No full textA végrehajtási perek fontosabb perrendtartás szerinti változásainak áttekintése a garanciális intézményeken át egy olyan képet alkot a hatályos perrendtartásunkról, amely hatékonyan alkalmazható a garanciális intézményei segítségével. Valamennyi a gyakorlat során kialakult szabályozás kiegészítéseként megjelent Ítélőtábla, Törvényszék és Kuria által hozott határozat, amelyek áthidalást hoztak létre azon jogszabályok hatékony alkalmazására, amelyek megengedőek a jogszabályban. A határozatokból látható, hogy helyenként szigorítást és pontosítást igényelnének annak érdekében, hogy ne maradjon lehetőség azok megkerülésére. A pergazdaságosság követése az eljárásokban magával hozza a költséghatékonyságot is, amely nem csak a felek költségeinek csökkentését eredményezi, de az állam által előlegezett költségeket is. A költségeken túlmenően, a pergazdaságosságból kifolyólag az ésszerű időn belül történő eljárások lefolytatása a felek gyorsabb kielégítése által jogaik hatékony védelmét és a jogszolgáltatásba vetett bizalmát is erősíti.Igazságügyi igazgatásMSc/M
Postural sway in children and young adults, survivors of CNS tumours
No full textABSTRACT Purpose: Brain tumours are the most common solid tumours in children and adolescents. The increasing survival rate of these patients makes their follow-up and quality of life assessment an important task. The evaluation of the negative influence of anti-cancer treatment on their balance is the aim of this study. Material and Methods: The balance assessment was performed on patients who completed the treatment of CNS tumours and were disease-free at the time of the study. Eighty-eight patients aged 5 to 24 years participated in the study. Postural sway was recorded using Kistler force plate. Balance test parameters from two conditions: eyes open and eyes closed were calculated and compared with reference data. The severity of the balance disorders was scored for both conditions. Results: The balance disorders were generally not dependent on the localisation of the tumour. Only patients treated for posterior fossa tumours had a higher score (indicating pronounced balance deficit) in eyes closed condition comparing to others. The patients treated for spinal cord tumours seemed to have increased total sway path in comparison to others. The severity of the balance deficits tended to diminish in time. Conclusions: These results suggest that the repair mechanisms of the CNS could overcome the problems inflicted by the illness and therapy

Although the precise mechanism of ITP is not yet fully understood, a therapeutic approach that relies on using a single agent in each treatment line may not be sufficient in this population. We report the case of a 67-year-old female with long-standing multi-refractory ITP treated with a combination of Daratumumab and Romiplostim who achieved a durable response for more than 42 weeks. Owing to the presentation of chronic and refractory disease, we used a dual-agent approach to address early immune destruction and promote megakaryocyte platelet production. Three doses of Daratumumab were administered during the induction phase (weeks 0,1,5) and then at less frequent intervals - every 4– 12 weeks for total of 4 doses during the maintenance phase. Romiplostim was administered weekly, with dose modification depending on the platelet count. We hypothesize that when combined with thrombopoietin receptor agonists (TPO-RAs), daratumumab administered at less frequent intervals over an extended period can be safely used, resulting in a prolonged response.Keywords: multi-refractory immune thrombocytopenia, anti CD38 directed therapy, TPO mimetic agents, case repor

No full textW artykule opisano problematykę, jaką niesie ze sobą proces rekuperacji energii podczas hamowania odzyskowego górniczej lokomotywy akumulatorowej. Omówiono zalety i wady, jakie wiążą się z odzyskiem energii, a także wskazano kierunki rozwoju układów zasilająco-sterujących górniczych lokomotyw akumulatorowych. Dużą uwagę poświęcono badaniom stanowiskowym, mającym na celu zarejestrowanie właściwości parametrów składowych energii elektrycznej zwracanej do baterii akumulatorów podczas pracy w układzie z rekuperacją energii. Przedstawiono budowę stanowiska badawczego, scharakteryzowano metodę badawczą oraz zaprezentowano wstępne wyniki uzyskane podczas badań stanowiskowych.The article discusses the issue of the energy recuperation process during the recovery braking of a mine-battery locomotive. The author discussed the advantages and disadvantages related to energy recovery, along with the development trends in the control and power supply systems for mine-battery locomotives. A lot of store was set by workplace testing aimed at registering the component parameters of electrical energy returned to the batteries whose work is based on energy recuperation. The structure of the testing stand was presented, along with the testing method. Finally, the initial results of the tests were described

Detekcja zużytych noży tnących kombajnu ścianowego
No full textThe method for detection of worn cutting drum bits in a longwall shearer using a thermovision camera is discussed in the paper. The results from testing the longwall shearer work are presented and a concept of temperature analyzer software is suggested. The performed studies allowed correlating the cutting drum bits temperature with their sharpness, which was the essence of the described bits condition monitoring method.W pracy skupiono się na zaprezentowaniu wyników prac specjalistów z Instytutu Techniki Górniczej Komag, uzyskanych podczas realizowania projektu badawczo-rozwojowego INERG. Jednym z elementów projektu jest opracowanie automatycznego systemu do diagnostyki stanu elementów maszyny jaką jest górniczy kombajn ścianowy z wykorzystaniem termografii. W artykule przedstawiono etap detekcji zużytych noży tnących organu urabiającego kombajnu ścianowego, opisano zagrożenia wiążące się z ich zużyciem oraz zalety wynikające z wcześniejszego wykrywania stopnia ich zużycia. Zobrazowane zostały wyniki badań pracy kombajnu ścianowego oraz zaproponowana została koncepcja programowego analizatora temperatury noży tnących. Przeprowadzone badania pozwoliły na skorelowanie temperatury noży podczas urabiania ze stopniem ich ostrości, co w przyszłości umożliwi skuteczne diagnozowanie stanu noży tnących. Omówione również zostały kryteria jakie należy spełnić w celu zastosowania kamery termowizyjnej w podziemnych wyrobiskach górniczych oraz przykłady dotychczasowych zastosowań termowizji spotykanych w górnictwie węgla kamiennego
