, and sometimes unsystematic which is inefficient and cause people leave or not join the queue to begin with. A survey have been conducted at two public organizations to determine time taken for user to complete their queue and to observe the current queueing system available at most premises. Most premises or organizations use ticket based queueing system where user have to predict the status of the queue themselves and have to come to the premises to join queue without proper planning. The problems with current queueing system is cause fatigue, wasted waiting time, and inadequate information about the current situation of the queue. With the increasing use of mobile phone and internet accessibility, mobile queuing can be implemented where user can take part in the queue via mobile device without them to come to the premises. Hence, development of SmartQ which is a queue management mobile application with geo-fencing feature can tackle this issue by implementing the mobile queueing for two organization. This mobile application also support multi-organization queue where this project is combined with other project, SmartQ: Real-Time Multi-organization Queue Management System using Predictive Modelling. This mobile applications also aid user to get information about the current status of queue at the organization such as number of people in queue and estimated waiting time. The geo-fence feature help the organization to limit number of user that can join queue within certain range from the premise. Functionality test and geo-fence accuracy test is conducted to test the functionality of the mobile application and to measure the accuracy of the geo-fence feature. Functionality test was conducted to determine each function of mobile application is up to specification and accuracy test of geo-fence features is conducted to test how accurate the geo-fence limit the user from take part in the queue given their location. In the future, this mobile application can be improved by including more organizations and allowing users to join queue from multiple organizations from different locations

No full textA swimming pool is a water facility that is designed to hold water to a certain capacity in order for swimming or other leisure activities. Above ground level swimming pool types that used the glass wall has a lot of benefits to the owner and for the house itself in the context of the house surrounding. Therefore, this report briefly describes the construction of the above-ground level swimming pool. The objective of this report is to identify the construction method of above ground level swimming pool. In this report, a compressive explanation on the construction method started from the setting out until the testing and commissioning, including equipment, material, and the worker is described to give the overall view about the construction process. On top of that, the problems that occurred during the construction which represent the second objective also been stated along with the solutions to those problems. Three methods of study which is observation, unstructured interview and document review were applied as the data collection and references to achieve a detail explanation on the construction method of this swimming pool. Hope this report can provide knowledge to the reader about each construction method in order to construct the above ground level swimming pool

Normally, information on events and activities will be posted on the notice board. They are also announced that information on the official university web portal but sometimes the information is not up to date and the notice not stand out because of too many other information on the university web portal. An event cannot be done without the presence of the participants. Therefore, attendance management of the event must be well managed in order to ensure the event run smoothly. In this modern age, there are still many universities that still use manual methods to manage the attendance of participants for event. This causes the event cannot be dealt with efficiently because the number of university students has increased every year. Therefore, in line with developments in technology, Web-based Event Information and Attendance Management system has been developed to help UiTM management to handle events and activities held in UiTM Perlis branch, Arau campus. In addition, the project is also to apply iterative framework model in order to draft a good system workflow

Full text linkThis report briefly described the construction process of precast reinforced concrete (PRC) frame structure focused on beam components. To achieve aimed of this report, two objectives were carried to determine the construction process of precast reinforced concrete of frame structure for IBS that focused on precast RC beams components. The construction work process was deliberated in production, transportation and installation aspects. On the other hand, problems and solution during the process of precast RC beams was also explained. The results revealed that the production, transportation and installation work process of precast reinforcement concrete beam for industrialised building system have been determined. Moreover, the problems and solutions occurred on site have been identify. In conclusion, by implement the IBS in construction nowadays, it can give better quality environment, rapid construction period and reduced waste in a large amount compared to the conventional construction method

Abstrak: penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui konsep dakwah recharging iman yang dilakukan Gus Sauqi dalam proses membina keberagamaan mad’u di Tulungagung. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, sumber data dalam penelitian ini dapat dibagi menjadi dua jenis, sumber data primer (Primary Resources) dan sumber data skunder (Secondary Recources) penelitian ini dilakukan di kabupaten Tulungagung. Gus Sauqi sebagai subjek penelitian dan melibatkan orang-orang yang mengetahui kegiatan dakwah yang dilakukan Gus Sauqi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga tahapan (snowball sampling) guna memperoleh data yang valid. Fokus penelitian adalah mengemukakan konsep dakwah recharging iman yang dilakukan Gus Sauqi dalam kegiatan dakwahnya, mengetahui isi kandungan meteri dakwah yang disampaikan, dan mengetahui dampak setelah mengikuti proses dakwah recharging iman yang dilakukan Gus Sauqi. Dari hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa dakwah recharging iman dilakukan Gus Sauqi secara perlahan bisa meningkatkan kualitas keimanan pada mad’u karena menggunakan dengan metode eksklusif dan pendekatan spiritual yang mendalam, disertai dengan menggunakan pesan dakwah berupa amaliyah-amaliyah dzikir, penguatan niat, dengan dibalut dalam bingkai thoriqoh yang di dalamnya mengandung pesan akidah, tauhid, dan akhlak, dan berdampak pada kualitas iman para mad’u yang semakin meningkat.

Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak besar pada perekonomian di tahun 2020. Mulai menurun di tahun 2021, dimana dampak dari adanya pandemi covid-19 mengakibatkan penurunan perekonomian baik negara maupun dunia yang berdampak juga pada perdagangan menengah ke bawah dan menengah keatas. Sebagai contoh, Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) menurunkan proyeksi pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia versi mereka dari 5,0 menjadi 4,8 persen. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis tingkat pendapatan pedagang ikan di Pasar Jongor, Tegalsari, Kota Tegal selama masa pandemi Covid 19 dan mengindentifikasi serta menjelaskan dampak sosial dan ekonomi akibat covid 19 terhadap pedagang Ikan. Materi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pedagang ikan di TPI PPP Tegalsari Kota Tegal. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini adalah 25 pedagang ikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Melaksanakan penelitian ada 2 macam data yang digunakan yaitu : (1) Data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan pengisian kusioner kepada pedagang ikan. (2) Data sekunder diperoleh dari TPI PPP Tegalsari Kota Tegal. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendapatan. Pendapatan usaha diperoleh dengan cara mengurangkan antara total penerimaan yang diperoleh dengan total biaya-biaya yang telah dikeluarkan. Unsur-unsur total biaya-biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh pedagang untuk saat ini didasarkan pada penelitian-penelitan yang telah dilakukan terhadap pedagang serta didasarkan pada teori biaya dan pendapatan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pendapatan pedagang di TPI Tegalsari mengalami penurunan dari sebelum pandemi Covid 19 dan selama pandemi Covid 19 sebesar 30% pendapatan lebih baik pada saat sebelum Covid. Dampak sosial dan ekonomi dengan memberhentikan beberapa karyawan atau pegawai dikarenakan penurunan sebesar 30% yang melanda pedagang selama pandemi Covid.

No full textThe title of this research is “The Influence of University Supports on Entrepreneurial Competencies among Students in Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Melaka, City Campus”. First objectives of this research is to identify the level of entrepreneurial competencies of the students. The next objective is to study the relationship between university supports and entrepreneurial competencies among students in Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Melaka, City Campus. Four independent variables is identified, that influenced entrepreneurial competencies, which are Training Programs, Courses, Financials, and Co-curricular Activities. In order to complete the research, four hypothesis is constructed, focused on the determining the influence of the independent variables towards dependent variables. A total of 240 students have participated, from 616 total of final year students, using proportionate stratified random sampling. The researcher use primary data collection method, by questionnaire to collect data. All of the data obtained is analysed using with normality test, reliability test, frequency testing, descriptive statistical test, Pearson Correlation coefficient, and regression testing. For correlation, all variables are significant, and have fair relationship strength towards entrepreneurial competencies. For multiple regression analysis, only Training Programs, and Co-curricular activities influence entrepreneurial competencies and it can be conclude that hypothesis 1 and 4 is supported, while other variables, which are Courses and Financials does not influence entrepreneurial competencies, thus hypothesis 2 and 3 is rejected
