HAKIKAT NEGARA DALAM PERSPEKTIF FILSAFAT POLITIK AL-FARABI
The Philosophy of Politics is not only talking about the origin, the
function, as well as the goal of a nation, but also about the complexity of human
behavior which makes the discourse in the Philosophy of Politics is full of an
ideal imagination of social and political states. The Philosophy of Politics has
again become the main core of human knowledge about a nation and also about
their instinct as a social creature which is always be dependent on the others
creatures. Here, the researcher is conducting a research about Al-Farabi�s
philosophical thought related to Politics, and it is directed to analyze his political
point of view on the concept of a Nation. It is also aimed to comprehend AlFarabi
�s ability in combining Greek�s classical philosophy with Islamic
knowledge, especially in Politics. That is why, Al-Farabi is still considered as a
great Moslem philosopher.

This research was committed by using an Interpretation, Induction,
Deduction, Historical Synergies, as well as Critical Reflection method. This
research has arrived in four main conclusions, for instance : firstly, the Philosophy
of Politics was born by the Great Greek Classical Philosopher, namely, Socrates,
Plato, and Aristoteles. Secondly, Al-Farabi�s political thought is related with the
concept of an ideal nation that may lead the people to a welfare state, which is
called a leading-nation (al-Madi ah al-Fadhilah). It is explained as a form of a
nation that is created from a well-established society (kamilah sugra) which has
already completed in their part or in the other word, the society has already
understood about their privileges and responsibilities. Thirdly, a nation�s leader
should be advanced in his attitude as well as in his knowledge, just like a prophet
(Nubuwah). And the last, the goal of a leading-nation is exactly to bring its society
to their greatest happiness, both in the current world and in the after world. The
relevance with Indonesia�s condition is, an Indonesian leader should have a great
and strong political knowledge, so that he may bring the nation into a better life in
the future
�HABITUS� MENURUT PEMIKIRAN PIERRE BOURDIEU DALAM TINJAUAN FILSAFAT KEBUDAYAAN
This research entitled Pierre Bourdieu�s Thought of �Habitus� In The
Perspective of Cultural Philosophy. Humans are social creatures who always
live in groups, but also without that humans are the man himself in human term as
individual. Humans processed step by step, so people search something for their
satisfaction. The humans then trapped in the braided symbol that has been created
by themselves, it could be trapped in the woven symbol which is consciously or
unconsciously. The culture is meant as a social construction. Culture is dynamic,
owing to the fact that the culture is dialectic and opened to what named as
alteration. Cultural change is interpreted as the progress in the sequences of time
and space, culture adjusted proceed with the development of society and
individual of the culture itself. Based on that explanation, the problem
formulations that conveyed in this research are first, what is Habitus according to
Pierre Bourdieu?, Second, how is the analysis of cultural philosophy about
Habitus?. Furthermore, this research is library research, that supported by primary
and secondary data. The data analysis has done by interpretation and comparison.
The formal object of this study is philosophy of culture. Moreover, material object
is the habitus according to Pierre Bourdieu's thought.
Habitus is a concept that chain back by Pierre Bourdieu from the
terminology of Hexis sparked by Aristotle and then it is combined with the main
ideas of Marx, Weber, Durkheim, Husserl and other thinkers. Habitus then
accompanied with the concept of field and capital. Habitus is seen in an agency
practice. In addition, Habitus is a system formed by the passage of time, it is
durable, but not covered on the changes that are conditioned on the field and the
capital. Habitus is a part of cognitive which existed at the individual or groups.
Additionally, Habitus is an internalization form of external structures (structures
that are structured) are dissolved and understood by the agent, who then expresses
the Habitus back into the outer structure (structuring structure).
The result of this research has done based on the concept of Bourdieu
about Habitus in the reviews of cultural philosophy which show that the habitus is
not able to be freed from the existences of humans. Habitus x field + capital =
practice is a unit of cultural elements, as a result the habitus is part of culture
itself, although Bourdieu ever mention directly. Obviously, Habitus has the
crucial implication for the ways where the agent thinks about the culture, it is

KONSEP AMACCANG MASYARAKAT BUGIS DALAM PERSPEKTIF FILSAFAT PENDIDIKAN
The study entitled, The Concept of Amaccang of Bugis Society in
Philosophy of Education Perspective, is driven from the thoughtfulness of the
erratic educational condition in Indonesia and the easy entrance of foreign cultural
values into community life without any appropriate selection based national
cultures. As a result, local cultural values are ignored and replaced by the Western
cultural values which are irrelevant to the national cultures. The main purpose of
this study is to describe and understand the nature of Bugis education, the concept
of amaccang, in the philosophy of education perspective. Not just as a local
wisdom, the concept of amaccang also has educational values which can be used
as a reference in the quality improvement of education in Indonesia.
This study is a type of literature or library research. Material object in this
study is the Concept of amaccang in Bugis society, while the formal object used
as an analytical tool is the Philosophy of Education. The method used is
hermeneutics. In addition to hermeneutics, heuristics method is used as well.
Heuristic method used is related to the relevance of the concept of amaccang
towards the development of education in Indonesia with its methodological
studies elements namely descriptive, interpretation, and verstehen.
The results obtained in this study are (1) the essence of the concept of
amaccang in Bugis society as a culture, (2) the contribution of amaccang concept
towards the development of education in Indonesia, (3) the relevance of amaccang
concept in Bugis society for the development of education in Indonesia is one of
the findings which has important roles in educational development in Indonesia
where those values are extracted from the Indonesian nation, in this case, the
Bugis. Related to the findings about the values of local wisdom towards the real
development of education in Indonesia, those values need to be implemented

Konsep Keseimbangan dalam Wayang Tauhid Lakon “Wedhare Sadat Tembayat” Sajian Ki Sunardi Wirocarito
Wayang tauhid is a new wayang creation created by Ki Sunardi Wirocarito from Trucuk Klaten since 1984. This wayang is a type of wayang dakwah that contains the story of the struggle of the walisanga to spread Islam in Java. There has not been much research done on this wayang tauhid by experts. One of its popular plays is ‘Wedhare Sadat Tembayat (WST)’. The text of this play is full of ethical values conveyed by the puppeteer. The purpose of this study is to find the answer to the question, what is the purpose of Javanese life implied in the wayang tauhid play WST. This philosophical research can be categorised as qualitative research by taking a literature study model. The research method used is hermeneutic with philosophical methodical steps. The results of this study can be formulated that the achievement of the Javanese goal of life is characterised by the perfection of a balanced relationship with God, a balanced relationship with fellow humans, a balanced relationship with non-humans (being the other), and a balanced relationship with the surrounding nature.Wayang tauhid adalah wayang kreasi baru yagg diciptakan oleh Ki Sunardi Wirocarito dari Trucuk Klaten sejak tahun 1984. Penelitian tentang wayang tauhid belum banyak dilakukan oleh para ahli. Salah satu lakon populer yang pernah dipentaskan adalah “Wedhare Sadat Tembayat” sajian Ki Sunardi Wiracarito. Penelitian ini mengambil objek material wayang tauhid lakon “Wedhare Sadat Tembayat” sedangkan objek formalnya adalah filsafat teleologi dimana konsep keseimbangan sebagai tujuan hidup. Penelitian ini dapat dikategorikan sebagai penelitian kualitatif dengan mengambil model studi pustaka. Cara untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut digunakan metode hermeneutik dengan langkah-langkah metodis filosofis. Hasil kajian penelitian ini, bahwa wayang tauhid merupakan wayang dakwah sebagai media penyebaran agama (Islam) yang sarat dengan penyampaian nilai-nilai moral. Lakon “Wedhare Sadat Tembayat” menyampaikan pesan tentang konsep keseimbangan sebagai tujuan hidup. Tujuan hidup manusia adalah mencapai kesempurnaan keseimbangan terhadap Tuhan, keseimbangan terhadap sesama manusia, keseimbangan terhadap makhluk lain (non manusia), dan keseimbangan terhadap alam.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. This reseach is a study case through literature research, which uses
philosophical hermeneutic as a method to analyze data. In this method the
reseacher use some methodical elements as follows: 1) Analysis, to do an
explanation and interpretation of data, 2) Internal coherence, to see the correlation
between material and formal object inside a consistent structure, 3) Interpretation,
is an effort to intercept the meaning, value, and purpose from reality (facts, data,
and phenomenon), 4) Inclusive language or analogal, adapt with the system in the
reseach object, and 5) Description, to give a comprehensive view of the meaning
that occurs in object research.
The result in this research are: 1)theory of analytical philosophy of
Ludwig Wittgenstein as a formal object, since the theory emphasizes the logical
and ordinary languages games which are used to build logical picture of the facts.
In other words, the world�s reality can be understood within the logical language
and is widely acceptable through ordinary language.

Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
