Kata Kunci :Pengembangan,Trainer, Fuzzy logic, Motor DC,LabVIEW Pada matakuliah Praktikum Sistem Kendali terdapat pokok bahasan tentang sistem kendali. Dalam pokok bahasan tersebut, sesuai katalog Jurusan Teknik Elektro Universitas Negeri Malang (2013:101) menjelaskan bahwa tujuan dari matakuliah tersebut yaitu memahami konsep sistem kontrol dan mengimplementasikan pengontrolan sistem fisik. Dalam penerapannya, penulis memilih menggunakan jenis motor DC magnet permanen sebagai pengaplikasian dari sistem kendali dikarenakan disamping mudah dalam cara pengendalian putaran motor, namun juga lebih mudah ditemui di dalam peralatan elektronik. Salah satu sistem yang dapat digunakan untuk kendali kecepatan motor DC adalah sistem fuzzy logic yang mampu mendefinisikan nilai diantara keadaan yang konvensional seperti benar atau salah, ya atau tidak, putih atau hitam dan lain-lain. Trainer yang dikembangkan sesuai dengan materi yang diajarkan pada matakuliah praktikum sistem kendali disertaijobsheet dan buku petunjuk penggunaan. Model pengembangan TrainerKendali Kecepatan Motor DC menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Model pengembangan ADDIEterdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu: (1) Analisis, (2) Desain, (3)Pengembangan, (4) Implementasi, (5)Evaluasi. Proses validasi dilaksanakan oleh ahli media, ahli materi, dan melakukan implementasi pada uji kelompok kecil dan uji kelompok besar. Validasi bertujuan untuk mengukur kelayakan produk yang dikembangkan. Validasi menggunakan angket rating scale yang kemudian dianalisis. Analisis data yang diperoleh digunakan untuk menentukan kelayakan media sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan. Produk yang dikembangkan pada penelitian ini berupaTrainerKendali Kecepatan Motor DC yang disertai dengan jobsheet, dan buku petunjuk penggunaan trainer. Tahap pertama dilakukan validasi oleh para ahli yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan mengujicobakan trainerpada mahasiswa. Sampel yang digunakan dalam ujicoba adalah mahasiswa angkatan 2011 dan 2012 Jurusan Teknik Elektro Universitas Negeri Malang yang sudah menempuh matakuliah Praktikum Sistem Kendali. Persentase yang diperoleh pada validasi ahli media 82.50%, ahli materi 96,15%, dan hasil uji coba kelompok kecil 85%, kelompok besar 88,26%. Dari hasil validasi dan uji coba tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan sudah memenuhi kriteria valid secara keseluruhan. Dari kriteria yang didapatkan menunjukkan produk dinyatakan layakdan sangat baik digunakan serta dapat diimplementasikan dalam proses pembelajaran

The study also includes case analyses from various countries to investigate the application of economic theory in the context of asset forfeiture law, viewed from the perspective of economic analysis of law. This research aims to examine the need for regulating the concept of asset seizure without punishment in legislation. Legal analysis incorporating economic concepts is known as economic analysis of law. The study will investigate the economic impact of asset confiscation without conviction, as well as its effect on the effectiveness and efficiency of regulations.While asset seizure has been previously studied from criminal law and human rights perspectives, it has not been extensively examined from the viewpoint of economic analysis of law. Therefore, this research is expected to contribute to the development of economic analysis of law theory and provide a new perspective on asset seizure regulation

Perancangan Ensiklopedia Visual Pencak Silat Jawa Timur Sebagai Upaya Pelestarian Budaya Indonesia
Get PDFPencak silat Jawa Timur adalah salah satu budaya pencak silat asli bangsa Indonesia yang beragam.Keragaman ini haruslah didokumentasikan dalam suatu media yang bertahan lama. Oleh sebab itu media buku ensiklopedia ini dipilh. Dengan metodologi penelitian pengambilan data kualitatif wawancara untuk menggali konten utama dengan pakar-pakar ahli pencak silat Jawa Timur yang akhirnya membuhkan hasil konten bahasan mengenai pengertian pencak silat, Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan observasi di beberapa padepokan atau kantor cabang perguruan pencak silat dan IPSI (Ikatan Pencak Silat Indonesia) untuk meninjau artefak dan refrensi visual yang kemudian disusun menjadi konten buku.
Selain data utama penulis juga menggali data sekunder yang didapat dari buku-buku yang berkaitan dengan konten yang didapat juga dari narasumber. Selanjutnya penulis menentukan kata kunci “simpel dan natural” berdasarkan riset yang telah dilakukan. Kemudian penulis melakukan eksperimen visual yang mengacu pada kata kunci tersebut dan diterjemahkan menjadi gaya buku yang sederhana tidak terlalu banyak ornamen namun menggunakan elemen gabungan dari ukiran madura dan penggayaan “Art Noveau” sebagi pendukung konsep “natural” yang diaplikasikan pada sistem grafis buku seperti frame, nomor halaman, pembatas bab, dll. Kemudian konsep simpel ini diaplikasikan menjadi layout yang sederhana tidak terlalu banyak menggunakan elemen visual didukung gaya bahasa yang lugas dan langsung pada intinya.
Hasil akhirnya adalah sebuah buku pengetahuan yang berhasil merangkum keragaman pencak silat Jawa Timur beserta lima perguruan terbesarnya dengan desain yang simpel dan bertema natural yang menarik dibaca baik bagi kalangan umum, maupun kalangan akademik. Untuk pengembangan buku kedepan akan dilakukan pendokumentasian keragaman pencak silat Jawa Timur yang lainnya dikarenakan batasan waktu penelitian hanya memungkinkan pendokumentasian hanya keragaman perguruan pencak silat terbesar di Jawa Timur saja.

Therefore this encyclopedia book media is selected. With the research methodology of qualitative data retrieval of interviews to dig the main content with expert martial art experts of East Java which finally get the results of the discussion about understanding pencak silat, Then followed by observations in several padepokan or branch offices of martial arts padepokan and IPSI (Ikatan Pencak Silat Indonesia) to review artifacts and a visual refrence that is then compiled into a book's content.
Besides the main data the author also dig the secondary data obtained from the books related to the content obtained also from the source. Furthermore, the authors determine the keyword "simple and natural" based on research that has been done. Then the authors conducted a visual experiment that refers to the keyword and translated into a simple book style not too much ornament but using the combined elements of madura carvings and styling "Art Noveau" as a supporter of the concept of "natural" is applied to the graphics system books such as frames, page number, chapter barrier, etc. Then this simple concept is applied to a simple layout that does not use too many visual elements supported straightforward and straightforward language style at its core .
The end result is a book of knowledge that successfully summarizes the diversity of martial arts of East Java and its five largest padepokan with a simple design and a natural theme that is interesting to read both for the general public, as well as academics. For future book development will be done documentation of the diversity of other martial arts of East Java because the time limit of the study only allows documentation of the largest variety of martial arts padepokan

The pawn practice in rice field that occurs in the Tawangmangu society can be briefly described as follows, namely with the arrival of the A to the B intending to borrow some money to provide collateral in the form of rice field then this rice field are managed by the B to take the result until A can pay off the debt and there is no limit time in refunding the loan and sometimes to several harvest times or years. This contract can harm one party, usually those who feel most aggrieved is the pawner, because paddy land as collateral be fully utilized by the pawnee without any revenue sharing with the pawner for the harvest of the land collateral. This is presumably prompted the authors to conduct further research on the practice of paddy land in the Tawangmangu district to be discussed and analyzed in the perspective of Islamic law. The purpos of this study is to find out whether the pledge agreement executed by the Tawangmangu society in accordance with the rules of the pawn contract that have been regulated in Islamic law or not. This research is a field one, and the data obtained using the method of observation, interviews, and ocumentation. The method of data analysis is a qualitative analysis techniqu, and in the conclusion the author has used the inductive method Based on the results of the research, it is concluded that the practice of contract execution of field land pawn in district Tawangmangu is valid in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law. Regarding the full use of collateral by the pawnee is not valid because of the element making opportunistic fashion and does not maintain the values of justice and welfare
Development of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) Based on Google Sites in 8th grade of Madrasah Tsanawiyah
Get PDFThis research is motivated by the lack of use of digital-based learning media in the learning of Islamic Cultural History (SKI). SKI learning requires innovation in the form of the development of interesting and interactive Google Sites-based SKI learning media to maximize learning. The purpose of this study is to develop SKI learning media based on Google Sites and determine the effectiveness of the media developed in improving SKI learning outcomes. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method and uses the ADDIE development model. The results of this research and development are in the form of SKI learning media based on Google Sites. The validated media design shows that it is very valid so it is worth following up for the trial stage. The media attractiveness trial stage obtained results in the category of quite interesting and the media effectiveness test showed that the effectiveness of the media in the category was high so that it was very effective in improving student learning outcomes. This research contributes to the development of digital-based media, especially in SKI subjects. This research also provides pedagogical implications, namely interest, activeness, and improvement of student learning outcomes. Practically, the results of this study can be a reference for educators to design digital-based learning media according to the needs of students.
