No full textLa cessione dei crediti con causa di garanzia, istituto ben noto alla prassi, è da tempo al centro di una riflessione scientifica che, nel cono d’ombra delle alienazioni a scopo di garanzia, ne ha posto in luce i tratti caratteristici, strutturali e funzionali. Ciò al fine di segnarne l’autonomia concettuale rispetto ad altri istituti ad essa affini e di tracciare il perimetro della pertinente disciplina, anche e soprattutto concorsuale.
Accanto alle ragioni che fanno propendere per la validità del negozio, al cospetto di regole e principi cardinali dell’ordinamento (e, in particolare, del divieto del patto commissorio), rappresentano un elemento di notevole interesse, anche sistematico, le forme di intensa autotutela che l’autonomia privata sovente attribuisce al cessionario, all’esito della riscossione. Da queste ultime, infatti, dipende la qualificazione dei contratti di cessione del credito come in garanzia o, di contro, solutori.
Il volume analizza le predette implicazioni, avendo cura di porre a raffronto da un lato l’atteggiarsi concreto delle soluzioni affermatesi nei traffici e, dall’altro, i dati positivi ritraibili dall’ordinamento, alla luce della disciplina delle garanzie tradizionali e dei contratti di garanzia finanziaria di cui al d.lgs. 170/2004

No full textThe excellent performance of the Pt/Re/CeZrO4 catalyst, for the CO Water Gas Shift reaction, is presented. A
preliminary comparative study, on the activity of some bimetallic catalysts, Platinum-based (PtM/CeZrO4,
M=Re,La,Rh), highlighted the great ability of the Rhenium to enhance the activity and stability of the catalyst,
even at very low temperatures. The effect of the preparation method, in terms of sequence of impregnation of
the two active metals, was evaluated, showing a low impact on the performance of the final catalyst. The
reported results indicate that the Platinum-Rhenium system represent a concrete possibility for the realization
of a single stage WGS process
Aluminum foam based catalysts for the CO-WGS reaction
No full textIn this paper, a comparative study between two structured catalysts, prepared by washcoating of highly conductive Aluminum foams, tested for the Water Gas Shift reaction, was presented. The procedure for the preparation of the catalysts was described, as well as the results of the characterizations and of the activity tests. The good resistance, to the mechanical stress, of the washcoated foams was highlighted from the low losses at the ultrasound adherence test. The effectiveness of the noble metal-based formulation was highlighted from the good performance of the catalysts, moreover the concrete possibility to realize a process intensification, was justified by showing the results of additional experiments, carried out at high gas hourly space velocity
