Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan online Berbasis PHP dan SMS Gateway di Perpustakaan umum Bengkalis
Perpustakaan umum kabupaten Bengkalis merupakan pusat informasi dimana disinilah tempat gudangnya ilmu berbagai jenis buku untuk berbagai jenjang usia semuanya tersedia disini sehingga diharapkan bisa diakses kapan saja dan dimana saja. Di dalam tugas akhir ini dibuat suatu sistem informasi perpustakaan on-line berbasis PHP dan SMS gateway yang mana memungkinkan pengguna untuk melakukan pencarian buku dan pemesanan peminjaman buku yang dilakukan melalui handphone (sms dengan format tertentu) dan komputer (web).
Pemesanan peminjaman buku dimaksud untuk mempercepat proses peminjaman. Jadi, peminjam bisa langsung mengambil buku yang ada di perpustakaan tanpa masih harus mencarinya. Karena setelah melakukan pemesanan, petugas perpustakaan akan meletakkan buku tersebut ditempat khusus.

Internship, also known as industrial training, is a 12-credit course that must be successfully completed by all undergraduate students at Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) in order for them to graduate. Students in the Faculty of Business and Management (FBM) have 24 weeks to work in a public or private company of their choice to learn as much as they can. The course is also important because it can lead to professional learning experiences that give students valuable hands-on work in their field of study or career goals. Through this kind of hands-on learning, students can learn about and develop both hard and soft skills, as well as explore and develop possible careers. It can also give companies the chance to get new ideas and energy into their offices while preparing students for jobs as full-time, fully committed workers in the future. During this practical training, students will put their knowledge and skills to use because they will be put in a difficult real-world work situation. In this approach, the objective of preparing students to become potential employers in their particular sectors will also be accomplished successfully. For my industrial training, I decided on Mamee Double Decker since it is a well- established company and I would like to gain experience in a food manufacturing setting. I selected it for my internship so I could learn useful skills and meet the university's criteria to earn my bachelor's degree. So, I wrote this report to share what I learned and observed during my internship at this company. This report has a link to my most current resume, which I will use to look for jobs after I graduate. It is in the section for students' profiles. I also wrote about the company's background, location, management style, organisational structure, and products. In the reflection part, I wrote about the experience, the things I learned, and the benefits I got from going to the programme. In the next part, I talk about how I could improve these four areas and talk about the SWOT analysis that this agency came up with, which is shown in the diagram. In the last part of my report, which also has relevant documents, I talk about the results of the whole writing process

In this project we are use it for a safety precaution. This project will be a safety project because in this project, we doesn't need a switch to on or off all application in the room. Then, with this project, it also easily for parent or lecture to monitoring a number of person that have in the room at once time. Next, it also easily to handle because when the temperature is suddenly increase, the fan in this system will automatically on when the temperature is reach at the limit. Then, this project also can reduce a cost of electrical because the system will off automatically when there are no people in the room
The determinants of corporate governance on public listed companies in Malaysia / Muhamad Nasyat Muhamad Nasir
The purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants of corporate governance on public listed companies in Malaysia. There are 100 public listed companies are selected randomly from Bursa Malaysia main market. The period of the present study is from January 2007 until December 2009.The data has been collected from various sectors such as consumer,industrial, mining, construction, plantations, infrastructure ,real estate, trading and services. The director compensation has been chosen as a corporate governance’s variable while return on equity, net profit margin, sales growth, dividend yield and Tobin’s Q have been chosen as explanatory variables in this study. Based on the findings ,there are only three explanatory variables which are dividend yield, net profit margin and return on equity that are significant towards director compensation. The other two explanatory variables, net profit margin and sales growth are insignificant. Dynamic safety risk analysis of water plant chlorination using dynamic bow-tie approach / Nor Aqilah Muhamad Nasir
Chlorine is one of the hazardous materials and needs to be handled carefully. In water chlorination system at water treatment plant (WTP), there was potential hazard to the workers and the population nearby the water treatment plant. To identify this hazard, risk assessment is the one of the techniques that can be used to eliminate the hazard and measure the risk other than to identify the hazard. But due to the limitation of being static of conventional risk assessment, many researchers were study to update the conventional risk assessment to the dynamic risk assessment. This paper was aimed to update the conventional bow-tie analysis to the dynamic one by mapping bow-tie (BT) into bayesian network (BN) using Genie software. Posterior probability was used to replace the prior probability in this study to update the conventional to the dynamic. Three time interval was mapping into BN to show the dynamic risk assessment by assuming no maintenance for three years. To conduct this study, Kelar water treatment plant was chosen as the case study. Failure mode effect analysis (FMEA) was used to determine the potential hazard in the water chlorination system. Chlorine leakage from drum was chosen as the worst-case accident for this study of the top event to map the BT and BN. Besides that, ALOHA modeling software was also being used to determine the area concentration of chlorine emission nearby the population of Kelar WTP if there was a chlorine leakage. The worst cases of the accident was a leaking from 5 mm hole of body drum that would affect about 15 villages nearby the Kelar WTP. By implementing this approach, the accident can be prevented as well as eliminated
Developing brand identity for Aurora Park in Port Dickson / Nuratikah Husna Muhamad Nasir and Dona Lowii Madon
The purpose of this research is to understand the current issues of Aurora Park on the graphic design study in order to create a good brand identity. This is because they do not have a precise brand identity that can represent them as Aurora Park. Other than that, this research also aims to help Aurora Park stand out from other animal parks in Port Dickson and also to be comparable to zoos abroad that have a good brand identity. This research can help Aurora Park to get a good brand identity that can promote them as an animal park in Port Dickson. Furthermore, viewers can be more aware about the existence of Aurora Park Port Dickson. As a result, Aurora Park can be well-known not only in Port Dickson itself but also outside of the state. This is because Port Dickson is a tourist hot spot, so that it is easy for tourists to find out about Aurora Park. Tuah Centre

Investigation of tool wear and chip formation on through hole drilling of mild steel
Access is limited to UniMAP community.Nowadays, the problem of cutting tool failures becomes important in
manufacturing industries. After certain working time at production, tool wear occurs
and cutting tool become dull and required a changing. This is because inaccurate
selection parameters affect the cutting tool condition. In this study, the experiment was
performed to investigate the tool wear occurs in through hole drilling process using
various cutting speed in dry machining. Other than that, to study chip formation produce
on lowest cutting speed at 7.54 m/min. This experiment was conduct using CNC milling
machine with cutting speed 7.54, 8.48, 9.42 m/min and constant feedrate at 0.15
mm/rev. Moreover cutting tools 6 mm diameter was used to drill on AISI 1018 mild
steel workpiece until tool wear criteria achieved 0.2 mm. For tool wear measurement,
LEICA EZ4 Microscope was used to evaluate the flank wear and types of chip
formation produce were examined using Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). As a
result, on 9.42 m/min cutting speed was recorded as rapid wear which produces 13
holes in 4.6 minutes while at low cutting speed, 7.54 m/min produce 29 holes in 11.6
minutes. For chip formation the thickness of chips for new tool is thicker than worn tool
result as well as for width of the chip at cutting speed 7.54 m/min. Therefore,
conclusion from this experiment, increasing of cutting speed will result in increase of
tool wear that lead to many problem factors during the drilling process
A study on surface roughness of wood using CNC milling process
Access is limited to UniMAP community.The important aspect in machining process is the quality of milled product surface. Therefore, the choice of current cutting parameter is very important in order to obtain the desired surface finish. Thus, measuring and characterizing surface properties represents one of the most important aspects in manufacturing processes. The cutting experiments will be carrying using CNC milling, Spinner (Brand), VC810 (model). The factors that have been chosen in this milling operation including cutting speed [rev/min], feed rate [mm/tooth], depth of cut [mm] and tool diameter [mm]. The material used in this milling process is wood. A total of 9 experimental runs will be conducted using Taguchi approach Design of Experiments to identify the combination of parameter producing the smaller surface roughness value identify the combination of control factor levels for optimum surface roughness. From the analysis combination of parameter producing the smaller surface roughness value identified. Confirmation run with that combination parameter with are cutting speed = 6000 rpm, tool diameter = 16 mm, feed rate = 0.1 mm/tooth and depth of cut = 6.0 mm. As a conclusion, this research to obtain the best combination of parameter to optimize the surface roughness of wood
