Analisa tiang pancang tunggal yang dibebani beban aksial dan beban lateral
Utilizing slender and long piles are very increasing nowadays, so buckling occurrence probability on the pile is necessary got an interest. Some of research had been done to estimate of buckling load of pile that more accurate, among them used analytic method. Generally, analytic method that proposed used sub grade reactions approach, with assumption pile is supported by elastic springs that draw soil reaction around pile. In this article, sub grade reactions approach utilized was Heteny’si method. To show the changes of lateral deflection or bending moment of pile were applied axial load variations from 0 to 2542 tons with 500 tons increase. At a certain value of the axial load, a sudden lateral deflection and bending moment of the pile will take place, that show buckling occurrence. Pile buckling occurs not so far from soil surface
Analisa balok panjang (infinite beam) di atas pondasi elastis dengan pendekatan beda hingga
Concept of Winkler’s foundation or modulus of sub grade reaction approach is usually used to solve the problem of beam resting on an elastic foundation. The analytical method solution for the Winkler foundation is not generally used, because the solution difficulty adapts for the changes of beam’s dimension or modulus of sub grade reaction of soil for example. For that limitation, numeric approach, among them Finite Difference Method (FDM) become appropriate choice. In this paper, FDM is examined used for the analysis of rail way resting on ballast as an infinite beam on Winkler medium. The rail way’s load comes from locomotive with passenger coach combination. Estimation of deflections and internal forces of rail subjected to rail way’s load is done by Visual Basic Program assistance for the matrix operation. The results show that finite difference approach has high level accuracy to analytical metho

Pengaruh pile cap terhadap perilaku tiang akibat beban lateral
Pile cap has a function to unity piles group, so the loads carried are distributed smoothly to an individual pile of piles group. The previous results of research show that pile cap has significant contribution to piles behavior caused lateral load. To see pile cap contribution to piles behavior in this article is used sub grade reaction approach. In this approach pile is considered as a beam on elastic foundation. The results show that pile cap can reduce lateral deflection of free head pile. If pile stiffness became bigger, lateral deflection reduction of free head pile will became bigger too. Especially for infinite pile, pile cap will reduce lateral deflection of pile head of free head pile as big as 50%. Pile cap will cause shifted of maximum moment of free head file to file head/pile cap as well
Analisa tiang pancang vertikal pada tanah kohesive akibat pengaruh beban lateral
In the first time utilizing of pile in construction, designers had used assumption that piles can carry axial force only, so to resist lateral force is used batter piles. But recently vertical pile should be designed can carry lateral forces too. Pile analysis loaded lateral force can be determined from the following two criterias: 1. Be based on load and deflection relationship, and 2. Be based on ultimate load that pile/foundation can carrying on There are two theoretically approaches that used to determine lateral deflection, they are: 1. Sub grade reaction approach, and 2. Elastic approach In this article, the employed analysis is observed be based on load and deflection relationship with sub grade reaction approach. With this approach is executed parameters influence analysis to piles behavior. The results show that: lateral deflection occurred on a pile will decrease if a pile more rigid. But on the other way bending moment and shear force will increase. Added length of a pile real influential for added lateral deflection of pile head and maximum bending moment before exceed effective’s length. After exceed effective’s length, added length of a pile no again real influential for added lateral deflection of pile head and maximum bending moment. Lateral deflection and moment taken place on a pile will decrease if value of sub grade reaction modulus increase
Perbandingan nilai analitik dengan nilai numerik pada analisa balok di atas pondasi elastis
Beam on elastic foundation analysis with sub grade reaction approach can be done either analytically or numerically. However, great possibility of both of this approach will give differ result. But the problem is whether this difference in properly limit or not. Analytically analysis had been done by Hetenyi, and numerically approach in this paper used Finite Difference Method (FDM). Beams that under analysis are finite beam with free end with loading conditions are concentrated load at an arbitrary point and two equal concentrated loads symmetrically placed. For symmetrical load, both of these approaches give results that almost same, either displacements or bending moments. For concentrated load at an arbitrary point, both of this approach give difference results up to 16% in certain points of beam, especially bending moments
Perilaku tekuk tiang pancang tunggal yang terpancang sebahagian
Partially embedded pile is used excessively in offshore structures, ports or bridges. Unsupported section of pile behaves as column and is vulnerable to buckling. Many researchs had been done to estimate buckling load of pile that more accurate, among them with analitical method. Generally the analitical method proposed used sub grade reaction approach. In this article, the subgrade reaction approach used Hetenyi method. To see the behaviour of pile buckling is applied axial load variation until a sudden change of lateral deflection value take place on the pile, that show the occuring of buckling. Maximum lateral deflection take place near the middle of unsupported length, so pile failure probably act on unsupported section
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
