An Example Of Uyghur Lıterature Tadhkira-i Azizan (Transcrıptıon, Translatıon, Index)
No full textBu çalışmada 18. yüzyıl Uygur edebiyatına ait tezkirecilik geleneğinden Tezkire-i Azizan'ın
ilk elli sayfasına ait metninin transkripsiyonu, tercümesi ve dizini yapılmıştır. Bu tez, giriş,
transkripsiyon, çeviri ve dizin olmak üzere dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Tezde eserin
muhtelif üç nüshası dikkate alınarak Necat Muhlis ve Şemseddin Emet tarafından hazırlanan
Uygur alfabesinde yazılmış baskısı kullanılmıştır. Tezde incelenen eserin yazarı Muhammed
Sadık Kaşgari, Tezkire-i Hacegan da olarak bilinen bu çalışmasında 18. yüzyıl Doğu
Türkistan'daki Hocalar devrine ait birincil kaynaklardan bilgiler aktarmaktır. Esas itibari ile
biyografi alanında kaleme alınan Tezkire-i Azizan, aynı zamanda edebi değeri yüksek bir
eserdir. Bundan dolayı Tezkire-i Azizan'ın Türkiye Türkçesine çevrilmesinin ve farklı
yönleri ile çalışılmasının, Uygur edebiyatı ve Orta Asya tarihinin daha iyi
değerlendirilmesine katkılar sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.This study examines Tadhkira-i Azizan which is one of the best example of 18th century
Uyghur literature as transcripting, translating and preparing the index of first fifty pages of
the book. The thesis consists of four chapters as follows introduction, transcription,
translation and index. In this thesis I used the copy collected from three different copies by
Necati Muhlis and Şemseddin Emet in Uigur script. Author Muhammad Sadiq Kashgari in
his book alias Tadhkira-i Hacegan gives in formation from primary sources on Hacegans
and history of Eastern Turkestan in18th century. Being an important book of biographies it
is also a valuable literature work. Therefore, I assume that translating and analyzing of
Tadhkira-i Azizan with different aspects will provide contribution to better understanding
and evaluation of the history and literature of Turks and Central Asia

Adhesion and Friction of E-Glass Fiber-reinforced Epoxy Composites for Tribo-applications
No full text Adhesion and friction of E-glass fiber-reinforced epoxy (E-GFRE) composites were studied using pin-on-disc tester. The worn surfaces of the composites were examined using scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the wear resistance of E-GFRE composites can be improved by inserting approximately 5–10 wt% C-filler loading. Above 10 wt%, the wear mass loss increased linearly with increasing C-filler loading. The reinforcing C-filled E-GFRE composites have almost the same friction coefficient as the pure epoxy matrix which increased slightly on increasing C-filler loading. From the SEM microscopy observation, the main wear mechanisms for pure E-GFRE composites were plastic deformation, abrasive wear, and fatigue wear. </jats:p

most important medium for business and entrepreneurship world of timely
information especially in commercial area. A computerized-based information
system plays a vital role inthe success ofan enterprise. It provides the information a
business needs for efficient operations, effective management and competitive
advantage easily and quickly. In this project, the author introduces the project
concepts that will focus onbusiness models selection for an entrepreneur to choose
and adopted the best and right business models that suits them a knowledge-based
scheme for facilitating their small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The project is
developed using the waterfall model of system development life cycle approach.
Waterfall model is one of the most popular incremental project development
methodologies. The development of the project conducted by sequence starting with
analysis, design, develop, test, and lastly implementation. The prototype covers the
presentation of static beneficial data and information required by the SMEs
entrepreneurs. The prototype developed has simplified the business by having
appropriate documents to publish the data. Eventhough, the prototype not fully
covered andcompleted all aspects of SMEs it is deem necessarily for the knowledge
and information for existed and future entrepreneurs. By using the prototype, it is
very beneficial for a future entrepreneur to have some kind of guidelines and
procedures from the references before starting opting for the best businesses to be
run. Finally, the author hopes thatthisproject will really be beneficial since it isway
to help the to-be entrepreneur to manage the skills and knowledge of its selected
business models
