l’autonomia sociale” è promosso dalla “International School of Advances
Studies” dell’Università degli Studi di Camerino all’interno dell’area
scientifica “Legal and social science” della ricerca della Scuola di giurisprudenza
curriculum “Civil law and constitutional legality” istituito e promosso con la
collaborazione della Regione Marche e, nello specifico, cofinanziato
dall’Associazione di Santa Rita in Roccaporena che tra l’altro, attraverso
diversi progetti come ad esempio “Rockability”, promuove iniziative per lo
sviluppo di uno spazio attivo di relazione per favorire e attuare programmi
di trasformazione e rigenerazione sia dell’area territoriale di Roccaporena
fornendo un contributo allo sviluppo del territorio sia alle persone giovani
di età accogliendole in esso poiché allontanate dalle famiglie di origine.
L’analisi del presente lavoro consta nella (ri)valutazione della normativa
inerente alle misure di accompagnamento per i minori e i giovani adulti in
uscita da percorsi di accoglienza c.d. “Care leavers”.
Nel momento in cui la persona giovane di età viene ad essere allontanata
dalla famiglia di origine, il rispetto e la tutela dell’interesse della stessa rende
legittimo l’intervento dello Stato ai fini dell’allontanamento dalla propria
famiglia quando il suo diritto ad una crescita sana è gravemente
compromesso.
Ad oggi, in Italia, la tematica dei neomaggiorenni che lasciano il percorso
di cura non ha avuto negli anni particolare attenzione, nonostante alcune
esperienze locali significative e innovative.
Nel nostro Paese la sua presa d’atto istituzionale è recente e ancora
affidata a una linea di finanziamento temporanea e per questo circoscritta a interventi sperimentali. Infatti, una volta raggiunta la maggiore età, non
sono ancora presenti interventi specifici per l’accompagnamento verso
l’autonomia del giovane - eccetto l’istituto del prosieguo amministrativo -
attraverso il quale si offre a questi giovani la possibilità di essere “accuditi
e accompagnati” fino al compimento del ventunesimo anno di età,
consentendo loro di restare presso la famiglia affidataria o in comunità.
Da questo istituto giuridico, risalente al R.D. 1404/1934, si assicura
un’estensione del sostegno e dell’accompagnamento al neomaggiorenne
che versa in situazioni di particolare disagio, di fatto “prolungando”
giudizialmente il termine della piena autonomia, nel limite massimo di tre
anni.
Tuttavia, la fuoriuscita dal sistema di accoglienza dà come raggiunta
l’autonomia individuale del ragazzo o della ragazza che si affaccia alla vita
adulta in maniera indipendente; questo “limite analitico”, rappresenta il
momento in cui il giovane è considerato a tutti gli effetti come individuo
autonomo all’interno della società senza considerare le condizioni di
disagio materiale, psicologico o emotivo che magari sono ancora
chiamati ad affrontare nella “vita reale” che li aspetta.
Ad oggi, secondo il report italiano della ricerca, in Italia si contano
circa 3.000 Care leavers ogni anno e il dato allarmante è che 2/3 di loro
non fanno ritorno alla famiglia di origine.
Nel presente lavoro si analizzano politiche d’intervento sull’intero
territorio nazionale di sistemi a supporto dei minorenni e dei
neomaggiorenni; progetti volti a garantire un modello di accoglienza,
residenziale e temporanea, frutto di un intreccio di attori che a vario
titolo contribuiscano alla sua realizzazione e al suo mantenimento in una
logica di governance partecipata, di co-responsabilità e di continua
generazione di opportunità. Si esaminano alcune possibili soluzioni nonché modalità di
accompagnamento dei giovani verso l’autonomia sociale, come la c.d.
“genitorialità sociale”, che vede un soggetto adulto svolgere il ruolo di
genitore nei confronti di chi è biologicamente e legalmente figlio d’altri e
con il quale gli è impossibile costituire un rapporto giuridico di filiazione; in
tutti questi contesti il termine “famiglia” si allarga a ricomprendere
situazioni di fatto che prescindono dall’esistenza di legami giuridicamente
riconosciuti.
Quello che si vuole evitare è il fenomeno della c.d. “esclusione sociale”,
ovvero l’esposizione ad un elevato rischio di esclusione sociale dei giovani
legato al rapido raggiungimento dell’età adulta a cui questi sono chiamati,
indipendentemente dalla contingenza del momento educativo o del
percorso di recupero ancora in atto. Il risultato sarà un aumento della loro
autostima e un’interiorizzazione in grado di mobilitare le risorse personali
del giovane verso l’acquisizione di competenze relazionali e di vita e quindi
verso una crescente autonomia
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation

Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
