This research was conducted through a qualitative research library (library research) and comparative analysis. While the method used to analyze the data is induction and deduction which are then compared, to draw conclusions as answers to the problems that have been formulated.
The author finds the fact that in establishing shari\u27a law\u27 in classical times, many local ijmak practices were found, namely the stipulation of syar\u27i law was agreed upon and carried out by only a few mujtahids and only covered one particular area. Looking at the facts and conditions of Muslims who adhere to the "national state", the majority of contemporary Ulama accept the blasphemy of State Law as a source of Islamic law with two conditions, namely: first, the State Law embodies the value of justice, and the benefit for all and the measure of the benefit must be in line with the values ??of the state. The value of divine revelation, namely the Qur\u27an and Hadith. Second, the formation of a state law is carried out by means of deliberation using official state institutions in which the ulama and umara\u27 are incorporated who have in-depth knowledge in their fields.
Looking at the history of the formulation of the Compilation of Islamic Law, the author assesses that the legality of KHI has met the requirements of local ijmak as a form of fusion between ijmak and taqnin (State Law) as one of the legal arguments of Islamic law in Indonesia

Diantara faktor permohonan dispensasi nikah yang masukk ke Pengadilan Agama Panyabungan adalah karena alasan marlonjong yang masih dipraktekkan di tengah masyarakat Mandailing khsususnya di Panyabungan. Adapun rumusan masalah adalah untuk menjawabBagaimana permohonan dispensasi Nikah di Pengadilan Agama Panyabungan tahun 2021 dan Bagaimana pertimbangan hakim Pengadilan Agama Panyabungan dalam pemberian dispensasi nikah bagi pelaku marlonjong Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yakni suatu metode yang menekankan pada metode penelitian deskriptif Analisis. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yuridis empiris sosiologis. Kesimpulan penulis bahwasanya Pertimbangan dalam menetapkan permohonan dispensasi kawinnomor 113/Pdt.P/2021/PA.Pyb dan 133/Pdt.P/2021/PA.Pyb,menurut penulis ada dua alasan kuat hakim: pertama,telah sesuai dengan kaidah fiqh:“Daru al-mafasid Muqhaddamu ‘ala jalbil al-mashalih”Artinya: Menolak kemudharatan itu lebih baik didahulukan dari pada mendatangkan suatu maslahatan.Hakim mendahulukan menolak kemudhoratan dengan mempertimbangkan fakta-fakta dipersidanganapabila tidak segera dinikahkan akan mengalami kesulitan dan kesukarandan khawatir akan terjadi kerusakan sesuatu yang menyakitkan jiwa, anggota tubuh kehormatan, akal, harta. Kedua, telahsesuai dengan ka’idah fikih al-‘Adat al-Muhakamahyaitu tradisi yang telah lama berlaku dimasyarakat Mandailing khsususnya di Panyabungan.
Abstrak
Among the factors that apply for a marriage dispensation that is submitted to the Panyabungan Religious Court is for the reason that marlonjong is still practiced in the Mandailing community, especially in Panyabungan. The formulation of the problem is to answer how the application for a marriage dispensation at the Panyabungan Religious Court in 2021 and how the consideration of the Panyabungan Religious Court judge in granting a marriage dispensation for marlonjong perpetrators This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research, which is a method that emphasizes descriptive analysis research methods. The approach used in this research is sociological juridical. The author\u27s conclusion is that the consideration in determining the application for dispensation for marriage number 113/Pdt.P/2021/PA.Pyb and 133/Pdt.P/2021/PA.Pyb, according to the author, there are two strong reasons for the judge: first, it is in accordance with fiqh rules: "Daru al-mafasid Muqhaddamu \u27ala jalbil al-mashalih" It means: Rejecting harm is better prioritized than bringing a benefit. The judge prioritizes refusing harm by considering the facts at trial if they are not married immediately, they will experience difficulties and difficulties and fear that something will damage the soul, members of the body, honor, reason, property. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
